Been here fore just about one week, service is great, room are great, food are great, wery nice place for adults and children, many stores and the beach just down the stairs and over det road… LOVE IT. ✨

The food is excellent. Room 327 has a cardboard front door and a door to the next room. Hearing to the maximum. We refused to change the number. The sea is a hundred meters away. In the evening in the district is much quieter than in the center.

The hotel corresponds to 3 stars. Or 4 with cons. 1 pool, beach toll, beach shower toll, hotel to climb up about 70 steps! The food is normal but there is no variety, the staff speak Russian language.

Room was not ready at 14.00. Had to wait untill 14.30 and then another half an hour to get our luggage back. After getting into our room there was chips under bed and hotell Wi-Fi did't reach there. I bought all inclusive packet and there is not even Wi-Fi in our room. Very bad service from that hotell in my opinion. I don't recomend it.

Nice hotel and if you have their all inclusive packed the food you'll get included is great. The hotel is in my book located in the better end of Golden Sands — great especially for families with children, and further more, the beach is very close, the reason why I'm not giving the hotel 5⭐ rating is, I didn't feel that the staff working there was gracious and hospitable.

Located only 50 m from the sandy beach, the 4-star Luna Hotel offers an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool. A spa area with a sauna, massage rooms and sun bed is also provided. Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby. The centre of Golden Sands is 500 m away.   All rooms at Luna are air-conditioned and fitted with carpeted floors, satellite TV and a private bathroom. From the furnished balcony guests can enjoy the view over the garden or the sea.   The property has a relaxing ambience with many plants. Guests can taste local and international cuisine at the a-la-carte restaurant coming with a terrace bar overlooking the sea.   All Inclusive is available at an additional cost and comprises buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as selected local beverages.   The Aqua Park, which is 600 m from the Luna, has a rich array of pools and water slides. Aladja Monastery, made of rock, is just 5 km away.

To stay here, lie by the pool and it is definitely enough! We are currently (mai 2018) to relax and celebrate here and by and large the standard in this house is felt very low. The rooms are clean and habitable. You can feel reasonably comfortable, but those who pay attention to quality should avoid this house.
The main problem: The food, both at breakfast — and at the evening buffet is underground, although it is even worse in the evening than in the morning. You can really save yourself the money for food.
For the price, but with this fantastic location you can not complain and enjoy the time on the gold beach!
In addition, due to the low occupancy rate, we got a free upgrade to a room with a sea view, the view is really worth it:)

The rooms are at least okay. It's mostly clean. Everything seems very lainely shredded together and you can at least feel almost comfortable. However, the food is completely unacceptable under all cannons and with all love. Everything is cold, too dry or too soft, too lax or too salty and juices such as dessert extremely "artificial" and also unpalatable. If you are looking for only one room, you can already book here, but you should definitely save yourself completely!

Awful hotel. Unprofessional personal, room in very bad conditions. In room Wi-Fi costs money but it's so bad that you can't even watch YouTube or use instagram. Do not recommend this hotel. There are plenty of hotels which are way better and for the same price.

Enjoyed almost everything except breakfasts and dinner, They are the same every day! Clean the room every day!

On last day I was really dissapointed: bread had mold and the Restaurant Manager had no reaction when I told him about this. With big improvements (both staff and rooms) this hotel can become a true 4 star hotel; at this moment it is not; more like a 3. Our room was with Sea view, really nice view. Got the all inclusive deal but next time if I come back will go only with breakfast and eat and drink in other locations with better options and that respect their clients. Next time will go for other hotel.

When we arrived we were just super excited. After, we discovered many flaws. There was only minimal changes in the food — all inclusive is not advisable. In the restaurants on the promenade, you can eat and drink some for €5 p. P. The staff (up to the cleaners) are nearly all unfriendly, laughed at us, were kind to us and snooty. We got no real help, as we have been stolen from the hotel room. Hardly anyone speaks really English or German. The minibar in our room was covered with mold from the inside. Those who come to Bulgaria for making party should book closer hotel rooms in the night, we had to walk every day a few kilometres. The beach is clean and close, but many families. We regret to have chosen this hotel.

Staff unfriendly except at the pool bar. A guest fell in the pool and was injured so that she could no longer stand up. None of the staff took care of the woman. Other guests set up an umbrella, so that was the woman not in the blazing sun. It took 2 hours until a doctor and an ambulance came. Impossible! All inclusive? never in the hotel Luna. It was only at lunch time drinks until 21:00 and at the pool bar until 20:00. Food was also not the ROAR. Always the same just different made. Room and ambiance were okay.

It has not at all we like, very unkempt, rooms were not good. No recommendation.

Very good stay. The hotel is bright, beautiful, room excellent, Breakfast and dinner very helpful and friendly. The staff were friendly, pool with mineral water is simply a fairy tale! I advise this hotel, a very good choice.
