Not happy at all with the visit. Dirty rooms, dirty hotel. Asked for a non smoking room, got a non smoking room, but as soon as you exited the elevator or left the room, it seemed like you were in a casino in Vegas. Sprinkler system outside had sprayed my car all night long. Left big horrible water spots all over. Took two hours at a local car wash to remove the spots. Not worth staying at. Go to any other hotel/motel in Williams Lake and you will be happier for it.

Elevator was a bit small and breakfast was acceptable. Room was clean and comfortable. Price was excellent.

Awesome hotel, super clean, felt safe, just no pool, has a tiny hottub, but the breakfast was mint.

Nice and clean, front reception attendant was courteous and polite. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good, not a huge amount of choice but it definitely covered all the basics and the food was quite palatable. View from the rooms are only nice if your facing out from the front, otherwise your looking at a hill, a pub, or a driveway lol.

Classy looking room but like most hotels, not enough outlets in the room for all guests to have all their phones charging at the same time, let alone near the bed. Washrooms have recently been renovated but the sink faucets are too close to the sink edge so you splash water out and bump your knuckles on the edge just by holding your hands in the water, also toilet paper dispenser is a large stretch to reach. Breakfast provided was hosted by restaurant and sounded great, but ended at 9am, instead of the norm of 10:00 or later. I didn't get any because I assumed it would have followed suit of the rest of the Windham chain hotels and showed up for breakfast at around 9:15. Hot tub and gym were mediocre. Nothing huge or fancy but certainly adequate. Could not hear any noise from outside the building but could hear the smallest of foot steps from the hall.

Nice Hotel. We had great service. A nice modern clean room. Hot tub was great. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, their breakfast ends at 9am. We arrived late, got up at 8, showered etc and went down to breakfast at 9:02. No breakfast. The attached restraunt closes at 9am. And it was a hot and cold buffet. They offered us a muffin and coffee but we had a long drive ahead and just checked out and went for breakfast. You can't even order off the menu, they are closed. The ticket stubs had the breakfast hours printed on them, but they were tucked into the room key pouch and I didn't remove them until I was at the restraunt. I want impressed.

I was traveling from Prince George to Savona when my Dodge car broke down. Took it to the dealership to get fixed. Needless to say they couldn't fox it till Tuesday, it was Saturday. I had my Siberian Husky with me and 3 large heavy bags. The dealership did not offer me a ride to a hotel or coffee shop. I had to walk down the large hill, loaded down with my stuff all while trying to hang on to my dogs leash. It was going to be around 3 hours for my ride to show up. I was lost and cold and tired. I seem The Ramada and went in. I explained my situation and asked if there was any way my dog and I could sit in the lobby. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and kind. She called her manager and asked if it was ok. They have a no dogs in the lobby policy as do most hotels. The manager said yes. I would like to give a big shout out to these wonderful ladies. You turned my horrible mood into a good one.

Really happy. Great free breakfast in the am with lots of great buffet options. Quiet and comfortable. Clean as well. Huge soaking tub. Wish we stayed longer. Only complaint is the parking. It snowed that morning and when we pulled in that evening there was NO way our minivan was getting up that short but steep driveway to the parking lot. We had to go around back but that still took three tries. Almost had to cancel.

Good rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was a nice treat with a mix of hot and cold food. There is a small fitness area with a few step machines, a Pilates apparatus and a universal weight machine that could use some maintenance. The fitness area also has a large clean hot tub in a separate room. Overall a good experience.

My friend and I stayed at Ramada Inn for one night on November 27th. It was a decent experience. No issues for the night that we stayed.

Rooms are clean and breakfast that is included with room has been good. Friendly staff who have been helpful.

In a time of regional crisis they managed to accommodate me and my family for a week. Took some juggling but Barb at front desk preformed magic. Very great full for their consideration and effort.

Very comfortable rooms with AC and heat. Fridge and microwave also included. Bathrooms were clean and the room tidy. The front desk staff was incredibly accommodating as we had arrived earlier than the scheduled check in time but they made it work for us! Cons: extremely underwhelming "fitness centre". Our room was on the third floor but because its situated on a hill, it was equivalent to being on the first floor.

I usually stay here when driving to Vancouver. Reasonable price and rooms are good. It was nice that the A/C was on when I arrived so the room wasn't uncomfortably hot. Haven't been to the restaurant but there are lots of choices nearby. Location is great for getting off the highway and back on it in the morning and despite being close to the major highways intersection I couldn't hear a lot of traffic.

The hotel is older but renovated. The bathtub was deep and good for a bath but the plug was surrounded by moldy silicon. The beds were very comfortable but covered with vinyl mattress covers that are sweaty and, literally, slide and squeak (I understand in this age of bedbugs it might be a good idea but I prefer a thicker cotton mattress cover with good sheets in order to have a good sleep). Also a decorative green pillow is placed on the clean pillow cases on the bed. My husband found that counterproductive in cleanliness because housekeeping does not clean those pillows and they often are thrown on the ground or worse! Our package included the typical breakfast buffet. The coffee was insipid, tasteless and watery. I was given one small cup and then the waitress never reappeared so I could get a refill (because she was chatting with other customers). The Ramada buffet had good sausages, and high quality bacon but had scrambled eggs made from fresh eggs (which could have been a winning point) if they had been properly cooked, instead they were dry, stringy and marred with black grease.

We spent one night in this Hotel. There was nothing missing, everything was just great. Thanks a lot!

Clean rooms, complimentary hot breakfast, quiet, hot tub. Wi-Fi isn't the greatest.

It was great the staff was top knotch and breakfast was superb definitely recommend this too anyone passing through.

One of the nicest hotels in Williams Lake. I was there for the Dr. Gabor Mate course. My room was nice, the staff pleasant. They even had an Ethernet cable so I could plug in my own travel router (I didn't use it because the Wi-Fi was decent). My only complaint was that the free brunch didn't have much selection, especially for a vegetarian. All in all not a bad experience. I recommend checking out this hotel.

Was turned away from the restaurant for Valentine's Day because I didn't have a reservation. Meanwhile front desk knew we were interested and didn't bother to let us know… Ohh and did I mention that literally half the tables were empty?! Not worth it.

I only stayed for one night, but it was nice, clean and affordable. The parking lot was pretty packed but I was still able to find a spot.

I had a wonderful experience at the Ramada Inn in Williams Lake. The customer service was excellent! Two employees that I had the pleasure of working with were Page and Gayleene. These two ladies went above and beyond to help me with a problem that was created by a employee at another hotel, The Sandman. They also granted me a late checkout while I waited for Driver's license to be returned from the other hotel. I couldn't cross the border without my DL. The beds were very comfortable, the room was extremely clean, had a refrigerator, and breakfast was delicious. They served homemade potatoes, eggs, ham, sausage, fresh fruit, yogurt, bread, cereal, juice and coffee. I would highly recommend this hotel and the price was very reasonable.

We wanted a midway point from Vancouver to Prince George, so we booked the Ramada, Williams Lake. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the location was perfect. So, we booked the Ramada for the return drive home. Definitely will book it for the next time we go.

Great place free wi fi and free breakfast. I was traveling from Anchorage, Alaska and stopped here. Best hotel for price. They even give you a gym pass because their's under renovation. You'd be a fool not to stay here.
