Very happy with the hotel, the location is unbeatable, in my opinion the best area of Copacabana. The hotel staff is very friendly, mainly the waiters, and janitors. Have parasols and beach towels free of charge. A breakfast super super full and varied, and as they are consuming things are on the mend so that is the time that is, the tables are full. The hot water will be issued at no cost 24 hours a day. Before we left they wanted to charge us a few things from the minibar that we had not consumed, but to clarify the situation reversed and we were able to check-out without any problems. I recommend it with no doubts!

Very nice place, convenient, comfortable and the people are very kind; but you need to give maintenance to the infrastructure in some parts deteriorated or poor condition and lacking the hair dryer in the bathroom but deps cleaning, food and care provided is very good.

I didn't like it. The location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rest did not: old facilities, bathroom in bad condition and every night with smell. Air conditioning of the old, very noisy and little cash. It serves only to go to sleep and stay a couple of days stayed, not much more. Some rooms have excellent sea view, which makes you forget a bit of the problems I mentioned earlier.

Very bad experience, when booking in, Booking, and charged us by mistake, and a month later we made the return, creating surcharges on the card which did not charge. Upon arriving at the hotel the manager very badly predisposed not acknowledged the error or attempt to compensate in any way to the customer, because I paid him the total amount of the stay, and on top of that they let us enter the room at 15 hours, one hour waiting we were and in my situation of pregnancy no one made us feel comfortable. Very bad experience. I would not recommend it.

Great localisation. Rooms need to be renovated. Old and noisy air conditioner in the room was very disturbing in the night.

It's an old hotel, but it has comfortable rooms and large wardrobes. It was always clean and very nice David the gentleman at reception. It has affordable prices and faces the beach. Varied breakfast.

For us who were in four hotels in Brazil, it was the best breakfast of the four we met. Very comfortable went with my two daughters. Good value for money.

Super view, just traversrer the street for a swim. The room is very spacious, the breakfast is super good, the staff is top notch and super responsive. Just ask to have all the information to visit properly the city. I would recommend this hotel.

I was fortunate to spend a short holiday in Rio with my wife and my daughter and recommend me the Hotel Lancaster Othon Travel. While it is true you have older installations, their advantage lies in the excellent views of Copacabana beach and close to almost everything you have. Their prices are good and the service also.
It is highly recommended.
