Great location, decent food. Staff is polite, most of them speak foreign languages. Hotel is clean, swimming pool too. Parking place should cost less as well as Wi-Fi, why not even free for guests.

The vague feeling that people who write about this place reviews for 5 stars just haven't seen good hotels.
This madhouse barely pulls on 3 stars. Cleaning was every four days. Kitchen for 4 out of 5, yes, a lot of food, but all too fatty, but there is no butter on bread, but there is margarine. If you have "All-inclusive" then in the bar of water usual you do not get, pay money. The main "number" of all this turned out to be cockroaches. I only know about the, "all inclusive", way to stay here. The drinks choice at the bar is a little limited, but since it is included in our, "all inclusive", then I can't complain at all. It goes from water to coffee to beer to brandy and vodka! Very good! All drinks from 10am right up to 10pm. Three meals a day is kind of hard to deal with, but again it is all included. Nice room, VERY close to the beach. Good (but can be cold) swimming pool). There are many hotels in this area, but this is a good one.

Loved the stay in room 211 facing the sea and the pool area. Room cleaned every time we hang a note 'please make up the room'. 30 meters from the beach; at the promenade; in a cosy and silent area bit off the busy center of the Golden Sands. HB was even too much of this food. We wished to have an option without food or with just breakfast as there's plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Food in the buffet monotonous and almost the same every day. Go try other food in restaurants off the promenade. Take your beach towels with you as you will not be allowed to take pool towels there. YOLO — go and try parachuting, water jet, fish spa, shisha, and see sun rise :)

Poor and monotonous food, unmatched, for children.

Super rude hotel manager. No parking spaces and our car was moved and we had to pay 35 Euro to get it back despite the fact we were guests of the hotel. They do not care for the comfort of the guests. Not particularly clean hotel as well. The hotel manager does nothing to fix the issues. Terrible experience!

First room on all dust
Second room water comes from roof third room yet worse so as food and at 22: 00 I will not recommend no more all inclusive drinks, I must not sleep until comes technician and is now 2:00 night.

A good hotel. Even a very good French hotel. Most of the tourists from French, the Germans, the British, the Italians. Staff respectful.
