Went and stayed last night. Bathroom was dirty. No toilet paper. Full of mosquitoes. And went to have coffee. Cups were dirty. Like used. Beds and towels only clean things there. Night stand stcky. Bathroom floor hadn't been even swept.

Great place for the price. The walls are a bit thin. I stayed in room 101 and I can hear the ppl upstairs walkin around pretty easy. Also, if ur a light sleeper u cant have the fridge on as it makes a high pitch sound (understandable though). The best part was the internet. This motel was booked solid I was told and using their Wi-Fi I streamed netflix with 0 buffering or lag all on high quality. I mean not even 4 stars hotels can say that. If u like late night streaming in bed this motel is for you 100%. The guy up front was friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience. Would recommend it.

At 11pm when I pulled in, the young guy in the front office was friendly and efficient. Got me into my room quickly. Room was clean and bright, and most importantly — the bed was comfortable! Great experience — thanks!

Non smoking room smells like stale smoke and the upstairs room has been blasting gangsta rap and apparently tapdancing since 5 am. Slum/party location.

The Imperial is in an older building and has some dings, dents and imperfections. It isn't a fancy place, but it was peaceful and exactly what I needed. The room was really clean and the staff were refreshingly friendly and helpful. I had been evacuated due to the wildfires and had two small dogs and a cat. They welcomed my pets and the the man at the front desk even came out to greet them! It is close to shopping and restaurants.

It's an older motel but the location is great, staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. Perfect for overnights with work.

I was super impressed, people were very nice and the room was very clean. Plain but much nicer than I would expect at a highway-side motel. Would stay again!

For what it is, it's quite nice. Clean sheets, vacuumed floors etc. The room we stayed in had fresh paint and new flooring throughout with a separate kitchen. We stayed here rather than Cache Creek or Williams Lake. Stopped at the Coast Hotel in Williams Lake first but the room was not very clean looking. Would rather support this clean motel with friendly staff than the name brands down the street.
