Very clean, quiet, good quality food and very friendly staff.

One of the best hotel I have visited. The Staff is taking care of you from the moment you enter to the day you check out. I like everytime you get back to the hotel after a walk in the town, they give you a cold refreshing towel. The food is tasty and beautiful plated adhd breakfast was amazing. I love that they focused on local food and still got plenty of international choices too chose from.
The whole stay feels very personal and you got that VIP treatment from everyone of the staff.
I want specially give cred to the staff Alice at the front desk and Srey Nich at the restaurant.
Thank you guys for making our stay at this hotel a wonderful experience.
We Will come back again.

Most amazing service I have EVER received in all my travels of the world. Every hotel should aspire to be like this hotel. Thank you Painting, Sophie, Ritten (my guide), Vanny (my driver) and the ENTIRE staff including Lotus team and service/cooks/chefs. I felt like family during my stay and that made traveling alone so easy. I highly recommend taking arranged temple tours, city tours, cooking class, royal boat tour, etc AS ARRANGED BY HOTEL as they cover every detail and cater to your every need. I would not change a thing. The details of service at this hotel is absolutely incredible. I’ll be back soon. Cheers and with gratitude!

The staff were magnificent. Too many to name for fear of leaving some one out. They couldn’t do enough for us and made our stay truly memorable. Food amazing and massages relaxing. Sad to be going home.

An amazing place to stay. Beautiful rooms and just the nicest, kindest, loveliest staff — notably Sophy. The hotel has a great breakfast and restaurant and a wonderful pool. The location is also spot on. Superb! Would love to stay again.

The place was great. The staff was nice and between the free breakfasts and dinners we did not have to pay for much food and we got tons of free massages. Best place ever!

This is just a beautiful boutique hotel. The Residence Suite fits a family of 4 quite easily with a large balcony and swing chair.
The service is amazing, staff have been very friendly during our stay. The restaurant has a good variety of delicious foods, happy hour is also worthwhile to relax in afternoon. The hotel is a short walk to pub street and markets, 20min drive to Angkor Wat, has laundry and pharmacy near by, perfect location. The rooms are very quiet though. … Thank you to Golden Temple Residence for making our first visit to Cambodia very memorable and enjoyable.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in between my travels of twenty different countries. Excellent staff, great location, amazing accommodations. They have shows out front every evening right after happy hour. Some bookings come with a complimentary massage.

From the moment Kimleng Kim and the driver picked me up from the airport to the time they dropped me off. Five star service. As a frequent guest at Ritz Carlton properties I can honestly say they go above and beyond what I expected. The one thing that went wrong was a accident. My room air conditioning unit froze up and leaked on my laptop. They immediately offered me one of theirs to continue my work and they had it sent off to be repaired. Unfortunately the part was not available and would take longer than my travel to ship in. Staying in contact with them I had it sent to the manufacturer when I got home and after sending some documents they are reimbursing the full cost of the bill. Very pleased with everything and I highly recommend stay here.

Just a great place in the heart of the action! The staff are sooo friendly, accommodating and helpful. Happy hour is a great way to start the evening. They all go out of their way to please you. Very nice place to stay at!

Amazing service… On our last day out group of 8 did a whole day tour and even though we had checked out, they went out of their way to find an empty room for us to have shower and rest before heading airport. Absolutely amazing service. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This is, with Golden Temple Retreat, Jaya House and Templation, one of the top 5 best hotels in Siem Reap. Service is the most anticipating ever. The location is ideal. The Apsara dance at poolside after dark is magic. Classy original design. Fantastic rooms and the best management ever. Five star… at least!

Beautiful hotel! the staff is extremely welcoming, the location and the restaurant (where you can enjoy traditional dance every night) are super convenient. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Siem Reap.

The chic hotel, free transfer, massage, chef's kitchen is excellent. Very friendly staff. A small number of rooms, which also determines the home atmosphere of the hotel.

Where will I begin? It really was the best hotel ever! We were treated like royalty from the time they picked us up at the airport until the end. The rooms are huge and comfy. The ameneties were very high end. Loved everything about this hotel. The staff were the best. Everything was personalized. And during our last dinner they surprized us with bday cakes even without telling them. Simply the best hotel!

I had pleasant times thanks to this hotel. I had felt welcome since I stepped out of the airport. All staffs are so kind and nice. Room was clean and spacious. Every service they provided was really good including snack box, massage, chips and so on. If I visited siem reap again, I'm gonna stay here again.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel. The staff were always available, and we're incredibly friendly, especially to our son. The pool was a little deep for him to stand, but he loved it. There was a small waterfall into it, and it was long enough for people to swim laps in. The morning buffet was amazing, definitely recommended. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance, less than 5 minutes walk to the night market. About 5 minutes to Pub Street as well so, great room, great staff, great food, and great location. We would definitely go back, and fell in love with Cambodia.

By far the best hotel I ever stayed. Location is great, near the nightmarket and pub street, so you definitely don't get hungry or thirsty :D the service is incredible. Everyone is super nice and helpful. We had a really warm welcome directly at the airport with drinks and a welcome scarf :D the rooms are really big with balcony and a great shower. Every evening room service is coming by to offer new towels and a small treat with the next day forecast and a tale to read. You can also enjoy every evening a happy hour, where you get free beer and wine and afterwards there is a traditional dance event, which you shouldn't miss. The Spa is also fantastic and worth to try the traditional body massage. All in all best hotel experience I ever had!

Fantastic hotel. Lovely room and staff who could not have been more helpful. Only stayed for a couple of days but would have been more than happy to stay longer. Some great touches including pick up from the airport and being offered cold towels and water in the car. Even given a T-shirt as a farewell gift. If visiting Ankor Wat you will struggle to find somewhere better to stay.

The best hotel that we have ever stayed at. From the moment we were picked up from the airport we were greeted with little cotton scarves, cold towels and a beer or a coke. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with a fruit platter, nuts and a cold welcome drink. We met "Alice in Wonderland " and she was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. We booked a driver (Tiran) to take us to the temples and a few other places and he was great.
The restaurant staff were efficient and friendly. The pool is amazing. The food was beautiful and the cocktails were great. We had a massage in the day spa and it was heaven! The room was big, very clean and air conditioning worked great. Bathroom was big and I loved the rain shower.
Every time you leave or come back you are welcomed " have a good day miss Natalie " or "welcome back Mr Daz ". Being aussie we kept saying " see ya everytime we left. Alice started saying it to us too. It was really funny. On checkout Alice walked us to the car and waved us off saying "see ya" and "catch ya later ". We cannot wait to go back and see everyone again. For everything.

We had a wonderful stay! The whole hotel staff is simply amazing! They are so welcoming, friendly and mannered that you will almost like your home. Rooms, food, services top class. I would recommend them to anyone without a bit of hesitation!

We had an exceptional experience. Their excellent service started from the airport pickup. The staff were amazing, humble and are ready to help whenever needed. Their arranged tour was superb offering cold water and cold towels upon boarding from each point. The room was quite spacious with a big balcony. The breakfast was superb. Location of the hotel was excellent right close to the night market and pub street. We received the best service here than in any other hotels anywhere. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Siem Reap. I am very sure that you will not find a better place than GTR.

We checked out yesterday from this fantastic hotel and are so pleased that we booked it.
Arrival — we were met at the airport by 'Saturday' (her English name) who was absolutely wonderful! We were given little scarfs to wear and the driver pulled around promptly to which we were offered water, soft drink or cold beers as soon as we got into the car along with cold towels! Room — we booked the deluxe urban room package that includes the 4 course Khmer dinner and spa treatments. The room is plenty big enough! Private temple tour — wow! This was special. We thought the two day tour at $503 seemed somewhat expensive but is definitely worth it. We had our own private guide — Thom, who I really cannot praise enough. He was fantastic and knew all the best photo spots, times to get to the temples so that they weren't too busy and was a genuinely lovely guy who was a delight to spend time with. I cannot recommend booking this private tour through the hotel enough, you will not be disappointed. And if you can, ask for 'Vutha Bong Thom'! The staff — without a doubt the best staff we have have had the pleasure of meeting! Every single member wether it's a waiter, manager or cleaner smiles, says hello and talks to you about your day and how your stay is. They make you feel like royalty from the moment you arrive to leaving. We have never had an experience like it and loved it!

Outstanding and amazing service. Loveliest and most welcoming staff ever. We were treated fantastically without exception during our entire stay. Beautifully designed, super comfortable rooms. Very good spa. Perfect location — right in the centre of everything, yet peacefully hidden away from the heat and the action going on outside. Highly recommend staying here!

Staff is amazing and what really sets the place apart. Book on the hotels website for best deal. We got 60 minute massage included, airport transfer etc… about $95 night all in.

Love love love. Behind the wall is a tranquil place away from the chaos with the best staff and customer service we have ever received. A great experience and nothing is too difficult for the staff. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Siem Reap itself was amazing! However our stay at the residence made our trip so much more delightful. Staff are very pleasant, + attentive. We organised a tour through the hotel as well totally worth it. Food at the hotel was delicious. & cocktail Hour was great!

Really good experience at this hotel. The service was exceptional, the room was very clean and comfortable. In particular, the spa was really good, we went 2 days in a row. It was wonderful to spend time in the sun by the pool and the hotel was very centrally located. Definitely recommend it to others and we will be back.
