We arrived here Sunday evening. We had a fire in our new apartment with lots of water damage. They are amazing here, Abdul and the other desk clerks have been amazing with helping us arrange things, and they have also allowed my husband to "blow off steam" when needed. 5 stars for customer service, from the desk clerks to the hotel maids and even the maintenance man. You are all great people thank you so much for your kindness in a devastating time.

My experience at Best Western Peace Arch Inn was exceptional, the staff was remarkably efficient and friendly. The rooms were up to par; spacious and tidy. Every time I would go out for a stroll outside there would be smiling faces to greet me at the reception. The amenities were great, scrumptious breakfast in the morning and evening dip in the pool. I would recommend this hotel; 5/5. Loved my stay! :)

Google's categories are single, couples, families, but this is from the perspective of a dog owner. Great price, fine location, expect to get good at U turns on King George BLVD, but that is how they roll. We asked for, received, a pet room on the first floor near an exit. Room was clean, they have a continental breakfast included. We stayed 3 nights and there was plenty parking even on the most crowded night. Walls are a bit thin, we could hear the other dogs from time to time, but nobody had a "serial barker".

Lovely stay. I was able to rest and enjoy my stay. The staff was friendly and my room was clean as it should be. Hotel is only few minute from white rock pier beach and close to the outlet mall, few restaurants at even walking distance. Good location near white rock, great selection of variety for the breakfast. Indore pool, hot tub and Sauna. Will recommend this hotel, it is a nice place to stay at.

Pretty good and clean place to stay. Breakfast was descent and hotel staff was nice. Internet was terrible from what I recall. Hopefully they will fix it. Overall pretty good.

While my experience at this hotel has always been satisfactory, my traveling companions had a different experience. While granted it was my friends mistake, I feel the management should have made a little effort to correct the situation before our arrival instead of a prompt cancellation. One quick phone call would have straightened out the mistake, which was two transposed numbers out of the 16 digit credit card number. To the hotels credit, while they had cancelled a two night reservation, they found them rooms at the hotel.

Stayed here for 5 nights. This is our second stay here. The breakfast room has been moved downstairs and is much larger now and it's very good. They also renovated the lobby. The cleaning staff is very attentive and always make sure we have everything we need. I also had a problem with the vending machine and that was quickly remedied by the staff. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I have stayed here once in the past for an unfortunate flood I had in my place and was not impressed. In fact I only stayed there one night then moved to the pink palace. You would think a Best Western would be a little nicer in this neck of the woods? Not the case! I would never recommend this hotel to any of my out of town guests, instead I've always pushed the pink palace or the ocean promenade due to MY experience. This is actually beyond the point of my rant. My friend was in town for a conference today and had to leave due to a massive infestation of bed bugs. I saw the pictures he sent me and they almost made me get sick. He had a conference this weekend and looks like he's got a major acne issue. Not a laughing matter. Just heard them saying they won't send his clothes to him unless he paid for it. Lol! I've been a long time best western member and after hearing this I question. Regardless this best western is the worst.

Bed bugs everywhere and the staff did nothing! Disgusting and there is no way this should have gone unnoticed by cleaning!

BED BUGS! Stay away! Do NOT stay here, the building needs to be fumigated! My friends husband is COVERED in bugs and bites! Awful!

Horrible. A girl I know showed me pictures of her husbands stay there … bed bug infestation. Unbelievably bad, can’t even comprehend how something that bad was unnoticed by cleaning staff. Gross.

Not the best or the worst place I've stayed. A fairly average hotel. If you need a place to sleep for the night, the beds are comfortable, and the hotel is fairly quiet. Close to a number of decent restaurants.

All in all a good location, close to lots of restaurants and walking distance to a small mall with a grocery store, drug store, liquor store, clothing etc. Clean rooms with everything you need, however the insulation in our room was "bad" you could hear everything. We had brought our dogs which the hotel was aware of when we booked in advance, as they are a pet friendly hotel which is awesome. This was a top priority for us. Those of you as "pet owners" know what we mean when I say dogs hear everything and will "bark", it is just their nature. So it was ruff for us having the dogs hear sounds from the rooms above. They are used to staying in hotels and we have never had this issue before. The hotel was also under renovations so it was a little disappointing when we arrived. Would have been nice to have seen that posted on their wed site or told when booking the room. The breakfast room was finished and on the basement floor it was lovely, clean and a decent selection of items. Hard boiled eggs, you could make pancakes, toast, there was cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit. Breaky was perfect for us…

Very large selection for breakfast. Has pool, sauna, and hot tub. Price very friendly. Stayed there around New Years time instead of Vancouver because of price. 20 minute drive was a better deal for me than paying Vancouver prices. There was construction going on on the bottom floor, but looks like they book people top down so I wasn't bothered by it.

The staff blamed me not knowing how to use a room key on outside (rear of building door lock). Turns out it was the lock broken as I advised them. They then blamed for the lock being broken as I propped open the (lock was broken) to take my belongings to/from my car. Tripping hazards abundant I hall and rear parking (renovations). The staff did not offer breakfast until I asked about it. I think they were trying to save some $$$. Think twice before you stay at the BW hotel in South Surrey BC!

Very friendly and helpful staff! The only complaint would be that we were right next to the elevator and could hear it all night. Otherwise, great stay with A very nice meal at the Red Rose Restaurant with 10% off for staying at the hotel. Thank you for making our out of country stay an enjoyable one!

Room was good. Our dog found 2 pieces of kibble on the ground. Pet rooms should be extra thoroughly clean. Quiet.

Good clean accommodations. Average hotel, good bed, close to White Rock and local food establishments. Only downside is the really small breakfast area. Would stay here again.

Awesome and clean place to stay. Very comfortable beds. Liked the fridge and clean bright kitchen and bathroom. The staff even loaned me a kettle so we could make real tea in our room. The breakfast drinks were available 24/7 which was super nice and unexpected. They went above and beyond and our small children were able to be as comfortable as we were.

We always like to stay at the best western peace arch inn. The staff is friendly and rooms are clean. Pretty close to white rock beach and shopping mall. We do recommend this hotel, It's good place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great location. Close to amenities. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast offerings were adequate (but went next door to A+W). Main floor / stairwell carpets could absolutely use a thorough shampooing (were in pretty grubby condition). "Gym" is a bit generous of a descriptor. All-in-one workout apparatus seemed to be inoperable. Expensive, considering Best Western in Calgary is $100/night.

Nice area of town with exceptional helpful staff. Basic room but everything works well and is value priced. Breakfast area is a bit small.

Great hotel. Friendly staff and a good cheap sleep if you need somewhere to stay in the area. Clean rooms. The provided breakfast was great! It had everything. Only complaint, the parking lot was kind of small.

Room and bed was clean and comfortable. Beds made and room tidied up quickly. Continental Breakfast 6:30am-9:30am is Good with abundant fresh choices & A Pancake Machine that's awesome. Great coffee in room, not so from lobby A&W is only steps away at 6am many restaurants a short walk.

On the main boulevard. We thought it good, with nice big room on first floor. Excellent facilities for traveller. Breakfast included. There is a small pool & Jacuzzi also. Good value for money.

This was a very good hotel experience. Location was convenient for visiting family, driving to Crescent Beach, White Rock restaurants and shops. Room was simple but comfortable bed, good lighting, clean, functional bathroom. Enjoyed the staff and service. Used Air Miles for our stay and this worked well. Thanks!

Rooms are good, dog friendly which really works for us. Beds need to be replaced sagging bad. Ok here is the big one. Morning coffee SUCKS! Get rid of that crap carnation stuff and get some plain old cream. And your automatic machine dispenses the worst coffee ever. Look, good place they accommodate teams kids dogs great staff BUT I need my coffee in the morning or I'm nasty.

Great location and very conveniently located at the US border. The rooms are not huge but decent, and they even have a hot tub.

Staff were friendly but the room was not great, bed was very uncomfortable. First hotel I've seen that doesn't offer hair conditioner in the shower. Did m not get much sleep and had a mediocre shower to start the day. At least it was clean and well maintained.

We were really impressed with this hotel, good and friendly staff, they even step out to hepl us with directions. Room was clean, quite and come up with a microwave plus a mini fridge. Complimentary breakfast was more then expected. My wife and I we enjoyed the indoor hot tub. They do have indoor pool and sauna plus exercise room is well. Few restaurants at walk-in distance and morgan creek shopping mall at few minutes drive only. It is a good place to stay, we will absolutely stay there again.

Such a nice hotel. Indore pool and hot tub, this hotel has good size rooms, Pretty nice and comfy beds along with great hotel staff. Good bonus the parking is free with complementary breakfast. It's close the the white rock beach, few minute drive only to the us border and about 15 drive to Guildford mall if shopping at a great mall is on your agenda. Grate place to stay.

Horrible stay… at 6:00am our neighbours got up with their kids and dog, and we could hear them like they were standing in the room with us. They weren't being abnormally loud, just regular talking voices so the fault was not the other patrons. This went on for over an hour. When they went for breakfast they left their puppy in the bathroom to whine. After about 3 hours of disturbed sleep the people above us got up and started walking around. There is absolutely no insulation between rooms. When I spoke with the front desk they just shrugged, didn't care. No apology, nothing. I won't go back.

Excellent experience. The Hotel staff is Wonderful, warm and welcoming. We were new in the area so they helped us multiple times to guide with different directions. The location of the hotel is really nice close to the beach. Kids love it. Easy to access the US border. I personally enjoyed the warm relaxing hot tub. The pancakes served during the breakfast are awesome. Will certainly return back.

The people here are all so helpfull I booked late this time ~they still fit me in~iv been comming 5 yrs. Every 2 or 3 mon. For 4 ~7 days **excelent** clean never hair etc. the contiental breakfast is beond continental eggs, bacon, waffels, 2 showcases of breads, baggels, sweet buns, crussonts, coffee, &juices all nite cereals for kiddies too **there is a tip box for the nice lady who keeps it filled and clean for us ~~im from gibsons so I come to visit my mom.

Good location close to shopping mall, several restaurants and the white rock beach is aprox few minute drive. Hotel has indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and an exercise room. They provide free breakfast my son loved the pancakes. Rooms are good size, clean and quite. I booked a standard room with 2 queen beds and it come up with mini fridge and microwave which is really helpful. Hotel’s staff is really welcoming and always willing to help. Yes I would recommend this hotel and will come back whenever back to Vancouver area.

The hotel is close the US border, shopping center and white rock beach. A good place to stay, I will come back and would recommend.

The hotel is clean, and the staff very friendly. They have a typical continental breakfast with hard boiled eggs, toast, yogurt, plus hot and cold cereals. Their toaster only toasts on one side, but other than that my stay was comfortable! I'll be back to this hotel.

Bed Bugs! I checked my room after checking in and there were bed bugs under the mattress. The front desk gave me a different room on a different floor and the same thing. Then the front desk told me that a customer must have planted them there on purpose. REALLY? I then said that they should conact the owner right away but he wanted to wait until the morning. I had to pay $30 for a taxi to another hotel. Not cool. Traveler Tip: always check for bed bugs before you do anything else.

Our room was nicely decorated and clean. We had a microwave and fridge. The staff was very accomodating with helping us find the local attractions and we appreciated the free continental breakfast which included boiled eggs and pancakes. We did not bring our swim gear, but the pool and jacuzzi looked nice.
