Perfect place for family holiday. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel staffs are nice and helpful. There are not much to see around hotel.

When I came to Copperstone Reort, it was confusing where the front was. We booked it on a Saturday, but the front staff said we booked on the Friday, then they questioned my mom as if she was being an idiot. Lucky I had the email to confirm that the booking was in fact on the Saturday. They charged my boyfriend an extra $400, which they did refunded within 7 days. One of the beds had a tear on it. Either than that, the suite was good and a bit soundproof.

Thank you Copperstone for a stress free stay during this Canada Day long weekend. My family and friends had barely any complaints. Pros: — 24 hour service and prompt delivery of shortage of personal hygiene products and towels. — satisfactory cleaning — the rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked as promised and restocked after each cleaning. Cons: — our room card kept deactivating however, with the 24hr service we were able to get them reactivated each time. The problem, we were told, was that the cards shouldn't be kept close to phones. We did that and it still deactivated so that was pretty inconvenient. — the dryer didn't dry for some reason. I've used the same dryer in apartments but I couldn't get my sons pyjamas dried after running the dryer almost all morning. Regardless of the cons, I wouldn't say it ruined my experience or stay. I still loved it and would still stay at Copperstone in the future. I would definitely recommend it. It was a life saver. All the Clique hotel resorts are amazing! Have always enjoyed our stays at all their locations! This is our second stay at Copperstone and it's great that it's pet friendly. Clean rooms with kitchenettes!

I was stolen from the $ $ plus coin here, but reacting to the hotel, the help I got was nothing I could do for me.

This place was fantastic. The location is great, right in between Banff and Calgary — just about one hour drive from Calgary and 40min to Banff. We got a 2bed 2bath apartment for four days, paying around 150/person for four people. It has everything you would need, just bring your suitcase, and we met some really nice people at the hot tub. Would stay there again for sure.

Great rooms at a great price, and the games room, fitness room, barbeque, and hot tub are all nice additions too.

My girlfriend and I were treated abysmally by the senior front desk staff. When asking about lack of cell reception (had 3 phones on the trip and none of them had service) we were told that maintenance does the best they can. Maintenance is resposible for it. When asking about moving to another room higher up we were told it would be impossible. As we checked out, to move to falcon crest another clique hotel but infinitely better, the abysmal senior front desk staff moved another couple up a floor due to lack of cell service. Front desk staff also lied saying no one had ever complained about cell service. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Favorite place to crash with my dog, price is right, clean rooms, friendly service everytime I go.

Loved our stay here! Rooms are very modern with everything you could need. Close to Canmore and Banff. Will defiantly stay again.

The condo was very spacious and clean. Would be a great place to bring a group of people as there was lots of room and nice facilities to cook and accommodate for 4+ Hot tub was fun and social and closed at 11

This place is an absolute joke. My husband booked a room for this weekend for Valentine's Day a month ago. We booked in for one night because that's the only time we have off. Turns out they changed their policy to a minimum two night stay, but they didn't honor our previous booking. Did not try and help the customer out at all. Our only option was to pay for a second night even if we weren't able to stay. What a way to run your business. I'll be taking mine elsewhere.

Second time staying at this resort! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and large with a decent size kitchen to cook in. Its about a 10 minute drive to Canmore's main street and also close to the Nordic centre which was a great place to go tobogganing. If you have a dog they allow pets for an inexpensive fee of $20 dollars. Its a flat fee per room and not per dog!

How many stars is this hotel? It’s not a 4 star hotel as they claim. I've stayed at 4 & 5 star hotels around the world and I've never had to clean my own room. But maybe at Clique Hotels, especially Copperstone at Dead Man's Flats near Canmore, AB, is different. Today we came back, after a long day, to find out that our room had not been cleaned. No one made our beds, cleaned our tub or bathroom, replaced our dirty towels, or took out our garbage. When we called to complain the front desk essentially said “that they couldn't do anything because they didn’t have the staff”. After some other daft excuses on their part, I asked that they bring me some Comet cleaner and I would clean my own tub. Then after waiting about 2 hours, my husband went down to the front desk to find out that they weren’t going to even give us any cleaners. They were too busy at 9:00 pm at night! This I paid $350 a night for? What a joke. I don’t need to pay $350 a night for front desk staff to act like I’m outrageously ridiculous when I want my room cleaned AND I don’t need their snotty attitudes either. The other thing that is gross here, is that the tub doesn’t drain until after a long, long time, so when you are showering, all this scum and crud from all the other travelers who have stayed here lingers on and on — on my feet to be exact (oh, my, I wonder, did they do a good job of cleaning their own tubs or am I being affected by their germs too? ).

Noisy. Limited parking and uncomfortable furniture. Isolated from all the fun in nearby Canmore or BANFF, so be ready to commute. Dogs are allowed, so be warned. My daughter and I were nearly attacked by a giant dog off it's leash in the courtyard. Scary.

The place was neat, nice and just right. The kitchen is fully equipped and the location is perfect to stop for a night if you're driving up to the national parks. But the staff are rude and inconsiderate. Both checking in and checking out was not a nice experience.

We love this place! There's no where better to stay for a mountain get away! Suits are beautiful and large! Full kitchen makes it easy to cook for yourself. My favorite part of this place though is how pet friendly they are, we've been all over North America with our dogs and this place is by far the most accommodating place we've ever stayed!

Stayed for 4 nights while working in Canmore. The drive into Canmore was no more than 10 minutes. Not a lot of amenities near the Copperstone but we had a suite with a fully stocked kitchen and lots of room to spread out. Cleaning staff and service was great along with underground secured parking. Great stay!

We booked a 1 bedroom and they gave us a free upgrade to the 2 bed and 1 guestroom suite with den and kitchen. The suite was very clean and quiet. Great place to stay.

This was our first stay at the Copperstone Resort and it was fabulous! Our room was huge with two King bedrooms upstairs and bunk beds in the main level. The only thing it was missing was a bathroom on the first level but a few stairs never hurt anyone. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed. The beds and pillows were cleans and comfortable. I'd like to see a towel rack closer to the shower and to the sink but again not a huge deal. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay. I wish it had have been longer. Everything about this place was perfect. Thank you. Looking forward to returning.

Stay here over the weekend for a girls trip and had an amazing time. Beautiful mountain views from our balcony, great hot tub, big bathrooms, clean and spacious — wonderful resort! my only complaint was the Wifi was horrible but I would stay here again.

Room and location was gorgeous. Suite was well furnished and was large enough for our parties. The lodge was very accommodating of dogs. The Wi-Fi is very, very, very slow. Don't expect to be able to use Facebook.

Great hotel. We liked that it wasn't among the hustle and bustle of Banff or Canmore. A short drive and you are there anyways. Room was very clean when we arrived and spacious. Great views as well.

Nice room, but service leaves to be desired. Several items were non-functional (including the phone, the dryer, the dishwasher and I'm on. Slightly disappointed for the price.

We went to Copperstone for 2 years and the service was great. Great price, everything was fantastic. We just got back from our third stay at Copperstone and it was terrible! The office could not get our reservation dates right, I had to email and phone several times for them to correct their mistakes. Our room was filthy when we got there. We ended up leaving one day early and we let them know this 2 1/2 days prior, yet they have now charged our Visa for the extra night. Will never use this place again!

Excellent family hotel. Rooms are equipped with a kitchen, dining room, living room and the bedrooms very spacious. Very comfortable and practical for a family. Take care of your comfort and privacy. Excellent location if you like to be away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy peace of mind.

All it's good, but the Wi-Fi is too slow.

Copper stone resort is located in dead man's flats, just outside of Canmore. The resort is very clean and well kept. There is a large hot tub and two communal BBQ's. Full oven in room as well as dishwasher and laundry. Underground parking. Storage locker available during stay upon request. Pet friendly.

Check-in was very easy and the staff were very friendly. Our room was very nicely laid out with a lot of amenities. The outdoor hot tub and fitness centre were great amenities. Cell service was sporadic at best due to the location. Wi-Fi is a bit slow as well. Overall it was a very nice stay, especially with the price lower during the middle of the week! Would definitely stay again!

It's a few minutes out of town but it's real quite and the room is very nice. We have a full condo style, kitchen and all. Would recommend staying here if walking to downtown is not too important. The price difference would pay for a lot of cab rides.

Excellent place to overnight in the Canmore/Banff area. Very pet friendly (had a couple personalized dog treats waiting for our pups with their names on them) and a nice hot tub. Easy access to highway 1. Kitchens are a bit understocked, so consider bringing a few things if you need them if possible, but otherwise the kitchen is quite handy.

We've stayed at this resort several times while on winter vacations and thoroughly enjoy it! It's a bit pricier than many other accommodations in the area, but we really appreciate the size and layout of the suites and that we can make our own meals instead of eating out all the time. Plus, they are very dog friendly which is a huge bonus!

We had a short but sweet stay at copperstone. My only complaint would be that it's further away from canmore and Banff than I would have liked, but their price made up for that. Having a full kitchen was a huge plus, for nights we just wanted to stay in and relax. Overall I would definitely recommend if you don't mind commuting a bit more.

Very nice place to stay. Beautiful mountain view, no hwy noise, heated underground parking, fully equipped kitchen, large soaker tub. Large balcony, New everything. Made my thanksgiving weekend very special. Loved it.

This place is nice, but be prepared to be "off the grid". The so-called "High-speed wireless Internet" is a joke. If you can get it to display a web page in under 5 minutes, you're doing pretty good. Often it'll just time out entirely. I've stayed here several times over the last 6 months and it's never been anything but utterly unusable at any time of the day. Even mid-week and late at night. Unfortunately, the hotel also sits in a cell service dead zone as well so you really are left without options. If you rely on the internet in any way, perhaps for your business, then I think you'll find it as frustrating as I did. Copperstone, can you please sort this out? And if not, can you remove the wording "high-speed" from the amenities section of your sales literature because it's anything but…

Had a good stay over here (3 nights). There was simply not much to complain about. Quite far from everything though.

We were very very impressed with the facilities and the location of the place we would love to stay there again and again lovely place.

Very close to Banff, Canmore and Kananaskis. Beatiful landscapes lots of outdoor activities for the kids and pets, it is a pet friendly hotel by the way. Suites are nice and have fully equipped kitchen.

Great place, but Wi-Fi slow, not ideal even for 3G.
