Nothing to complain about. Clean, modern. Quiet so far… Wish my room had a refrigerator. Staff have been very friendly. Edited July 26, *** thank you for letting me know where the fridge was located. I should have looked harder. I was tired and just gave up.

I always love staying here because I feel safe here. It's a professional hotel and all the staff us amazing. Breakfast is always great too. Should really get new bath mats and lamp shades though … mine looked like they were bought from the thrift store bent and tattered.

Hotel was nice. Breakfast was great and not busy. We ara at both restaurants and the food was good, just overpriced. Pool, steam room and hot tub was nice. But dirty. Dirty socks lay there all weekend long and Sunday there were no towels. Amenities in rooms were good. Room was clean but bathroom is very tiny and rooms are dark. Receptionist that checked us in was in a bad mood. It was nice and quiet and we had a good sleep.

The rooms are clean, and the person I spoke with on the phone when setting up our stay was fantastic. However, when we showed up to actually sign in we had to deal with Erin the night auditor. It should be noted that I've been staying in hotels for an average of 180 nights per year for the past 7 years. In all of those stays, I'm not sure I've ever dealt with a hotel employee who started a conversation so dismissive. To top it off, she actually just got more and more rude as the conversation went on. Hopefully the rest of the staff are more like the wonderful phone lady. Updates to come.

The hotel and the room were clean. The staff was friendly. I only have a few complaints. The room didn't really have AC, it only had the option to turn on a fan that pushed colder air from a vent. When I arrived to the hotel it was 30 degrees Celsius and the room itself didn't cool down until the next day with the fan on high. For 170$ a night one would expect an actual AC unit. Overall the hotel was good, the restaurants were nice and the breakfast buffet was very good. Of all the places in GP I have stayed I did like this one the most.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. The staff are friendly enough and the rooms are clean, however, I have NEVER once slept in a hotel bed that was so absolutely rock hard and uncomfortable. I stay in hotels a lot for work and I have never slept in such an awful bed at any other hotel. The second time I stayed here it was my coworkers choice of hotels. We politely asked the front desk lady if there was a difference in beds between the rooms, and explained it was because the first time I stayed there I found them extremely uncomfortable. Her response was “actually people usually complain that the beds are too soft”. Sorry lady, but I have no idea who would say that. I can sleep just about anywhere but I could not sleep well at this hotel. Also, your curtains suck, as they don’t close all the way and there was light in my room all night from outside. I will not be back at this hotel by choice. Also for almost $200 a night it’s not worth it.

We enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast was awesome and exquisitely displayed. Alfred one of housekeeper was dedicated to his work. Karen spoke to me daily asking my day. Alfred made sure we were comfortable. We will gladly returned to the Pomeroy because of employees service.

Wonderful experience. We walked in and felt very welcomed. Friendly staff, very clean hotel! Our room was very clean when we walked in. The hot tub you can time how long you want to be in there which was very awesome. The breakfast was amazing! They had the best hotel eggs I could think of! Not to wet or runny. Also they had the best hash browns ever! Would totally come back to this hotel. Very professional.

Stayed for a week and had a great stay. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Hotel was clean and rooms were modern. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options. Only complaint would be the staff at the lounge. The manager was incredibly rude and it was hard to get service.

Nice Hotel. Best price for a decent room in this town. Holiday Inn and others have priced themselves out of the market IMHO.

Steaming hot water, both hot and cold taps burned my skin. Not impressed and definately not worth 180$. Had better stays for 70$/night.

Beautiful, nice atmosphere for business and very clean. Having the mall literally 10 steps away was very convenient.

I used to really like this hotel & stay here about twice a year but this past trip was very unpleasant. I was kicked out due to "suspicion" because I sat downstairs in the lobby on my phone for an hour… the rooms seem dungy now compared to my last visit anyways, light flickering and dim in the room & froze half the night. Deffinitly wouldn't recommended.

Nice interior, pool and hot tub. Mall right across the street. Friendly staff.

Clean, newly renovated rooms. Enjoyed the Starbucks k cup selection in the room as well as the TELUS Optik TV. Wi-Fi in each room was a pleasant surprise. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed there 20 days, great staff. Housekeeping is not the best though.

Some of their front desk staff are a little incompetent, but only some. Most are professional and great at their jobs. The restaurant downstairs, The Office, has great food and properly made drinks. Definitely recommend it. The hotel is clean and well maintained, as well as conveniently close to a lot of places you may need.
