Beautiful place, 2 bedroom with a great deal, Covid or not!

My favourite place to stay in Canmore Alberta. The restaurant in the condo is fantastic. I’m also very impressed w/ their Covid 19 protocol and cleaning. They are doing a fantastic job!

The hotel was extremely unprofessional with dealing with customers. The rooms were smaller then advertised and outdated for the price of the room. Be careful after checking out and monitor you’re credit card statement as they will charge you’re card without your knowledge and then claim they were for noise complaints that no one knew anything about. They also decide on their own how much each noise complaint was worth. 2 separate charges to our Credit card were made for $70 and $90 and when called to question these charges they were rude and hung up the phone. Great Hospitality! We will NEVER go back!

Amazing place, very nice staffs, and very clean, amenities and kitchen appliances and wares are high quality — classy, I highly recommend, and tell relatives and friends if they are planning to visit Banff, Calgary and sorrounding area, to stay here, not to look for another accommodation, stay @ Silvercreek Lodge, 1818 Mountain Ave. Canmore.

The location is very good, there are many restaurants and gas stations near the hotel. The host of the hotel is helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful luxury lodge suites. I love staying here. I’ve been to a few other stunning ones but this is my favourite!

Rooms are clean, all of most essential items are available to use. The girl in the concierge is very accommodating and very nice with all our requests.

2 bedrooms suite was dated and most importantly dirty. House keeping did not do their job! 2 bathrooms but only one working with a tiny shower. Will not recommend to anyone. Probably better off with best western next door because this place is a rip off!

Very beautiful place to be in the Mountains. We had a suite with a seperate bedroom. King size bed. Another sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen with all appliances. Clean and modern bathroom.
Awesome view of the mountains. The only thing is the extremely hot temp inside our room that didn’t seem to be controlled. Although we complained to the front desk. We had to leave the window open in December to get some fresh air! Otherwise very pleasant stay. Very nice staff they have outdoor hot tubs which we wanted to try at night but unfortunately were packed with teenagers.

Had a wonderful time at Christmas You can't beat the view and the surroundings and accomodations were wonderful. Enjoyed some time in the hot tub and it's a great facility. Our room (202) was outstanding for 2 bedroom, kitchenette with complete set of kitchenwares, also there is a separate living room. The rooms and bathroom were clean. Overall, we had a great time, a wonderful stay, can't wait to go back!

Loved everything about this place. It's big, it's beautiful, and the people working there were nice. Really made the rooms feel like home.

Room was nice and clean however the shower curtain smelled of mould. Bed was comfortable and they had nice shower and bath products. We didn't use the hot tubs but they looked nice. Secure underground parking was nice. Would stay here again.

A wonderful location. Beautifully decorated and spacious accommodation. Made it trip to bannff one to remember. Staff was attentive and accommodating. The balconies attached to our room with a view of the mountains was breath taking.

We had a three night stay over the Victoria Day long weekend. We faced the south (preferred) and on the third floor. Awesome view of the Three Sisters & Ha-Ling mountains. We took advantage of the dual outdoor hot pools. 103 F was a little to hot for us on a weekend with good weather. The pool to the east was the one that the jets worked and the seating wasn't as coarse as the west pool. The fitness room had a good selection of free weights, bench and a machine. However there wasn't a treadmill or stationary bike, just a couple of elliptical machines. The resort has a spa which is closed on Tuesday (FYI) and a oriental restaurant. We didn't eat there as we had a one bedroom suite with a full kitchen.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the one bedroom suite for nearly a week and it was a great stay. Loved the fact that cleaners aren't in your room each day and they only clean up in the suite after your stay. The rooms were really clean, the bathroom had heated floors which was amazing, and there was a faucet to fill up the soaker tub that falls from the ceiling which was awesome! easy to access (about 15 min walk) from main Street and other local shops. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and may return for our next trip!

The rooms were great, we didn't see the staff except for check-in but they were friendly. It was a pretty short walk to downtown, but we ended up having dinner nearby. The beds were comfy, but nothing too special.

Very clean and well kept, facilities are modern and very convenient (in the condo style rooms at least! ). Staff are friendly and very helpful. Location is a little out of the way, but this also keeps you away from the louder parts of town. Definitely recommend and would return myself.

I've stayed here many times, and it has always been great. The outdoor hot tubs are beautiful, the spa is divine (by far my favorite spa ever) and the restaurant is so great, and gluten free! The only downfall is a relatively recent development, where the hotel doesn't have front desk staff overnight. Only once has this been an issue, but having to call a third party security company to deal with some particularly rowdy guests was a bit much.

Very nice place to stay for a reasonable price. King size bed with attached bathroom. Kitchen and living room with fireplace are very nice. Didn't get a chance to go to the attached restaurant but the hot tubs outside are awesome. Only downside is the fence blocking the view of the mountains.

Had a two bedroom suite (401). Very clean, lots of kitchen utensils, pots, pans. Bedrooms and bathrooms were in great shape. Outdoor hot tubs were very relaxing and not busy at all. Amazing view from the balcony towards Grassi Lakes. Great friendly staff and an amazing price. Would absolutely stay here again!

Location was right beside the highway but our room faced the other direction and had a beautiful view. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The outdoor hot tubs were amazing, even at — 5 Celsius. Price was a little high considering breakfast is not supplied however underground parking made up for it. Staff at the front desk at night and morning were friendly.

So beautiful & super cozy! Having a kitchenette in the room was a nice plus, as it made it super convenient to prepare some food in our room rather than having to eat out for every meal. And the free underground parking was AMAZING, especially given how cold it was when we were in Canmore! Really lovely hotel, we’ll certainly be back!

Excellent place to visit during the cold and long winter season. You have all the facilities to spend a nice full day. The drawback is the excessive amount of visitors attending and the attention is saturated.

This hotel is beautiful and SO cozy! The perfect mix of rustic & contemporary. Also, it’s nice to have a kitchenette in the room as it makes it easy to prepare your own food instead of eating out for every meal. The free underground parking was a nice plus, too — especially given how cold it’s been lately! Our only complaint is that the walls seem pretty thin. Granted we ended up being next to a room full of loud people, but I feel like even the noise from people walking up and down the hallway is more than other hotels we’ve stayed at. Perhaps ask for a room that’s at the end of the hallway away from the lobby so there’s less foot traffic :) Lovely hotel, though, and we will certainly be staying here again!

I haven’t stayed at Silver Creek Lodge but the service and availability to simply call in and ask a question is absolutely terrible. I’ve attempted to call over 30 times to reach a guest services representative. Not once has someone picked up the phone over the last 4 days. We have small children and need to know about ammenities before we arrive. If they don’t have the staff to answer phones then I highly doubt the hotel service would be any better.

Lovely place. Nice little spa. Two hot tubs and a steam room. The in-room tubs are a little strange… water falls from the ceiling. Feng shui thing it seems. Rooms are well appointed and the kitchens are well stocked with tools. Not a fan of the coffee maker however. Overall feel is cozy and a touch Japanese. Will be staying again.

Stayed in an AirBnB at this complex and was very impressed. It's tucked in close to the highway but still offers great views and is reasonably quiet. There is a spacious underground parkade and very nice spa facilities. The living areas of our unit were a little cramped but the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and modern.

Loved the room, the views and the kitchrn. Highly recommend booking here if staying for a few days or longer. Parking underground was an added bonus, especially since it snowed during our visit.

This is our third trip to Silver Creek Lodge and we absolutely love it there. The rooms are amazing, they allow us to bring our dog, and they also have the best sushi/Japanese restaurant in Canmore right inside their front door.

We had a two bedroom unit on the top floor with an ensuite and a shower room. The shower room is tiny. Full kitchen is good with all the utensils that we need. Tea, coffee, shampoo, etc are adequate. If needed, you can always go to the front desk and get more. There's a washing machine in the room and we can do all our laundry with no problem. View from the balcony is great but it gets a bit noisy when a train passes. Air-conditioning was good but it's a bit noisy too in my room. Secure parking at the basement with easy elevator access that actuality quite spacious to hold all 4 adults and our bags in one load. The restaurant at the lobby offers reasonably priced food with respectable choices of food, both Oriental and Western. I guess this place is great when it's off peak as we are coming in during the Fall.

We have stayed here several times and several times we have brought our well behaved and crate trained dogs. We found the place isn't as pet friendly as they say it is. There are no garbage bins around the property except by the front door making it frustrating to take the dogs out. For somewhere pet friendly more bins would be nice, especially since we found the grassy areas to be filled with dog poop. Yes, I understand there can be feces from wild animals but this is definitely from dogs… I also found it really rude that when we nicely asked the front desk to let us know if they hear dogs barking while we went for dinner in the hotel so we could go back to the room and stop it… we were told it's not allowed. I doubt they would bark unless something startled them but I felt like we weren't allowed to leave them even for supper. We didn't plan on leaving them in the room at any other time and I wouldn't want to leave them. We then arrived back to the hotel from a hike and found that a unit next to us had movers in it moving things out and they were extremely loud and disrespectful… Extremely frustrating. We also found a spider web on the ceiling in the bedroom. Not ideal at all. We have never had issues here before but this stay was a bust.

Had a room on the third floor, the view of the mountains was great. Had all the amenities that I needed. Only downside was that being close to the road there was audible traffic noise though, it wasn't problematic at night.

I loved my stay at the Silver Creek Lodge. I wasn't expecting too much when we arrived, a bed a TV etc the usual. But my were my expectations exceeded. The room was fully equipped with a full kitchen, stove, fridge the whole nine yards. Then the bathroom had a large soak tub with ceiling fill spout. The soak tub was wonderful after a long day of hiking. Then there was a large king bed, with lush soft sheets. The whole room apartment was great. Would come back here again if I come to Banff.

First room was dirty and the A/C didn't work in the second. No vacancy in all of Canmore so we stayed and made to most of it. Deep soaker tub was amazing after a long hike. I won't be back but it's not the worst place I have stayed.

Great hotel! Free underground parking, free Wi-Fi, good location, and good rooms. The building is newer, just make sure the staff cleaned the room properly.

Awesome location, walking distance to great restaurants and not too far from main street. Canmore is the perfect place to stay for a mountain getaway — great proximity to many attractions. The silver Creek Lodge boasts condo style suites with all ameneties at your finger tips. Gorgeous and well appointed. Nice hot pools to enjoy after a long day of hiking. Helpful front desk staff!

We stayed for four nights and had a wonderful experience. Excellent location with beautiful view of Rockies. Safe underground parking. The kitchen and the lounge along with the bedrooms were very comfortable. Loved waking up to the beautiful view. I would definetly love to stay here again.

Cute 2 bedroom suite. Stayed for the Canmore run. The knife in the room was super cool so couldn't cut apples and there was no cream, sugar or coffee. Had to ask front desk. Easy access for underground parking.

Overall, a really nice place. Room could have been bigger. Too narrow for what they put in here. Odd considering the size and approximately of other rooms, but they have surround sound systems in here. I cant imagine turning this on. My poor neighbors. I think maybe others feel the same, I haven't heard theirs either. The parking is underground, love that.

Had a 2 night stay. We loved this place. The 2 bedroom suite is amazing with ample room. Full kitchen is great. Hot pools so relaxing and clean. In suite laundry is a bonus! The view is amazing and staff was friendly and accommodating. Fireplace in suite was a cozy addition to the room. Extra bonus each room has its own bathroom!

Stayed for one night. Place was cozy and very great for families. Got the 2 bedroom unit. Full kitchen was clean and complete with utensils! The bedrooms were awesome with lots of closet space. There is even a in-suite laundry! But didnt use it. With the weather at minus 30 degrees, the fireplace was a plus! Awesome views with the balcony/patio. Your car is on the safe side too with underground parking! Wished we could've stayed longer, will probably do next summer!
Just one problem I need to point out though, one of the bathrooms was missing a shower head. I do hope they just missed that out and hope for it to get it fixed. Didnt tell the staff when I checked out already, but other than that I still would recommend the place.

No maid service! We paid almost $400 a night and were told at check in that they would not be cleaning our room. They only offer maid service if you stay more than 3 nights. We had a box with garbage in it that we did not want in our room for 3 days so we left it in the hall during cleaning hours and no one picked it up, so we left it in front of the housekeeping door and it was put back in front of our room instead of being thrown out. Staff on site are not helpful and not friendly. Room is gorgeous and the restaurant was great but not a good value when you factor in the price.

Our room is great, full kitchen, and laundry, Audio system throughout, big ensuite. The staff have been nice, the restaurant is well worth the money with some interesting Asian and Asian inspired meals.

Nice for the price to be sure, with a decent view out over the mountains (not spectacular, but nice). The bathrooms are the best part of the rooms with unique tubs that are perfect for a long soak after a day of skiing, and even better for two. They could use to upgrade their televesions, they aren't yet USB video compatible.

Amazing room and very nice customer service. Pro's: 1) Great room! 2) Very quiet. Even though we were close to the highway, we were on the opposite side and it was very serene. 3) Indoor parking included. 4) Amazing view from the room. Con's: Only trouble we had during our stay was the shower. Low water pressure, but felt quite nice otherwise. Great experience, but I wish I had more time to enjoy the facilities.

Great ammendities, the floors in the rooms were very dirty and the jets in middle hot pool were broken but other than that it was great.

Upon arriving me and my boyfriend had to call security for someone to let us in. When no one showed up we called back and got a guy on the other end of the phone who was very rude. For a first time experience and a decently expensive room I really didn't appriciate being talked to like I'm stupid. I'll give them credit, they have extremly nice rooms but I won't be staying here again.

Stayed at this hotel for one night over the august long weekend while attending a wedding. Room was booked by the bride and groom as a block of rooms for the guests. We were quoted $170 before taxes for the night, but when we checked out, we were charged $291 after taxes. When I asked the front desk if there was some sort of mistake, the front end said it was because the hotel ending up getting all booked up and we were staying in a suite so they charged the suite rate. The other guests of the wedding, with the very same room beside us, didn't get charged the extra fee. I found this extremely unprofessional and just not right. Would have never stayed in the room had we been told at check in the amount we were going to get charged.

Be very careful giving you credit card when booking. I booked just over a month in advance of Valentine's Day, to stay at Silver Creek lodge, due to a recommendation of a friend. I gave my credit card to hold the room. I sent an email a few weeks prior to my stay to express my interest in cancelling. I received an email stating that I was able to cancel, but they required confirmation on my prior request to cancel. Having miss understood that they wanted me to confirm, and thinking they would mailing out a confirmation letter of cancellation (as stated in the email), I took for granted the reservation had been cancelled. Shortly after the Valentine's Day weekend, I found a charge for just over $600 from the Silver Creek Lodge on my credit card. I attempted to contact them to discuss the reason for the charges. I found the staff member unwilling to discuss it, and I was told that due to my wording, and lack of confirmation of my prior request, they billed me for the entire stay. When I challenged them on not contacting me prior to billing me, and billing me for the full amount (which circumvention of their own policy of only billing the first night), they state they were not willing to do anything. I requested to speak to management, and was told that there was no one in, but they would contact me.

Second time we've stayed. Very reasonable for the price and close to town.
