Staff here is wonderful!
Very personable!
Food is good.

Room was clean, comfortable. I came in early morning and checked out late so I missed breakfast. Allowed me to pay cash, which I much pefer over a card. Had to park 1/2 block away, but was driving a one ton with 40 feet of trailer so I’m used to that. Nearby fast food to start your workday. What more could you ask for?

The staff were all super nice and helpful. The first room they gave us smelled smoky so they moved us without hesitation and told us the next day they were working on the first room already. The elevator was probably in need of service … breakfast was fine but over at 930 which I thought was quite early.

I have stayed here overnight couple of times in past and attended a social event yesterday. I can confidently say that the place is not meant for claustrophobic people. Staff is good and location overall is nice. However, amenities does not support high overnight stay charges.

This is an older location but they have done a great job modernizing, the staff were fantastic and the rooms and beds were perfect for our needs. We were pleasantly surprised on the price, wonderful staff, modern rooms and comfortable beds. The all inclusive breakfast was pleasantly fresh and well rounded. We stayed twice in two weeks and each stay was perfect. We will return for sure.

Rooms were not very clean. Husband found 2 beer bottle caps on floor (luckily our 10 month old didn't find it) … We had exterior room and the battery was dead so we couldn't get back in the building. (Happened the night before and again the next day) Continental breakfast the next day was good. Wasn't the worst place I stayed but definitely wasn't the best!

Staff are amazing. Clean rooms. Pub in hotel with vlt and good food.

I really enjoyed my stay. We stayed only 1 night but we enjoyed it. The hotel is under renovations but even so they kept all open areas tidy and clean. L. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It had clean rooms and good service.

It’s under construction, however, rooms are clean, a/c, fringe, great parking, good breakfast.
Beds are kewl also! Too soft for me, in a pitch, good sleep!

From the call to book the room to the check-in to the checkout, the staff were cheerful, helpful, friendly, and efficient. They even made sure that I got the discount from my Best Western card by looking it up by email since I didn't have the card or number with me. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was good, with two egg options (scrambled and omelette), potatoes, and sausages, as well as waffles, cereals, and fruit.

Well I never really stayed there. I attended the Airdrie driving school that was being hosted their which is why I went there. Overall as soon as I walked in they said hello and directed me to where I needed to be.

Just to thank Garry for helping us in getting ready for the bd party of my daughter. Farah for allowing us stay a bit. I will surely recommend the place we used for an event. Thank you Best Western Hotel. Until next time.

Nice… under construction in lobby area but didn't effect anything. I was pulling a uhaul and had no problem parking it. Hot tub was nice after 3 days of driving… I did have my 2 small dogs with me but the only grassy area was in front of hotel next to street. Lots of eating places within a block. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is an older building but it clean, comfortable and run by the friendliest and most helpful staff, ever. Especially Gary at the front desk. Thank You for you're help.

Nice Clean room like the decor. Friendly staff. The bar is a bit dated, but still amazing drinks the best cosomo I have ever had! It’s a must try.

Good hotel. Clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Polite and professional staff. Very poor cable tv. I’m a huge sports fan and thought I had my throat slit with out watching 1 hockey game during my stay. Surely something could be done about the TV service.

Best western is on very good location. Very nice lounge in hotel. Hotel rooms are very comfy. Very close to calgary. Nice staff and cleaning in hotel rooms and washroom.

Very clean but plain hotel. Was quite noisy due to room renovations. Appreciated the breakfast. Good beds.

Had to put a review on here. As a retired president of the Osoyoos hotel, motel association I am always happy to stay at a location that shows professionalism, courtesy and a genuine concern for making our stay as comfortable as possible. In this case, we were greeted by TJ who certainly lived up to the above. He made our check in easy, quick and pleasant. The rates were very reasonable. The room was very clean and comfortable with amenities like a fridge, mlcrowave and good quality coffee. Breakfast was included. Another pleasant surprise was waiting when we stopped for that. The usual cereal, toast, bagel, juice, coffee etc was provided, but there was also perfectly cooked omelets, scrambled eggs and potatoes. The chef (Ram) was on hand and ensuring everything was done well. Rather than precooking a large quantity of food, there was just enough for yours to always be fresh. All in all we would easily recommend this Best Western to anyone. Even if you were planning to stay in Calgary we recommend you take the 10 minute drive to Airdrie and have a quiet comfortable stay there.

Excellent hotel! I was really happy with the value of the room. Hotel staff were very friendly as well. Would definitely stay again if I'm back in the area.

The only times I have ever received the level of service I always experience here would be those times I've stayed at a five star hotel. The rooms are spotless and all the staff extremely helpful, friendly, caring, and attentive. The renovations they're doing are really making a difference in appearance but it's the staff who make it special.

Loved it. Rooms are spacious, beautifully clean have good amenities. Staff were excellent especially at breakfast. Complimentary breakfast was tasty with a reasonable choice of food and great drink selection. Price of stay was inexpensive. Wonderful value for money. Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel was surprisingly comfortable. The staff was friendly. Our room was spacious and the beds comfortable. With the additional complimentary printing and full breakfast it was a great value!

Very friendly helpful staff go out of their way to accommodate our changing needs, and the free breakfast was outstanding! Full meals not just simple continental as usually expected! We will definitely return to the Airdrie Best Western.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Both times we were very satisfied with the staff. The rooms are clean. We travel with dogs and both times they have been able to give us quiet rooms away from the main traffic. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Wonderful service, comfort and location. The hotel is upgrading and will be even better after remodelling. Breakfast included with the room was amazing. Highly recommend.

The head office people to who me we call to make reservations don't guide properly. They feel everyone has the experience to have a stay at hotel. The local manager lady was helpful. She tried her best to make me ok. I was a most crying to see the doubled bill.

Room was nice, recently renovated but the common areas​ were a bit sketchy. Couldn't find a way down the stairs for breakfast as the doors were either locked or blocked with construction mess. Had to go back upstairs and take the elevator down. Would be a big problem in the event of an emergency such as fire. Breakfast was good when I finally found it.

The staff were very accommodating. We stayed for a wedding that was booked at this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. One staff member named Garry was exceptional in that he offered us his umbrella when it was raining so we could walk around to the entrance to the wedding reception and also to offer us a battery boost the next morning when our car battery had died. The fitness area was small and very hot. We couldn't get one of the treadmills to work, but the bow flex and the stationary bike worked well. The elevator was frightenly noisy but may have been serviced, and we never used the hot tub. All in all it is good value for your money.

Always a great experience at this hotel. I have booked multiple events there and will always return. Farah and her staff go above and beyond for everyone and make sure you have everything you need. The hotel is always clean and decorated well. Pricing is great and the new restaurant is fantastic. I highly recommend it for lunch or dinner.

Need a credit card, tried cash only even with a security deposit wouldn't take my money. I have a card but like to keep it free, it's absurd a business actually refused taking my money, even with the Best Western Rewards card, which I've now cut up. Found a excellent small place around the corner, took my money and a cheaper rate to boot!

I have stayed in many hotels all over Alberta and this one left an positive impression on me. Greeted with a smile and hello every time I came in, a good morning everyone day, always happy to help and extended my stay several times without any problems. Beautiful lobby, new appliances in my room, and The price is right. Hot tub and fitness room in the basement very convenient. Healthy breakfast. I wish every hotel offered this experience and I will hold them all to the high standards of this one in the future.

Room size is okay for a family of four. The hotel offers nice breakfast buffet.

Stayed for 18 days during a move and it was great. We felt safe, slept well every night and never had an issue or concern during our stay. We brought a cat & dog too and that was a relief.

Not a single complaint. The rates were reasonable, rooms were clean, and the service was quick and friendly. Breakfast buffet in the morning was very good too. Most comprehensive breakfast I've seen at a Best Western hotel.

The staff was professional, courteous and Toby loved you guys! The breakfast was also top-notch. Thanks again for a great stay, and I will most definitely be back during my next trip to Airdrie.

We visited the Best Western for their Mothers Day brunch. My husband treated myself, my mother and my 4 year old daughter. The meal was bland but enough that we left full, HOWEVER when we paid the bill I almost had a heart attack. They charged my 4 year old FULL PRICE for the buffet. She had 1 waffle. And they charged us $3 each for teeny tiny glasses of orange juice. Cost close to $150 for 3 and a half people to have a pretty boring buffet. Will NOT be back.

There were teenagers hanging around entrance, hallways, parking lot. Our room looked out to a back alley that was busy with? Hot room. I wouldn't stay again.

Very nice room for the price.
