Hotel conveniently arranged for my pickup at airport. Location is near Night Market and Pub Street. Room was nice and rate was very good and water was cold in the shower during those very hot high humidity days. Two pool were available for use.

Highly recommended for the Local — no lift, fair room.

Great room. Comfortable bed, good shower, and very clean. Location close to everything. I had a special request and they were very accommodating.

Hotel is nice but unfortunately too close to loud neighbors. Screaming and bass sounds go on till 4am. Some investment into sound resistant windows would go a long way. The staff was very helpful and did change our room, so no grief with hotel/staff/free breakfast… just loud neighbors.

Very economical and convenient place. Overall, it is clean and tidy place to stay in.

The expensive king suite faced the street with music so loud that you can feel vibration of bed. Staff is indeed attentive and close to life. Perhaps too close.

From the moment we were picked up at the airport to our arrival at the hotel we were treated very well. The young man who greeted us, Tola, was very kind, spoke English and was very accommodating. We got a cool, damp towel and fresh orange juice, which was nice after the warm tuk tuk ride. Our room was very nice and clean with a western bathroom. The free breakfast was nice with a variety of choices served buffet style. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent freindy staff. Rooms are large and beautifully decorated with comfy King bed, flat screen TV, complimentary coffee and hot — hot water for the bathtub. Priced very well for a room like this on a quiet street.

I arrived 3 hours before normal check in time and was greeted by the friendly and smiling Tola in the reception area. While I was checking for the reservation on my phone he said, "It's okay, I think you are Daniel". He new my name even before I checked in!
He then sat me down with a glass of orange juice and a cold towel while he kindly checked that a suitable room had been serviced. It had, and within within 5 minutes Tola had installed in my room. Great service.
Rooms are large, spotlessly clean and well serviced.

Near Central market area, easy to find lokal food and market from hotel.

The Hotel was very nice and cleaned and its come with a free breakfast. I like on how it is located. I will stay at this Hotel again the nest time I visit Siem Reap.

Nice location. Very close to pub street but not noisy. Room is spacious and air conditioning good working. Bathroom quiet good.

Good hotel. But the breakfast I stayed and ate there 2 days were the same. Not good breakfast.

I have been coming to Siem Reap most every year since 2010. This is my favourite place. It has no bugs, staff is friendly and competent, rooms clean and adequate. I like the location a lot. It is not a five star hotel like a Ritz but all things considered to be it is five stars.

I stay this hotel for one week.
this hotel was near the PUB Street.
Room was widely, staff was kindly, I had good feeling.
but, Wi-Fi is weak and I have small trouble.
however, no problem.

Great location next to pub street. Good speed Wi-Fi and unlimited. Limited parking spot. If only they could find me a taxi to airport I would give a five star.

Great location and best price. Unlimited Wi-Fi. Staff were helpful at times except when we checked out they couldn't assist us in finding taxi to go to airport. We have to find one ourself. Still recommended for the great location and best price.

Had to check out, I was not aware the room comes with its own pet rat!
