Mine and my kids clothes were stolen by house keeping. They said they didn’t take nothing but they are the only ones with the other keycards to get into the room.

Very good food. Convenient.

Great 2 night stay. Restaurant staff and room service staff were fantastic, despite being short staffed.

Our reservation and experience with how they handled our issue was a nightmare. Never again.

So we stayed at the Executive Royal Hotel in Leduc last weekend. When we checked in we went to our room and found that the bathroom had not been cleaned properly. There was dried urine on the toilet rim. Gross. We called to the front desk and they were apologetiic but coiud not get it cleaned properly and offered us another room. We went and got the card keys and went to the new room. Awesome. Went into the bathroom and it wasn't cleaned either. Dirty towel on the floor and h…air on the floor as well. Called down and the manager checked it out and confirmed that these were real issues. Gave us an upgraded room and finally it was clean. Checked our Visa statement and the dirty so and so's charged us for an upgrade. How much do you suck as a hotel chain to charge a customer for additional costs for your failure to do your job? A lot, that's how much you suck.

I was attending the 39th International Mustang Meet. The hotel hosted us for a cocktail evening, a BBQ, and an awards banquet. Food and drinks were very good, and staff was on the ball for ensuring enough food was available. A rooms are comfortable, and some are large enough for sizable gatherings of friends once the event parties were over. All in all, it was a delightful stay.

Hotel itself is nice. It's perfect for a short stay when going to the airport in the morning. If you got more time I'd recommend another hotel closer to more amenities. There is a new mall within walking distance now though.

A decent Hotel that doesn't seem worth the price when compared to other options in the area. No breakfast or pool. The lobby was very inviting and made a good first impression. Staff were accommodating, prompt and friendly at check in. The rooms are pretty good but the bathrooms could use a bit of love. The fitness facility is in need of a major improvement. Overall it was a good experience but I would probably choose something else next time.

Attended a professional event at the hotel. The conference space was small but we'll suited to the side of the crowd. Facility was clean and tidy and the washrooms were well serviced. Would definitely consider booking another event here.

Excellent location just off the QE2 and proximity to the airport. Easy access to Edmonton and area and the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable, although the A/C unit didn't seem to work. Shower control loose and temperature fluctuated. Parking lot had a car show and was restricted in size and flow. Restaurant had amazing food.

Had Mothers Day Brunch there. Beats the Sawmill Brunch hands down for selection but buffet tables should have attendants to deter people not using tongs, kids touching and putting back, etc.

Very good service, rooms goid condition. Very friendly service and helpfull. Good at restaurant was great (supper and breakfast). Will stay again good location from airport and car park.

We stay here often. Great if your travelling as parking is free if you are leaving your vehicle while traveling. Restaurant has a limited menu but the food is always good. Lots of parking and it’s very close to the airport. Update… stayed here last night because my husband was flying out for work and as I mentioned above we always stay at this hotel when we travel because of the parking. We were told this morning when checking out by the lady at the front desk after we mentioned our vehicle would be parked there for a few days (like always) and today we were informed they do NOT allow parking and have not since November 2017. I argued because I travelled to Mexico in mid November and indeed I left my vehicle parked and was not told I could not, traveled to Mexico less then two weeks ago stayed at the same hotel and were told we could park on the east side of the hotel and it was no problem. The front desk attendant said I dont know WHO told you that you could park there but it is not allowed. We have been very loyal customers as we travel alot, my husbands company even uses this same hotel. We wont be staying here any longer. If someone from the hotel staff reads this UPDATE your website… it clearly states FREE PARKING. I gave this hotel 5 star rating I've since changed it to a 2.

A nice facility for a meeting. Decent breakout rooms but not very many. Very nice clean hotel. Easy access to airport.

Great lunch buffet. I really hope the construction finishes up soon on the roads around it. Perfect for a larger luncheon venue.

Great sleep and very comfy bed… especially the pillows. Special mention to Geline at front desk (checking) as going above and beyond her regular job. My Accounrant needed an important document downloaded, printed, signed and FAX sent before I left Canada. She was so helpful. On top of that, my bathtub faucet was turned too tight for me and she came to my room personally, used two hands and super strength to turn water on. (Maintenance had gone for the day). Thank you for good people in this hectic world! Judy.

Super service, pet friendly to the MAX, even have pet treats & a pet run to help! Very nice rooms & so accommodating to having pets with you. Very much appreciated!

Only there to attend a meeting. Nice meeting space. Good lunch too. It was just soup & sandwiches but had an interesting variety of sandwiches, good salads and a variety of pickled products & desserts. Lots of parking & easy to find.

Was there for one night before flying out the next morning. Food was great and service was very friendly. Easy access to the park and fly and they even gave us a discount to park for the week.

I stayed here with my Synchronized Skating Club for a competition. As we were on our way to the airport k realized I didn't have my (pricey) headphones with me. I called the hotel to see if they had found them while cleaning the room. Luckily they had them, and offered to have their airport shuttle driver drop them off to the airport for me as I wasn't able to go back and get them. I was able to meet the driver at the airport to collect them which was such a huge relief! The staff went above and beyond to help me and ensure I had them before travelling home.

ALthough we live near Edmonton, we stayed Jan 14, 2018 because we had an early flight and thought we would start the holiday early. The hotel was clean, and the beds very comfortable. When we got up at 5am, the shower could not be turned on. The handle was solidly stuck! Ugh! When we checked out another couple had the same issue. We were told by reception she would advise the manager and we would get an email … still waiting.

What a joke. We checked in late and it took the lady around 10 minutes to understand what we were talking about even though we had a reservation. The room was clean which was good. The hot water didn't work. That is main reason for the bad review. All you got wanna tickle. When mentioned this to the lady at reception all she said was "I'll mention it to maintenance". Two airport shuttle was on time but the guy diving was not good at communication. Everyone was super confused and we almost missed our stop.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Wishing there was a microwave in room though.

I have stayed at the hotel before and was very happy with the room. The only down side last year when I went was that the halls were very cold. I came back last week to meet an associate at the restaurant and enjoyed the atmosphere, food and service. Portions could definetly be reduced though.

Great staff. Good prices for food and booze, comfy as hell beds.

Stopped in for lunch. Overall it was pretty good for a buffet, but nothing special. The beef Stroganoff was excellent. Shockingly enough there are better restaurants in nisku, but this is a solid choice if you want something quick.

If you are planning to stay and have a very early flight I would never consider this. Very noisy and too many drunk people arround. Woke up so many times from the noise within 2 hours of sleep. I wish I never stayed here and instead waited at the airport! Terrible.

Location is near the airport. Short walk to a few small restaurants. The restaurants located in the hotel didn't have good reviews so I opted to not go. Room was nice, quiet, blackout curtains worked well, lots of electrical outlets, keurig, mini fridge. No complaints at all. Except no breakfast like at the best western.

More than I expected, given the industrial reputation of the town. Nice setting for the training course, and the room was appropriate and clean. Long walk from front desk to south tower, so check when booking if you are not able to walk far. Bar was open late so that's appreciated. Airport and train noise was excessive.

Stayed there several times and utilized the meeting rooms. Restaurant is exceptional, and we always had great service. Highly recommended for conferences or meetings.

Rooms are really nice. I travelled from Saskatoon and had to pick my dog up at the cargo building and the shuttle service took me, my wife and my son to the hotel and then drove me to get my dog and took me bacl to the hotel. I felt the service was very good and the bar staff and restaurant staff were very pleasant It's also very close to the airport which of always a plus.

Everything was great here. If we are travelling and half to stay over in Edmonton we choose this place. It's easy to get to, the staff is great, the in house restaurant was really good too. If it had a pool that would be icing on the cake. All round great place.

Very nice staff, helped us out a lot. Rooms were cleaned every day at a reasonable time. The food at the restaurants was good but sometimes a bit expensive. The staff were very friendly. Rooms had soft beds, big showers, keurig machine, small fridge, plenty of towels, and lots of closet/drawer space. They had a dog area set up so you could let your dogs off-leash.

I went for their Mother's Day brunch buffet. Everybody there was fantastic. The front end staff, hosts, servers, carvers, they're were all awesome. Both the breakfast and lunch options were excellent and varied. There was a lot to choose from for dessert (including a lot of fresh fruit, which is usually hit or miss at a buffet. This fruit was excellent). All in all I would definitely go back!

Our September 2016 wedding was at this hotel and we got incredible compliments from our guests on the service, and the food especially! The staff was incredible and friendly. Paul was so dedicated to us and super accommodating to what we needed. The food is phenomenal! We go back for our anniversary and stay in the lavish presidential suite. This place is the best! A must pick for wedding venue!
Dave the hotel manager is so amazing as well! For our one year anniversary he has taken great care of us and we look forward to the treats. He is a sweet guy and really cares about his guests. I love getting spoiled!

Excellent food. A little pricey at $22 but I enjoyed it.

Very impressive when you walk into the lobby but there was an issue with the reservation I made back in April. The clerk asked if I was sure I was at the right hotel. I gave her the confirmation code and she said she didn't recognize it as one of theirs. She checked a second time and found my reservation but it was only for one night instead of two. Fortunately a room was available for two nights. I was there for a wedding and the venue, staff and meal were all great. The room was also nice and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately there was a downside. There was foreign matter dried onto the bathroom door jamb, the shower door had a broken hinge that caused problems when trying to close it (obviously other people had problems because of all the marks where it had been pried into place), there was a piece of cereal on the floor under a chair, holes in the wall above the bed where a picture had been removed, the light switch for the recessed light over the bed I slept in was on a far wall while there were two switches for each of the two lights over the other bed on either side of that bed for easy access, but one if the lights didn't work; and the track for the sliding closet door was broken. Another thing I found very odd the glass shower door opened against the towel rack, so was not accessible while in the shower stall… you have to step out and around the door to get a towel. When I checked out, the clerk documented my concerns and asked if I had eaten.

Big, clean room. King sized bed. Free airport shuttle every 20min. Great place to stay.

Stayed as a guest for one night, very clean and good service. Food was meh, but that's relativity minor.

Probably the best feature of this hotel are their beds, they are very comfortable (if you like very soft beds). However, the hotel rooms are pretty outdated, relatively clean and the service is OK. I asked to change rooms because of the noisy fan in front of my room (room 333) and the lady at the front desk seemed rather unpleased and annoyed to have to accommodate. The Wi-Fi is good and they have a decent gym facility. The stay doesn't include breakfast but the restaurant in the lobby serves a decent breakfast for a reasonable price. There is a free airport shuttle. The free apples at the front desk are a nice touch.

Haven't stayed here since I am local but I have eaten and rented meeting rooms a number of times. Always a very courteous and friendly staff. Food is always good and on occasion great.

Their Sunday brunch is always very good, and a reasonable price.

In room TV sucks. Lower channels so much snow not worth watching. No TSN, no sportsnet. Food was terrible in both the restaurant and bar and the service was just as bad. I will never stay there again!

Over priced gong show. Internet description doesn't match the hotel; no pool or hot tubs. No room service menus in the room for some reason. A very small and average quality buffet for 30 bucks, with basically zero service at it. There were only three people in the whole restaurant, they gave me a table that had about a huge tilt to it. I didn't get any service for drinks until after I was almost done the first plate. Asked for the bill, had to go get it myself. A manager, a waitress, and a hostess, for three customers at two tables, and they couldn't have screwed it up worse if they tried.
