Big rooms, nice staff, not the best food I ever had, but clean and serviced well. Short walk to the beach, reception very helpful. All in all it was a great stay and great vacations. Very nice vie from the room's balcony.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Food was of a very good standard and very varied. Animation team are fantastic offering a daily programme of activities for all ages. Just across the road from the beach and shops bars and restaurants. 3 pools and lots of outside spaces for sitting and relaxing. Rooms all have aircon, free safes and toiletries.

The best place for a wonderful holiday! Everything is at high level-rooms, food and stuff!

Beautiful hotel everything u need and more hairdressers and beauty onsite. Spar massage and more. Beach on your door step and shops. Also shop on site too. Indoor pool food been ok so far. Easy to find a sun bed. Hotel rooms are massive and very beautiful comfey beds loving it so far. Vasco and the entertainment team was fab brilliant with the kids would recommend this hotel :-)

The 4-star Marina Grand Beach Hotel is situated in a beautiful park area, in the immediate vicinity of the beach, in the southern part of Golden Sands resort. Free Wi-Fi is available.   Most of the rooms offer sea views. Complimentary minibar is provided in each room. There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a pool for children.   You can make use of the fitness and squash halls, a sauna, a steam bad and a large relax zone, a hairdresser and a beauty salon.   The restaurant at the Grand Hotel features a terrace. There is also a snack bar, a sweets shop and a mezzanine bar with a terrace.   This property is also rated for the best value in Golden Sands! Guests are getting more for their money when compared to other properties in this city.

A large hotel, just a hilltop to the beach. Inside and outside a pool if you don't want to walk across the road to be by the sea. Beautiful rooms. Overall, unfortunately, a bit of a time. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak German or English for the most part.

Good Hotel to avoid in the middle of the season.

In excellent season base. Spacious room Sea View buffet vary for a week. Spa of the countries of the East but well. Clean beach in May. Now in high season with the frond turned into a giant nightclub pool bar and sex galore… Not recommended for families.

Good hotel 1. When we booked a room we choose 1 bed, but had two in the room. They change two rooms, problem resolved. 2. We haven't any hanger in the wardrobe. Call reception, in 10 minutes housekeeper bring ONE hanger. After 5 min 3 more. Ok 3. Food is good. I guess everyone can find something on his taste.

Wonderful 5 star hotel, the view and service are exceptional, there is buffet at will and varied, indoor and outdoor pool, small gym and the beach is a 1 minute walk not even.

We stayed in a suite, 6th floor — excellent conditions. Gorgeous view — see pictures. They also took care of parking — close by, about 300 yards/meters — hotel parking was full. Delicious food — we considered regular all-inclusive food. Good wine, the other drinks are poor. Overall conditions: excellent!

Was just there to visit my neighbor. Very exclusive equipment. Very nice room. Very nice sitting areas. Way to the beach you have to go between the shops to reach it. The hotel is very centrally located.

A 4 Star Hotel with a 2 Star Service. The Hotel itself was clean and the rooms are nice. The food was ok. The people working there are unfriendly and if they don't know an answer to your question they don't care. The animation program was horrible. The Animator was drunk most of the time. He promised the kids to do animation at daytime and did not show up because he was drunk the evening before and slept to long (it was 3pm! ). Two stars because of the horrible service and animation. 5 stars for the room service. We got a different towel-animal every day and they were very nice.

A chic hotel with nice bars that are in convenient locations on site! The food was very good.

I love the kitchen and restaurant of this hotel, sometimes little too crowded just. Sea views are nice too. Well situated in the middle of Golden Sands all entertainment and shopping just a walk away.

Nice big rooms, nice pool area. Only the food leaves something to be desired but it's still okay. The hotel is really close to the party locations and the beach, also the sea view is great. Overall a really good hotel.

It was verry good. all from personal, cleaning and food was amazing. i will come back next year.

Pleasant stay despite a capricious weather. The hotel is very nice, pity that hotel staff are not smiling. Hearty meal. Spacious, clean rooms. Very good services at the spa. Access to the slippery indoor pool and lack of hygiene (no pediluve or shower before entering). I found several people in a city outfit in the pool enclosure. Very good location of the hotel. A redo in June, July, August to enjoy the sun and animations.

Lovely time but the food was not as good as the first time we came in 2014, but very nice staff again.

Great staff, great rooms, will come again. Keep up the good work.

We were in the September 2015 for 2 weeks at this wonderful hotel. Super clean, the rooms were cleaned every day. The towels were decorated lovingly on the bed. In the beds could we sleep great, clean and not the location. All staff were very friendly. The food was excellent and a great variety for every taste something. I can only recommend this hotel and am convinced the last time there to have been. There were persons who geurlaubt for the 8th time in this hotel.
Just what a little bothered me, that has nothing to do with the hotel, but on the beach chairs and umbrellas are not that cheap. You could reduce that a bit in the price!
Thanks again to the entire team for the services that we could spend a soooo beautiful holiday and were allowed.

Parcheggio auto inesistente, ma con 20 euro di mancia al personale della sicurezza, il parcheggio si trova… praticamente spostano una delle loro auto parcheggiate proprio davanti all'ingresso e ci metti la tua auto.
Reception: se non parli inglese sei morto.
Personale: sempre sorridente e disponibile, ma molto spesso non all'altezza. Troppo giovani.
Camera: pulita, ma non da 5 stelle.
Bagno: il bidet da queste parti non lo conoscono.
Piscina: il pavimento è scivoloso, loro si sono parati il culo, mettendo in bella vista numerosi cartelli di avviso "caution: slippery floor".
Ho preso la formula "all inclusive" per evitare di pagare servizi extra, chi non l'aveva a tavola gli veniva servita acqua di rubinetto.
Cucina pessima: a colazione, a pranzo e a cena, I vassoi del self service erano sempre pieni dei soliti intrugli. Pesce: sempre troppo cotto. Carne: pollo fritto o spezzatino affogato in una salsa insipida. Frutta: quasi sempre acerba o troppo matura. Il caffè' scordatelo. Però c’era la pasta, un vassoio di colla.
Praticamente l'hotel più' che un 5 stelle è un 3 stelle scadente.
Ho lasciato l'albergo, per la disperazione, un giorno prima della fine della vacanza e al momento di lasciare la camera è venuta una signora, ha controllato che asciugamani ed accappatoi fossero tutti nella stessa quantità del giorno del mio arrivo.
Ci mancava solo che m'ispezionassero I bagagli.

Hotel I actually liked. Nice large rooms. Towels changed every day, bed sheets every 3 days. Bathrobes and Slippers are provided. Most of the rooms with sea view. Food — cuisine is very similar to ours. The choice for dinner from 4 hot dishes, 4 types of garnish, 3 dishes from the chef. Selection of salads are big. Fruits also do not indulge varied, but all necessary is. Pleasant selection of sweet food, because there are baked and puff and biscuit, different jelly and puddings. Nice staff, really trying to make your stay comfortable and not expect you to поятоянных tip. Of course the hotel is actually absent and sun beds at the hotel leaves much to be desired. Trade shops and restaurants start straight away.

Hotel super, real 5 stars. The staff were very plush Terry bathrobes. Fed super. Staff is friendly. A clean beach, however umbrella, mattresses, chairs — all of a fee. At almost no Russians, some Germans.
