Quarto bastante amplo, café da manhã bom, a piscina seria melhor se fosse aquecida. Em geral é um bom hotel em uma ótima localização.

Location is perfect for working, internet works great, but you have to wait a while to be activated since the check-in, the rooms feel a little old but nothing too bad, everything works perfect and the space of the room fits really nice.

This place is horrible. Avoid at all costs. We left and didn't stay the night. How this place has a 4 star rating I'll never know.

Spacious rooms and shower, comfortable bed, friendly staff, good location in the New Faria Lima area, with nice restaurants at walking distance. Improvements can be made in the pillows (too thin for my taste) and the TV remote control maintenance (dead, rusty batteries — could control channels and sound volume through the set top box remote, but not switch off the TV). Decent, even if not really varied, breakfast included in the room rate. Overall, a nice stay.

O atendimento foi ótimo, funcionários muito atenciosos, quarto amplo com café, chá e água de cortesia, porém o ar condicionado não gelava muito, acredito que em dias mais quentes passaria calor. Bom café da manhã.

Although it is not 5 star, has an excellent level. There is a gym, swimming pool… Only the breakfast is very repetitive.
