Amazing hotel, located in the heart of Itaim. Walking distance to most places in Itaim, one block away from Iguatemi Shopping Mall, the fanciest mall in São Paulo. Walking distance to Jamie Oliver’s restaurant. Hotel room is fantastic, with foot spa and other amenities not usually available at other hotels. Room os enormous, but Bathroom/shower room is on the small side. Definitely worth staying here for business as well as for pleasure.

This Radisson is situated in a more upscale neighbourhood, surrounded by many nice restaurants and shops. It is within walking distance to my Sao Paulo office so the convenient factor is unbeatable. The check-in often takes a while but the staff is generally very accommodating. The restaurant lays out a decent breakfast, but the dinners options offered by the restaurants near hotel are usually more compelling. There is a gym and a small swimming pool on the top floor. The gym is usually empty in the morning and it is not bad for a hotel gym.

It's a very good place to rest in San Pablo /Brazil, good restaurant service, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast.

Never breakfast in such a cold room people were wearing overcoats.

It is a place with comfortable rooms, good size and impeccable services are of good quality, in my case I come for work is perfect. The location is good as the area is busy and comfortable to get.

Room on lower floors has super old carpet and smell very bad. Every a few minutes, airplane fly over the building, very noisy. Servers in restaurant, room service don't understand english. Cards have problem using in elevator.

Very fine place to stay. You can rest, exercise, swim, eat, etc.

Good quality Hotel located in the Itaimbibi district of 18 floors. Rich and safe neighborhood.
In the 18th small bodybuilding room with cardio machines and weights until 10kilos, unheated swimming pool of 50metres in a narrow corridor, a sauna of 4-5 people. The 18th century also has an outdoor view of 360 ° on a panoramic balcony. Lobby and bar rehabilitation room. Standard comfort rooms. Some in better conditions than others. Nice hotel, the check in process was very long. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Is a very secure hotel. Food is very good. The rooms are kept very clean, cleaning staff did an awsome job.

Nice Hotel, great location in Sāo Paulo, big and clean rooms. The price is fair and cheap during the weekend. I can recommend the breakfast. Just the Swimmingpool could be improved!

The hotel is conveniently located in a good neighborhood in Sao Paulo with lots of good restaurants near. The staff is friendly and helpful and their breakfast is decent. Every time I come here (work) I enjoy the stunning views over the city from their recently updated gym on the top floor. The rooms are spacious and clean, but could use an update. Some rooms I have been in have stains in the carpet or a shower that will shower the whole bathroom instead of just the shower. The Wi-Fi is good.

The facilities are superior nice, modern and cosy. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful. I love coming here.

The location is excellent, the area as much with restaurants and bars to visit in the evening. The service of the staff is impeccable, always attentive. Good kitchen and bar inside. To improve you have some maintenance points in the rooms, like the windows door to the balcony. The pillows are too soft, they deflate. For the quality of the hotel and the rooms, the size of the bathroom is very small.

Great service, but it is not clean outside your room it need maintenance in the details.

This was really a treat! Great place for quite a reasonable price (considering hotels in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, etc…) Place was clean, luxurious and cosy. Room was big, bathroom was nice including the towels, etc… and I really loved that detail on the pillow (psst: chocolate ;) ). Wouldn't hesitate to go there again!

Terrible service. For breakfast, I ordered an omelete 2 times and it didnt come out. Haha I made a reservation for a taxi at front, and next morning, nothing is waiting.

Great staff and the rooms are very nice. Gorgeous graffiti in the restaurant and there's a giant Hulk statue in the lobby… Can't beat that.

It is a very Good and efficient bussines hotel. Not a vacation one, but perfect for bussines events.

I stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to my office. The surrounding neighborhood doesn't have too much to offer beyond a few large restaurants and office buildings, but walk a bit further (feeling completely safe) to explore further. The hotel itself was adequate, though my upgraded balcony room had the tiniest balcony that was more like a ledge. The view? Buildings upon buildings, standard for Sao Paulo. The rooms themselves are very clean, comfortable and well-heated/cooled, depending on your preference. Note: If you check in early (as I did at 9am), they charge you half a day's room rate. This is something I haven't encountered at other hotels. Your room key will also only work to/from your floor and the lobby, so forget about visiting friends/coworkers.

Does not really have a gym — more a fitness room — needs a bench and some free weights above 10kg.

Quite a nice business hotel. Nothing super special, but has all the amenities you need, and very convenient for the Google Office in Sao Paulo.
