Room was dirty… couldn't refund money… went through Expedia … pulled sheets back checked the beds for bugs that part was OK I told the person at the desk to tell the manager about the cleaners not doing there job rooms should be checked some lighting also didn't work definitely needs some TLC with everything.

Nice staff and efficient check-in, but this hotel has seen better days. It's way too worn and rundown. Too many deficiencies to list but it's a borderline 'dump'.

The rating is warranted. Unvacuumed floors, previous guests' clothing in the corner, no conditioner in the dispenser, rot in the ceiling, green tarnish in the bathtub. However, it was less than 100 dollars, the beds were sleepable, and the room was quiet. If you're in a pinch, she'll do.

Beds are clean and washrooms clean. The rooms I've been in all have big TVs if you like TV. The place is a older but it's nice. Restaurant/lounge is attached.

Really bad smell, from urine on blankets, from previous guests. No pool. No sauna.

The lobby staff at check in, beds, furniture, fridge and TV were nice everything else was gross. The carpets are filthy, bathtub does not shut off, bathroom vanity prevents toilet seat from staying up, light bulbs burnt out, not a picture on walls, office does not open at posted time, restaurant, although good on other occasions, does not open until 8 AM. In short a dated dump that could be very nice with a complete renovation and probably new ownership.

Beds were clean but there was no shampoo in the room or hot water. The staff was friendly. It was the last room in town so I was greatfull we didn't have to sleep in the car.

Run find another place sleep in vehicle anything is better than this I stayed in room 32 and it was disgusting as you can tell by the pictures the TV was 40 years old headboards were not connected to anything it looks like a motel room that was charged by the hour run fast people there's three other hotels at the other end of the city it is well worth the 3-minute drive I have to give up 1 star rating to post but it does not even deserve that in the morning and went to talk to the front desk waited 20 minutes nobody was there I'm calling no answer they don't care the lobby looks amazing and that's about it at the hotel the parking sucks hopefully this helps everybody LOL.

Friendly service. Great location. Enjoyed pool and hot tub. Larger room than we expected.

Dirty rooms, most outlets don't work in room. Most other rooms has drunks or young party people. Hotel needs a big reno.

The ladies were fabulous, the restaurant was fabulous, mini fridge, flat screen tv, microwave, coffee pot, it most definitely could have been worse. For me however I found the room to stink, the cleaner does NOT understand detail, furniture and blanket out dated. The bed sat on a chunk of rock because the bed bottom is broken, bath tub needs to be refinished bad, linoleum if lifting off the floor, the place just needs a face lift. The pool was a no go just nasty, hot tub didn't work, parking sucks and you can hear the neighbors fart! Would not stay again and would suggest the other two hotels.

It was clean and very simple room and is probably the cheapest in town. Had an old CRT TV and mini fridge but no microwave. The bathroom fixtures had as little bit of rust, but everything worked as expected. Decent value for the cost in my opinion.

Nice little place, nice restaurant attached. Bathroom in my room could use a little TLC, but good for the price.

Wonderful little hotel. The rooms are somewhat dated, and they aren't the biggest, but they are clean and quiet. Front desk staff is great and very helpful. You won't go wrong staying here.

The room was nice and roomy. The furniture is a little dated but the TV was new big screen. The king size bed was super comfortable. I believe it's the only accommodation in 100 Mile House that still has smoking rooms (my husband and I are smokers) The restaurant had a really nice menu and a bar. We didn't avail ourselves of the food because we weren't hungry at the hat time. There is an A&W, Save-On, Dollartree, 7-11, and a government' liquor store all right across the road. What else could you possibly need?
