The location is great with picturesque landscapes and hot mineral water galore. However, that’s the only good thing about this hotel that’s left. It used to be a fantastic place some years ago but ever since they rebranded it’s been going downhill. Management is overall terrible, maintenance is a joke, service is laughable but you won’t leave laughing.

It is set in a really nice and quiet region. The air you breath, you can feel its cleanness. The food is amazing. The service and the staff are also very kind and positive, always with a smile. The hotel also has an inside pool, which is a big plus. The corridors are clean and the rooms, too. You can just get carried away and lose yourself in there.

Посетен на 07 и 08.03.2018. Прекарахме добре, приятелски персонал, 110% релакс в басейна (Ако търсите друго удоволствие няма да намерите) — топъл и чист (има химикали). Храната на шведската маса беше обилна и разнообразна — примерно имаше 5-6 вида салати и 5-6 oсновни ястия за вечеря.
