Don't stay here. Staff is so rude and if you need help the staff hangs up on you. Not safe for children at all. I'm dead serious, the staff put me and my child in danger and wouldn't call the cops. They caused the situation and then walked away. All I did was ask for drunk people to be dealt with. The drunk people then came after me because the staff member pointed me out. Never been so scared in my life.

It's really close to the airport which is great. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but my pillows were mushy. Complimentary breakfast every morning is appreciated, and the food is mostly pretty good. The dining room feels more like a smoking and drinking lounge because it has lots of armchairs and club chairs. Very nice experience overall. Just need some better pillows.

Hotel is very close to the Edmonton International Airport and to the Premium Outlet Mall. Rooms are your standard hotel box, nothing spectacular. Pool was unavailable because of maintenance, but hot tub still operational. Free breakfast is pretty good. They serve hot and cold dishes. It's not the best hotel I've stayed in, but not the worst by far. I would stay here again if I needed to be in the area.

Frankly it feels closer to the airport than driving allows. I use the shuttle, and while the driver was gentle his vehicle was showing its age. Remember to use the cumbersome kiosk, or your own phone to call the hotel for pickup, book your pickup at the hotel in advance. The shuttle can take more than 20 minutes. The suitcase trolleys need to be replaced, but the rest of the hotel is suitable. Front desk staff are pleasant, morning breakfast may be a bit late to start at 6am, and the pool is warm; the Whirlpool is almost too warm. The room I was in was earth tones, mainly brown which made the room look dusty, even though it wasn't. I could see future reviewers being more disappointed as things break, a lot looks like it is about to break. One last thing, avoid standing in the corners of the pool, there's hard debris nestled in the corners.

Very happy to see how the reception professionally handled a customer concern. I had a request at time of booking for an upper floor suite which was not addressed at time of check in. I was totally upset. But Julia at front desk helped me to get the upper floor suite. Also thanks to Chandan at front desk to explain the reason why the first floor is allocated. Both of them were extremely helpful. Very clean and nice property. The shuttle reached in reasonable time. I'm still at this property and wanted to share my experience before I heading for a long 26 hour trip to India. Hope all good for my remaining stay with a Hilton standard.

We had booked through another website and originally the front desk couldn't find our reservation… but they persevered and found it, which we really appreciated because we were late arrivals (10 PM). The room was wonderfully spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it was a quiet hotel. Breakfast was great (really busy) the next day, but we were very pleased with the whole experience and will try to stay at Hampton for our next trip too!

I stayed in this hotel before an early morning flight to Minneapolis. The staff were helpful and answered my questions. The outside fluorescent sign was right outside the front of the hotel and the curtains could not close, thus it was very bright and annoying. It made it difficult to fall asleep before my early flight. They do provide a bagged breakfast for people with early flights, which was very helpful.

This was awesome for a family stay! The room was very spacious for 6 of us. Very good breakfast also; not your usual lame breakfast that are included.

Nice hotel, ladies at the front desk (night shift) were awesome and funny. Rooms are decent, big bathroom. No balconies and no smoking… Clean, and cozy ish and modern decor. Nothing special but nothing bad either. Close to liquor store, gas station and airport. They give you breakfast in a brown paper bag in the morning that had an apple, a breakfast bar such as a special k granola bar, a bottle of water, a single packet of juice for your water (powder) and a muffin…

The fact that you could not park your vehicle in the lot sucked. We waited for over a half hour before and after for the shuttle to pick us up. That needs to be addressed. The beds and pillows were awesome. The breakfast area needs a new toaster as it burned my toast and only had 2 settings.

I just deliver pizza there occasionally but thry are very nice and clean hotels. The staff is very accommodating. It is only a few minutes from the airport. And from what ive seen the rooms look pretty nice.

We love the size of these rooms and the breakfast is awesome! We choose this hotel everytime we need to stay overnight in Edmonton with our family.

While the rooms were clean and the service was passable, there were a number of small issues which made this stay a disappointing one. Breakfast was offered, but then had to be requested as it was empty on the buffet. Small pieces of maintenance needed to be done on the rooms, but had obviously been neglected, and while I'll grant that the hotel can't control snowfall, there was no effort at all made to clear the parking lot for safety. Overall not a great stay.

I stay in a lot of Hampton all around the globe (diamond member), this one is clean but dated. The dry wall on the ceiling of my room, the tape is falling off to just name a few small things I have noticed. Might not be a big deal to many people, but Hilton brand hotels is my home away from home.

This hotel is really nice and welcoming. Employees are really nice and respectful and they have amazing service.

I stay with this hotel often through my company. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff are friendly and efficient, and the breakfast is a great start to the day. The only downside would be the road noise from Nisku, but still a great hotel.

The location to the airport is perfect and the hotel is very clean. The rooms are dated and need a little TLC. Past that it's 4 stars.

I spent the night here during a layover in Edmonton and while the rooms where fine, there was very little food options near the hotel within walking distance. The only place available within reasonable distance was a restaurant at the 4 points, that unfortunately, when we arrived had just closed for the night.

From our room we can hear noise from the road and the train (at midnight! ). They serve breakfast but it's not great. Standard north American breakfast with toast, waffle, yogurt, bananas, cereal. Not the most delicious, but ok. Bed was really comfy.

On booking into the hotel this year, for a yearly event that we booked in for three months ago, we were informed that the room type we booked was not available. As an HHonors member it seems pretty rediculous that a room type booked three months ago wasn't available. We were accommodated in another room type, and all other service is typically great.

The hotel is very nice and confortable, sadly when we came back to our room the door was open. We just pushed it (no card inserted) and it opened. Probably housekeeping didnt close it correctly, but we didnt feel safe.

Clean rooms, easy check in/out and helpful staff. The cookies were so tasty! The airport shuttle was on time and efficient.

Great rooms. Absolutely horrible Wi-Fi. I've had better Wi-Fi in wretched motels in Nunavut. They also have a two tiered Internet access scheme where you have to pay extra for the, 'premium Wi-Fi'. Possibly this is to encourage you to pay extra. I stay in more hotels than I do my own home, but this is the worst Wi-Fi I've ever seen.

Hampton inns always have clean rooms, good rates, free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Perfect for overnight stays.

It was a good stay except that I had to order in or drive a couple miles to get food after breakfast. Everything else was perfect and was what you would expect from a hotel like the Marriott.

My stay at the hotel has been wonderful, everyone has been very friendly and the room is really clean. The morning breakfast buffet has a good selection of foods, and the person attending the room is very friendly. Overall, I have really enjoyed my stay and have no complaints!

Staff is the best I've dealt with in a long time, very friendly, very accommodating, the breakfast was great, hot food, cereal, breads all over, juices, etc. Clean and fresh pool and hot tub. Solid all around.

The rooms are nice and the breakfast is not bad but generally the hotel is dirty. There were towels laying around etc.

Wasnt really impressed with the hotel. The breakfast buffet lacked food, it was kind of cold. The hotel had a really funny smell as well and the smell of chlorine was everywhere, especially on the stairwell. Their vending machines lacked alot of things as well. The nice thing they had was lemon and lime cold water at the entrance. Overall poor.

Beds were nice and clean. Bathroom a bit small though and the bath wouldn't drain properly so we had to stand in a pool of water while taking a shower which was a pity, but otherwise staff were very friendly.

Perfect for a cheap place to stay close to the airport.

Nice hotel, large room size, very clean. For a single night I couldn't have been happier. The location was great just off the highway and near the Edmonton airport. It also had a nice breakfast lounge with a hot breakfast.

I stayed at this hotel for eleven days and I must say that the staff was the friendliest and most helpful that I have ever experienced. Without exception, they were unwaveringly open, caring and cheerful. I felt like a member of the family by the time I left. Five stars for making my stay so satisfying. Beyond the remarkable staff, the room was large and well kept. The facility was clean and well maintained. And the breakfasts were extensive. Perfect.
