Somehow they lost my reservation, and the staff member who was working at that time wasnt very helpful in getting it sorted. Luckily they had rooms available so it all worked out. Rooms were comfortable. Continental breakfast was amazing, huge selection. Pool area and waterslide are an added bonus.

Good size comfortable room at a reasonable price. Nearby restraint and hotel has a pretty good breakfast.

Excellent front desk team and incredible housekeeping. Breakfast buffet is also awesome. Would definitely stay again. Best in Strathmore.

We had a couple of problems with our room. Hotel was booked, the little bit of the buffet we did get to try was delicious. However, the friendly staff helped recitify the situation and we will happily be returning. Clean rooms, very friendly staff.

Dylan was awesome helping us find a room suitable for our mother with her slight disabilities and making sure we were comfortable.

Great hotel. Very nice staff at check in that were able to solve a problem we had with our online booking. Rooms were clean, and nicely updated for an older hotel with comfy beds and nice TV. The breakfast was the best part pid this stay and included every kind of fruit you can imagine on top of typical eggs, bacon, and hash browns. Even for being busy during stampede season, the staff were able to keep up with having plenty of food available as well. Can't wait to come back!

I thought this hotel was a nice clean, quiet place. Comfortable and clean beds, nice little water slide and a great breakfast.

This hotel has fantastic beds, always clean (stayed here many nights), and it's has the best complimentry breakfast I've ever seen and I've stayed at a lot of hotels with work. Would stay here if I was looking for a place to stay overnight in Strathmore, no questions about it.

I went to the Travelodge for a Christmas function. The organization booked the ball room which had plenty of round tables and seating. The service was amazing. The bar staff for the function was extremely professional while maintaining a friendly demeanor. I think this is the goto place for functions in the town of Strathmore.

The Travelodge in Strathmore is one of the better hotels that I have ever gone to staff are very helpful and polite the overall hotel is very clean and well the breakfast bar just great well-stocked many selections the pool has a water slide and a hot tub and great for the younger child in you and the adult in everyone.

I am FINALLY getting around to posting the review I was adamant to write about my terrible experience with this hotel. On the first weekend of November my husband and I were traveling with our friend's three teenagers. We don't have a credit card and I knew from past experience that it was useful to have one when avoiding large deposits. We didn't have much money on hand as we were waiting for a deposit to be made. Knowing the situation was complicated, we decided to phone ahead to make sure it would be possible to use my mom's credit card to book our room. Unfortunately, there was a very new person working the desk and when my mom called to make sure it would all work out she said yes and took her credit card number but when we got there (in the early hours of the morning in the freezing cold) the front desk woman said it would not work without the credit card physically present which was obviously not what she said on the phone, but there was a language barrier as well as the fact that this poor woman was essentially on her own after only 1 month and the person in the back who had been there longer was incredibly rude and unhelpful and basically left the front desk woman out to dry. Long story not so short, even thought the hotel staff were part of the reason the problem was created, they did NOTHING to help and put a woman with a disabled husband and 3 teenagers out in the cold.

The Alberta Canola Growers at this hotel conference was great, the lunch time food was very good. The washrooms were very well kept. As well, the staff were very attentive and willing to help with serving and when I lost my wallet.

Great customer service, great location. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was the best! Had a perfect stay and would for sure recommend. Even mailing our DVDs we left behind… awesome. Thanks again!

Great place to stay! Clean rooms, accommodating staff, amazing breakfast. Rooms were quiet, which says a lot as there was a wedding reception going late into the night. And a super fast water slide. Sinuses beware!

The building is beautiful, the staff are knowledgeable and courteous. The breakfast has so many choices. Our daughter really liked the water slide. We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back here again.

We stayed in a room on the east side of the hotel. There wasn't really any outside noise, and nothing to wake our infant. The room was clean and tidy, with a nice selection of "one cup" teas and coffees available. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick. Definitely made the early check in and check out a breeze! We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, quite tasty. Good variety too. We would definitely stay there again if we were staying in Strathmore!

Was very impressed with their service. We booked the pool for my son's birthday party today — — after about an hour in the pool, there was a power outage which in turn stopped the waterslide from working — — the kids were in for about 20 more minutes with the slide partially working — — we were ready to eat and then they closed the pool to work on it. They let us have it for free — — because of the inconvenience. Very considerate!

Large clean rooms great pool wonderful breakfast. The staff is great. Certainly would go back. Great location as well.

Lame they kicked me out of the pool for swimming! : (

I stayed here bcoz other places full. Some smells just stay with you once you leave. You can feel in your clothes n luggages.
