I've been here to a event on the first and second floor, so I will write only about it. The place is amazing, near to the beach and surrounded by many options to eat a good food. The airport is nearly and Copacabana is a good place to know in Rio de Janeiro.

Very helpful staff. English speaking help available. Great location. Rooms have a beautiful view. Would stay again if I visit Rio.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hilton in Rio de Janeiro. I don't speak Portuguese and have found the staff to be very helpful, kind and engaging! Many of the employees I have interacted with speak English. The location is great and right along the Copacabana Beach. The hotel was clean with some modern updates. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend!

This is not the nicest Hilton property I have stayed at. The room is well appointed and comfortable but I expected more given the price. The staff is excellent and friendly and most speak English good enough to help. There are 2 small pools, 4th floor and rooftop, each have a bar. There is another lounge near the lobby. All 3 are small and not lively. Proximity to the beach is the biggest selling point of this Hilton. View from the rooftop is good but not as great as they tell you at check-in.

Hilton has done a good job in buying this hotel. It is well placed and it has a breath-taking view. Usually, they have very nice parties at new years eve!

Tallest hotel on the beach. Amazing views from the roof, large rooms. Luxurious for Rio, but, not by American standards. Had issues getting the mini bar filled after repeatedly asking. Charge a ridiculous "guest fee" for visitors to discourage bringing prostitutes back. Long wait to check in, and barely recognize Diamond status.

The location was great and the breakfast was excellent. (Stay February 2016)

Prime location, lobby slightly small, room was great 2 twin beds, view was from 32nd floor of Copacabana Beach looking west. Just had to cross the street from hotel and your right on the beach. Bathroom small, shower tub extremely strong water pressure. The breakfast buffet was expansive and had so many options to choose from. The staff were awesome and more then willingly to assist in anyway they can. Overall was great experience.

Excellent hotel. Staff is well trained and polite. The location is great since it is on the way to the airport and a beach front property. Unfortunately, if traffic jams happen, the subway is not close by, in this situation prepare for a walk. It is a great venue to host events though.

Staff not smiling at all but very nice hotel with piece of beach "almost privative" with beach chairs (attention, these are not sunbeds).

Amazing breakfast. Great views. Staff is friendly. It is a bit on the pricey side and I'll say that there were some issues we encountered (an intermittent thud in our AC unit) that don't agree with the price point. Despite that… our experience was wonderful here. Overall, will highly recommend and stay here again.

Very well placed hotel at the end of Copacabana Cove. Private beach in front of the hotel accessible to residents. Nice pools but often in the shade. Panoramic Bar on the top floor magic, especially for a drink at sunset. Breakfasts on the 4th or 5th floor very good and varied.
Very good room Only the bathroom is scary: small, old-fashioned and plastic. Not worthy of this kind of establishment.

The proximity to the beach, the fantastic view from the pool on the 39 floor, the rich breakfast buffet and the good service in addition to security are positive. The bathroom was a bit too small.
Overall, the price/performance ratio is justified for the exclusive location.

Nice hotel… super well located, the staff very very friendly, rooms comfortable and spacious, good housekeeping, but… very expensive. Eating or drinking in the hotel is overly expensive…

Beautiful rooms, spacious, clean. On the 4th floor there is a pool with a bar, as in the 39 floor (which is accessed by staircase as the elevator arrives at 37) with beautiful views of the city. Breakfast with gluten-free options. In the restaurant there are gluten-free options but they are scarce. In all the letters are marked allergens. The staff is very friendly and despite the fact that several young people do not know Spanish they are looking for you and give you the best. In the breakfast area there is a beautiful view to the beach. We played one of the rainy days and however we felt very friendly at the different hotel facilities.

Well but declining in quality services since the takeover by the Hilton group. Really need a new shot. Damage.

Staff very helpful, the hotel clean and sober the rooms just in size and clean although they are not very new facilities. The breakfast they offer is very good and varied, the restaurant has a beautiful view of Copacabana. But each guest is given an electronic key (if not requested) and that key is "thrown away" when the guest leaves, do not reprogram… TOTAL pollution!

I was at this Hotel in 2013, for Wyd, many rooms give on Copacabana beach. Wow! Gym with sauna on the penultimate floor and heated pool on the terrace. Luxury!

My experience at this hotel was extremely pleasant. The staff was warm and helpful and the amenities are plentiful. We were here for new years 2018 and security was extra high but at no time it felt bothersome of intrusive. The rooms are a little on the small side but not excessively. The hotel is located steps from Copacabana and the hotel offers towel a double chair service at the beach. The only problem we had was the lack of hot water at certain times of the day.

It's a Hilton, so you know what you're getting and that is a good thing. The staff was very friendly and helpful with every interaction. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the room service was also delicious. We had a city view room, which was uninspiring, but the room itself was great. The only thing that would have been better would have been the ocean view.

Hotel is in an excellent location in Copacabana for our needs. Beachfront with rooms overlooking the beach. This hotel is let friendly which was a must since we travel with our dog as much as possible and they were very accommodating. Breakfast is great with fresh fruits, breads and pastries along with to order omelettes and waffles. The hotel also provided a voucher for beach towels and chairs at their reserved spot at Copacabana beach. It came handy and we used the service every day at our stay. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking into having a relaxing time at Rio de Janeiro.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Details: Pools girls, very girls. The bed, at least in my case, is very soft, very worn and arriuinadas pillows. The concierge, who is here to help the tourist, asks him to go to Christ and the Sugar Loaf, and sent me to search for info on the Internet. 3 details but the hotel and service on the same and on the beach, of 10!

Very pleasant in its entirety which would not put so many stars! He promises more than he gives. They charge you for 5 stars and give you 3.! I wouldn't go back! It's a long way to call Hilton!

Good service, clean rooms and fantastic breakfast.

Top Location at the beach. Friendly staff. Only thing is the rooms are quite loud. Rooms close to the elevator are not recommended. You'll hear everything what an elevator does. Nevertheless it's a good hotel with a spectacular view over Copacabana.

Excellent place to attend technical event with fantastic view on Copacabana beach. The lunch (buffet) was excellent. I personally apreciate the variety of available options. The drawback of the room were the event was organized is the floor carpet that was old and dirty.

Great location right on Copacabana Beach. Unbelievable views. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Most speak English. Rooms very comfortable, I love that the windows open! Room service very fast. Free use of beach chairs and towels on the beach. Breakfast buffet had many offerings; the fruit was delicious, the hot bar was okay. Not that you'll be watching TV, but only one English channel — news. The 127 V outlet in the room worked fine for my American devices, although they will let you borrow a converter at the front desk. Overall, I highly recommend.

The hotel staff are exceptional. I enjoyed the experience on the roof top pool and looking at beautiful scene around me. Definitely, I recommend this hotel as a must when visiting Rio!

The first impression was podozhitelnym. Fast Internet and free, nimble service, but suddenly there was a malfunction of the thermostat of the air conditioner and here began: murderous stupid of technical personnel, obvious reluctance on Saturday to engage problem.

This hotel owner and Name changed… Now this hotel's Name is Windsor Atlântica.
