Overall I had a good experience here. The staff tries really hard to make sure that you have everything that you need and they really go out of their way to ensure that you are happy. The food is great. The only problem I had was the noise level. They did help me choose a different more quiet room when I booked more nights. The noise from the nearby clubs can be overwhelming so be sure to inquire about the poolside rooms as those are the ones that have the lowest level of noise. Otherwise the music goes strong till 4 am. This is beyond their control but I wish I had known when I booked the first couple of nights.

I had a very good experience here. The rooms were clean and things worked. I would recommend other travels to stay here if you want a more local feel of a hotel (not a large chain) with a friendly staff. The hotel location is quiet enough that it isn't on a main street, but it is still centrally located so it is not too remote and inconvenient to get to. If I was coming back here, I would likely stay here again.

We came to this lovely little hotel earlier in the month, departed for a day or two to Battambang and returned here yesterday for a single night stay prior to flying onward to Malaysia. It would be no exaggeration to say that we were welcomed back as old friends, and the whole staff team remembered our first names, and brought out welcome drinks on their silver tray! On entering our room (upgraded from last time) we were greeted by whole array of fresh lotus blossoms and a lavish platter of cut fresh fruits. Here you can be modestly pampered and made to feel that you are valued guests and friends.

Amazing! We booked for the location… but will return for the welcoming hospitality by all staff (exceptional service) and cheap strong cocktails (it was always happy hour) and delicious food. I don't normally eat hotel food but this was the best in town. Highly recommended.

Cheap drinks and food and great service hotel workers will call you by your name and rooms are very nice and clean.

Staff is extremely nice, the food is very good breakfast is included and lunch and dinner are a great price. The pool is great after going to see the temples.

Amazing service. The staff was very polite and exceptionally helpful. They help arrange things for you as far as transportation and activities. The rooms are clean and orderly. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking to stay near pub street.

This lovely hotel is clean and provides great hospitality. The hotel staff is very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. The hotel provided us great facilities from good rooms to a superb restaurant and great pool. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Will definitively recommend.

Absolutely the BEST customer service experience I've ever had in my life. The hotel booking included transportation to/from the airport. We were greeted by a hotel staff and made sure to learn my friend's name (who was traveling with me but her name wasn't on the reservation) and address us both by name. We received wonderfully scented towels when we got in the car and were offered a drink. She asked what our plan were for our stay, made recommendations, and even made a few phone calls to arrange the Angkor Wat tour on the drive home so that by the time we arrived at the actual hotel, we had ALL the details finalized. Upon arrival we received the tastiest nuts, taro root chips and a local delicious drink. We arrived before check in and they let us into our room early. They comped us breakfast even though we technically only stayed for one night and were there two mornings. The entire staff learned our names, made recommendations for food and restaurants, and when we got back from an activity, would remember what we had just done and asked about our experience. They were SO SO SO amazing that they let us take a shower before we left to the airport after spending a long day out at another room after we had checked out. Additionally, the hotel food was amazing. After non-stop Thai food for 2 weeks, eggs benedict sounded amazing. I expected SE Asia's version of American dishes but the plate was amazing!

Accommodations were lovely. The staff was unbelievably kind and greeted us by name.

What a beautiful place to stay. The staff are amazing. You can walk to many places to eat and shop. You always feel very welcome with the little touches like a cold towel and water when you return. The included breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I don't even know where to start with how incredible this hotel is; from the minute we arrived at the Siem reap airport our friendly and professional driver from the Khmer mansion was there waiting for us with a cold wet towel and a refreshing cold drink, this was just a taste for what we were about to experience. The short trip from the airport was very pleasant our driver amatak spoke great English and was very knowledgable and polite. From the moment we arrived inside the Khmer mansion the staff were friendly attentive and helpful at all times. You are made to feel like absolute royalty.
5 star service is an understatement the service, professionalism and kindness of all staff was world class. Every time a member of staff would see you they would greet you by name which all staff learned your name to ensure it was a very customised and personal welcome when staff would speak to you or greet you. Upon arriving back to hotel each day after an outing the staff would have a cold towel and a glass of water waiting for you which is just a snippet of the detail and thought they put into making your stay the most enjoyable.
The pool is lovely and refreshing. The drinks are good and happy hour in the afternoon is even better, while its not a swim up bar the staff are more then happy to bring your drinks to you in the pool.

Celebrated my birthday here with my fiance @ (598805743:Jane Claire). Indeed very friendly and accommodating staffs. They are all smiling which is important in very competitive hotel business they are in. I like the welcome drinks, nuts, and chips. I love the warm welcome everytime you go back from a hot & humid temple tour. They will give you cooled face towel & drinks which is again important to guest like us who happen to be soaking with sweat. Yes, they will offer free transport from and to their hotel. But too bad the staff of Travelko doesnt know about this free service which is important to 1st time vacationers like us. :-)

Upon arriving you're welcomed with a drink a cold towel (amazing refreshing) taro chips and lime leaf peanuts. The assistant manager immediately gave us the run down on the town… $15 for a hotel arranged tuk tuck to bring you to all the temples (they stock it with a cooler and water so let them arrange it instead of a street tuck tuk). $32 if you want a car for the temples. Free airport tuk tuk. The pool area is really nice and the water mercifully cold. The room was also pretty nice and they welcome you with flowers on your bed. Cold AC and a nice balcony. The staff remembers your name and gets you whatever you want (and remembers what you want for later). Another cold towel when arriving back from a boiling day hiking the stairs of Angkor wat… priceless. The only downside is there was some construction nearby and the lady boy comedy improv night at the night market next store is a little loud until 10pm. All in all worth every penny of the $44 a night.

THE place to stay in siem reap, great service, very knowledged staff, and very friendly as well. Highly recommend this place.

My absolute favorite hotel in Cambodia, very friendly stuff, delicious breakfast, a little bit too tiny, but healthy and nice! Service is extraordinarily outstanding, if you have a wish, stuff recognized early than you could speak out. The food was also very good if you like Khmer food enjoy!

Very Good Hotel. We will feel very guitly if didn't write this review because everything is BEYOND PERFECT. Thank you so much NARA, SIM & other staff members that give us very good hospitality & service. They give us surprise for our wedding anniversary, very nice romantic decoration with many flowers. Breakfast is good. 1st ever hotel make we feel very sad upon checkout. Wish to come again…

Have a small pool good for its prices.

I was unhappy with this hotel management. I booked 3 days in February and my trip was cancelled in advanced. The hotel turned out charging me full price despite the terms specifies that only the first night penalty would apply. It took me 3 months to request for the refund and it is still outstanding by now (May 2016). I am so disappointed.

Very wonderful hotel. Staff goes out of their way to help you. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Food in the restaurant very good. Feels like a home away from home. Would definitely stay again.

Good location, delicate stuff, rooms are bit small but comes with everything you need and a balcony.

Staff friendly and helpful, in bar street of the center position. We stayed in a double room near the swimming pool, very comfortable. In front of the hotel there is a nearby construction site, but during our stay is the ancestor Festival, so there was no construction under way, ancestor Festival is a major holiday in Cambodia. If you relax in the pool during the day, noise from the construction site will be very large.

Great Hospitality at Khmer Mansion. The reception staffs are always friendly and helpful. They have helped to arrange to Angkor Wat Day Tour with English guide. On the next day, they also helped with rental of mountain bicycle for our exploration to other small temples. I'm surprised that the staff served us with glass of water and cold towel upon our return from our temples. Breakfast is simple but delicious, they will serve you more if it is not enough. We went out for a short while and returned to find the room in neat and tidy condition. Keep up the good work for 1yr old+ Hotel. The location of hotel is excellent, close to many good restaurants like (Khlmer Taste and HAVEN) and places of interests, not noisy at all. Stayed there 28Aug to 1 Sep 2015. J & B.
