In a short stay of only one night I can appreciate only the cordial and fast reception and the spacious and comfortable room. Approved! and Recommended!

I am disgusting. 3 members of your staff have been seen beating a dog until its pelvis broke. Do not use this hotel.

A well located hotel is the only thing that saves it. The room we had was very humid. Its view was the pool which was noticeable not cleaned a long time ago, in my stay I did not see a single guest in the area and the chairs were old. Breakfast was very bad. The TV in the room had no remote control, they took one that served like 2 hours because it ran out of batteries. We stayed 3 nights and the cleaning service did not vacate the Caneca and to top it off there were some rare bugs in the room, at first I thought it was wood or something, but seeing that they moved it was really unpleasant. The hotel deserves a remodel!

Old Hotel But with well organized rooms. Central air conditioning with good bathroom (shower). Minibar available. Breakfast left to be desired.

Very low standard for that price. Bad — only one thing which is ok, but all the rest is dirty, stinky, ugly. Forget about gym (creepy & small). Stinky cold sauna and ugly, dirty swimmingpool. Forget about nice restaurant with good food. (we tried today "pizza" in bar for 30r$, dont ever do that mistake. Small tost with a lot of chees — its a bad joke, no comment…). Breakfast are poor and the same every day — so be sure you are not booking for longer than 1 day hotel, only fresh juice is good :) Hotel should has 1 star like it got from me.

Pestana São Paulo has a very privilege location being close to Av. Paulista, a comercial center. The rooms are very large, with a beautiful window that shows the city skyline, but the bathrooms are a little outdated with a minor remodeling in order. The staff is very attentive and polite and any requests are attended.

Very well located, very comfortable room, very good shower, reasonable breakfast buffet.

Been there for professional training. The rooms are too hot e the infrastructor are lame. Bathrooms are a little darty too.

Very good hotel, I had a nice stay when I was waiting for a social event. Helpful staff. Great bar with a nice and cold "chopp Brahma"

It was clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Service was always friendly and they offer baggage holding for a long time (I left mine for a few months in between stays, while I hitchhiked).

I spent only one night at thos hotel but deeply regret it. The room and bathroom were spacious but the furniture looked like an afterthought where furniture from a much smaller room were placed there. Only one of the plugs was of the brazilian standard, making charging more than one thing at a time very difficult. Not very good for a business hotel. The worst part was the noise. I could hear every word my neighbours were saying although they were talking normally. The elevator made it sound like somebody was moving furniture around the floor above us. Unfortunately, despite several complaints, the hotel staff didn't seem to care much.

Complete disaster! My husband and me arrived the hotel and nobody helped us to unload the luggage. It was raining, we had to get the luggage cart ourselves and then we had to personally ask the valet parking guy to park our car. The hotel promised to give us a free fruit tray, but it was never delivered. The room was cleaned, but they didn't replace the bath towels, and they simply removed the bed blanket. After we complained about the bad blanked they sent us a very low quality blanket incompatible with the kind of hotel. The double deluxe room was too simple compared the hotel daily rate. When we got the room there was a noisy black box on the table, it was a air purifier, it was very strange and loud. I believe we won't come back to this hotel. It's not compatible with the Pestana name, price, quality and service.

The drinks, food and staff are absolutely perfect! Its the best place to have a conversation and run from the heat.

Beautiful hotel with nice looking rooms and everything. Even though the rooms' price are matching a high-standard hotel, the Wi-Fi is charged per 24h which is quite strange, and the connection is slow at best. Overall decent hotel but expect better for this price range.
