Asuktrd and attached by worker at 7/9/29 @ 2 am. Had hotel room booked, and asked for key card service room already booked. And previously checked in. Verbally asulsted, and threatened me. Called police because I asked for room key. Said I was thrat. Worst pace ever. Stayed at hoiday inn for 5 years plus, never again.

Wonderful staff and all the comforts of home.

Super friendly staff at restaurant and front desk. My stay was pleasant. Enjoyed clean white flat key TV remote control. It should be mandatory for hotels :-) )

Just stopped at Seasons On Forty for a bite to eat and the staff was amazing. Especially the manager over there with the blue hair. She was extremely friendly and absolutely fantastic during my time there.

The extra taxes added on were a bit much. Not right in my opinion to add another 5.5% tax on top of GST.

Holiday Inn is usually a great bet. Good clean rooms. Decent price.

I've been here for a week and have three to go. The room is nice and because I'm staying a while they pvided me with an extra fridge. The sheets are nice to sleep in but the bed is creaky and makes noise when you roll over. I have 2 TV's, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Very nice quality LG flatscreens. Lots of drawerys for my clothes and did I mention that the sofa in the living room turns into a bed? The bathroom is clean and looks nice, but the tub is only 14" tall and the toilet had a difficult time with flushing everything down. All this I can live with, but Grande Prairie has 2 busy roads and this hotel is right on the corner of all that and it is noisey.
The weightroom is nice and it has a pool that I haven't used yet. The food in the restaurant is mediocur at best but the staff and waitresses make up for the lack of quality.
I went for a massage and I must have sidened up for just a rub with oil. I fell asleep twice and was a little more stiff than when I went into it from the uncomfortable massage table.
I'm debating on switching hotels after the last 3 weeks are up.

Sorry this place is never going to see me again. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. The restaurant leaves much to be desired!

A nice hotel with even better staff. Had a great stay for business. The hotel was very festive with plenty of Halloween decorations when I was there.

Attended the conference centre in this location. Appears to be plenty of parking, well maintained. The conference centre has a lower than expected ceiling for this type of facility. The conference had a banquet catered by the hotel and the food was amazing. Great selection of desserts.

Newly renovated so the place is beautiful. One of the nicest holiday inns I have stayed at. The rooms were clean as well as the whole premises. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant on side is good as well.

I attended the Holiday Inn for a professional event, while I didn't get a chance to stay for the night I was very impressed by the decor of the lobby and conference room. The staff was courteous and polite, and the meal service was much better than I expected. Great experience.

Excellent place to stay when in Grande Prairie. Staff are very accommodating, rooms are clean and quiet. Last time I was here was 11 years ago for son's and daughter-in-law wedding. Things have stayed the same. Same great service.

Comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. Good location.

Rooms are good. Breakfast was included, great selection of hot and cold foods. Wait staff was less than interested in seeing to our needs. Empty drinks and we sat right where they exited their back area, no one asked if we would like a drink refill of water or juice. Only 3 other tables were seated. Guess they assumed no tip as the meal was included. After lack of service no tip was indeed what they got.

We've stayed many times and always been pleased. This morning at 7:20 am I got the last cup of coffee from the pot and informed the front desk. She said we aren't making anymore because there is banquets and conventions happening today. So all of a sudden hotel guests are somehow not as important?

Recent room. Nice style. Breakfast not complimentary. No bottle of water in the room. No safe available in the room.

The renovated rooms look nice but the A. C. System is still poor. I like a cool room at night and most hotel a. C. Units accomplish this. These units cut out before the room reaches temperature and never gets cool. I found it uncomfortably warm. Even after changing rooms I had the same problem. On a positive note, the staff are great and the rooms were clean.

Complete new renovation thru out the property. Good food in Seasons on Forty with excellent service.

Nice newly renovated rooms as of August 2017. The hotel is really nice and modern now, brand new gym and small market. Really good location with food and activities nearby.

Recently updated rooms. Very sleek. Great location in town: walking distance to groceries and pubs. Gym and pool.

Nice, well serviced. The staff at reception were very polite and helpful. Had to extend our stay on short notice and even fully booked with a hockey tournament in town, we were accommodated. Restaurant crew also took notice and remembers guests! Points out the nice offerings.

Was a part of a event called "the holistic health and wellness expo" the hotel staff were very great in helping up set up as well as providing us and our guests with water. We have held our show at this location multiple times and it is always great service and a wonderful venue. And will continue to hold our shows at this location. "Grand prairie Alberta holiday inn"

Conference facilities are not well sound insulated from other rooms, we could hear the other presentations taking place next door. The room was well lit but very cold, it was difficult to find the staff who were servicing the room at times. Very clean and well maintained scores this location 3 stars.

Considering the fact I was very upset for housekeeping coming into the room & touching & moving my stuff, u did ur best @ dealing with the issue, but the rooms are still dirty & below standards, not in a rush to come & stay again. The front desk staff is amazing & helpful, I cannot praise them enough. But the truth is, if someone has a standing request for housekeeping to stay out of a room, *which I did have with you & was promised that it would be on file for future stays*, then it should be honored, if it was not put on file, that is not my fault & someone who was to put it on file is. It does not negate the fact that my personal boundaries of privacy were violated. I enjoy my stay at most holiday inns (where my requests are honored faithfully), although there have been a few with issues, they are often addressed promptly and efficiently without any hesitation.

Good room for the rate, good service, very comfortable beds. The only thing I didn't like was the wireless Internet. Poor Wi-Fi signal, slow speeds, frequent disconnections, and no wired connection option. The heated pool is also quite nice. Would have scored 4 stars if not for the Internet.

I asked for a double room and they said they had a "standard" double room and so I booked it and put it under a credit card. The guys I booked it for get there and they said it's a single king bed in the room. So they inquire and the front desk said they still needed my credit card information! WOW. Never using Holiday Inn here in Grande Prairie. Every other that I've dealt with in Alberta have been great. Slave Lake and Drayton Valley being examples of good Holiday Inns. (UDPATE) It turns out they didn't cancel my room booking and charged it to my company credit card anyways. Luckily after talking to the front desk manager (Stephanie I think her name was? ) she apologized and refunded the room plus the late night cancellation fee since it was an error on their booking. Her sincerity and understanding has revised my rating from a 1 star to a 4 star. In the future I may yet still use Holiday Inn because of her.

After heavy snow falls here, come in and feel the warmth, the coffee and snacks in the lobby immediately feel the warmth, 159 price OK.
Room very spacious, free Wi-Fi, office desks and chairs are very comfortable …
