Great hotel with friendly staff. Had a group in for the weekend and they took amazing care of each and every one of us. Highly recommend.

Excellent hotel, very clean and new. Breakfast buffet had real sausage and scrambled eggs and the coffee was great.

This hotel is new and well situated. It's very clean. The staff are very polite and breakfast is quite dank. I personally loved the hashbrowns and soft fresh muffins on offer. The bathrooms were really nice in the rooms. Would reccomend this spot to anyone visiting the gem of Alberta that is Grande Prairie. I enjoyed the water bottles being restocked throughout my visit. A nice touch.

Hotel is very nice and modern. Full size fridge in the room. Fitness center has free weights, cable machine and cardio equipment.

The hotel was beautiful. Very modern rooms and furnishings. The staff were great. I loved the free cab ride to the airport in the morning. I didn't get a chance to have the hot breakfast in the morning though. Perhaps having it out ready to go at 4 or 5 might be better for oil field workers to be able to have the hot breakfast.

This place is awesome. It's new and located perfect if you want to hit the theater or casino.

Everything was fantastic and top shelf but the TP… otherwise I would have given it 5 star rating.

Very friendly front end staff, the room was very spacious and already cool when we arrived, the bed was very comfortable. Will be my first choice when visiting GP!

Super clean rooms and very friendly staff, plus since every room is a suite there's everything you need inside. I haven't checked out yet, but I would highly doubt there will be an issue.

This hotel is awesome! Full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Very clean and bed is very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Best place I have stayed at in Grande Prairie, clean and comfortable. Would have given this place 5 stars except for evening front desk lady was very rude and borderline insulting to me for no reason, customer service is a position she should not be in.

The room was fantastic. It was really clean, furnishings were nice and very comfortable. A nice bathroom.
The free hot breakfast was great with a nice selection.

Management and staff here go above and beyond here! Rooms are always spotless! I stay in many hotels throughout Alberta and British Columbia. I’d say this is one of the best. In regards to a neg review below… if you don’t know your room will not be cleaned when your dogs in it… the rest of your negativity stems from your stupidity!

I think its very accomodating, state of the art, well managed, convienently located home away from home.

Joanne Caharel and I headed to GP for a night out and shopping. Staying at Encore Suites and they treated us like royalty. Received dinner at the Den and Carvery, drinks at the Casino, Customer Appreciation drinks and snacks at the hotel before dinner, all compliments of the hotel. And to top it off, this hotel is beautiful. Definitely worth staying at. Almost like All Inclusive in GP.

I loved this hotel at first, let us have our dogs there and everything. They didn't clean our room for 5 days and we had to ask, never told me they needed me to take my dogs out for service. Then I asked on the 7th day for the girl to clean up our room and to please give us clean sheets. We came into a room that the beds were made with dirty sheets. This last time we stayed there was something on the hide a bed. I went to flip the cushions and there was more. The cleaner the next day told me that it wasn't like that when we came in. Again the room service was not that great, empty paper towel holders, dirty towels left, not enough toilet paper, etc. We will not be spending any more time there as the service would get better the more you stay at a hotel and we were treated as we were more work than they wanted to do. Nice hotel just needs some better management.

Nice place. No pool or restaurant. Had some issues with house keeping hopefully they get it fixed soon.

Bed was super firm. Nice, clean, new and fresh. Breakfast was all microwaved, but staff were really pleasant. Great price for a kitchenette.

Amazing and friendly staff, great hot breakfast lot's of selection. Staff is always smiling and ready to assist in anyway they could. However there was one front desk staff that stand out to me, her name is Joan. Very nice lady suggested places where I could have lunch and take my kids to have a bit of fun while visiting. Thanks for a great weekend Encore!

Very, very nice place! Super clean (brand new). Staff are very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, lots of selection, very delicious. They have a BBQ on site that guests can use, so one night we bought some frozen burgers and cooked our own supper (cheaper than eating out). On Tuesday evenings they serve complimentary appetizers and drinks which were fantastic. Overall the stay was top notch, would definitely recommend and the next time we are in GP we will be staying here again!

It's a brand new hotel, friendly staff and they held a customer appreciation night one night I was there overall a good experience.

I am a housekeeper at encore suites. Just started and love it. The people I work with a awesome people and my — Bosses are so kind. … great hotel. Very cozy.

Staff was wonderful, the rooms were very confertable, spacious and looked great. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I return to gp.

I travel a lot for work, so I've stayed in many different chains of hotels. This is my first time staying at an Encore Suites. My stay here couldn't have been better. The rooms are incredible; from the bed and modern finishes, to the bath robes and personal safe in the closet. The breakfast was (is, as I'm eating it right now) great. Thank you for making this stay relaxing and I will recommend this hotel over any others in G. P.

Uptown and trendy. Great comfort and finishes. Close to a great selection of food and brick n mortar stores within walking distance. Casino across the street. Breakfast is lacking the same quality however.

Most hotel rooms are pricey as it is, having to pay to use a playpen is a bit ridiculous. We have never been charged for this anywhere else.

Great staff, very accommodating manager, comfortable and beautiful suites. I would definetely recommend staying there.

Room was very new and updated however internet was terrible and not usable most days. When you could finally connect to it you wouldn't actually have internet speed.

Rooms are very clean and modern. The kitchenette suite features a full sized fridge and I was told these are standard in all the units. Not much else for kitchen space in the kitchenette suite however. Bathroom is spacious with good shower pressure and a huge backlit mirror and a full length mirror. Breakfast is the typical buffet style and was basically what you get at all hotels. Workout room is new and has a variety of weights but no pool.

Nice rooms, great free breakfast and quiet at night. Wi-Fi is also very fast.

Lots of accommodations and I great service! Loved it! 9/10 would recommend.
