Great place with home cooked food. Coldest beer in town and cheap to boot. The bar manager provides awesome service, you never have to wait for your favorite beverage to be cheerfully refilled. If you haven't tried this place you must give it a go. Good clean place, makes you feel like you are back in the 70's.

Went to a live music show. Great room. Excellent sight lines and reasonable beer prices. The serving staff were excellent. Friendly and efficient.

The front desk was pretty helpful. There is a restaurant that serves a decent breakfast, with excellent staff. The suite was okay, however everything was unplugged, which was fine but trying to plug in the bedside lamp was pretty frustrating because behind the bed. They take all forms of payment although to pay with cash, there was a several hundred dollar deposit. The room was clean and tidy, with free Wi-Fi, and is very close to many shops and other restaurants. If you're traveling through, I have no problem recommending this establishment. It's wheelchair accessible on the main floor as well.

I threw a 40th birthday party at the Stetson Pub this past weekend. I am so happy with the outcome of the evening I had to write a review! Sherry made it SO easy to plan the food for the group and easily kept it within my budget. The food was fantastic AND they were able to make sure the people in our group with food allergies were taken care of. The service staff were organized and friendly. The kitchen staff were very helpful and accommodating. The entire evening was a great success and SO much fun! I would not hesitate to have an event there in the future!

A den of thieves… bad service. And be very aware of your deposit… they only take cash and will fimd a way to claim it.

Mary at the front desk is a fantastic lady who goes above and beyond her job.

Clean and comfortable bed. The only thing missing was the coffee kettle and no microwave in rooms. Mary the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this place to my friends.

Went here for breakfast. The food was good but nothing special, and service is usually pretty good. This was the first time I had been there when it was busy and staff seemed overwhelmed. Orders were wrong, coffee was weak, kitchen was slow, etc. The wait staff was really friendly and accommodating, but on this occasion I think they were a little too unprepared for the rush. I would advise eating hear if you wanted a Denny's alternative, but only when it's not so busy. Normally I'd give this place 4 stars, but will avoid it in the future if I see too many cars in the parking lot.

Went for a concert. Great concert, had lots of space for a smaller venue. Didn't grab food but looked decent enough. Drink prices were fair. Service was a bit slow but also could have been from influx. Surprisingly not to bad of a little place.

Their breakfasts are the best!

My sister and I spend a week in Calgary each September. Fortunately a number of years ago we discovered the Stetson Village Inn. It is a plain, clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly "home" away from home. The rates are reasonable. It is well located and has easy access to a main traffic artery. Free Wi-fi is available. Safe parking is within sight of each unit. A restaurant which provides simple, tasty meals at reasonable prices is attached to the establishment. A bar is also available. We definitely recommend the Stetson Village Inn.

Ended up putting my boots up here many times of late. Staff has been quite accommodating (very much so actually) Reception and servers (pub/restaurant) are all Kind and professional. The cleaners are thorough Never had a problem parking close to my room Wifi is fast and the beds are soft and clean Lastly, parking-lot is well lit at night and decent security cameras watch the place. Cant say anything bad about this place thus far plus it feels quite cozy and has a homely aesthetic to it with a great location. Cheers.

Breakfast at the cafe was decent.

The elderly lady at the front desk was extremely rude to me and my family. Hail was coming down pretty hard and I pulled my new Mercedes Benz under the loading zone as no one was using it at the time. She was smoking and told me to get lost. She said my insurance will pay for the hail damage and to go or she is calling the police. I said I would move if someone comes but she continued to knock on my window telling me to leave now. I said I would leave if someone would like to unload in the next few minutes. She continued to argue with me. She was extremely rude and I would never support a business that hires miserable staff with poor customer service. You don't tell people to get lost and call the police when someone is in need of shelter for less than 5 minutes in a loading zone! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE NOR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ELSE I KNOW.

This is the 3rd time I've been at this motel. The rooms have always been clean — nice location and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to spend a night or two here.

Great For A Quick Stop-Over* _But don't expect anything special_ We stayed here on Sept 29 because of its proximity to an appointment. At $120 (including taxes, etc), the room was sufficient for a family of 4. The beds are fairly comfortable soft HD foam, the bathroom was recently repainted, and the fixtures and sheets were all clean. There we're a couple of ancient cigarette burns on one of the blankets, and the lamps were quite old and temperamental. There was no coffee pot, or other extras. The bathroom layout is a tad wonky. It is very apparent that this is an older hotel, and it has mostly been well maintained with a few minor exceptions. There is an attached restaurant, but we didn't try it out, opting instead to make some instant oatmeal and be on our way quickly (busy day). The location is _very handy_ for a number of local businesses and parks, including a nice mall and Heritage Park. I recommend approaching on McLeod Trail from the South for ease of access because its a little obnoxious from the North (no Left into the hotel). In summary, its main selling features are location and price. It's main downsides are its age, the blankets, and the bathroom layout.
