Very kind. Good breakfast The room too with nothing. Nice bath, old. Location.

The location was top and every one very friendly. The rooms could have been cleaner and for my personal taste the AC unit a little stronger.

The staff were very friendly and helpful as we didn't speak their language. The receptionist wise to speak Spanish so we did very well to communicate. They offer a varied buffet breakfast. The Hotel is from the years 70.

Very good hotel, very clean, pool saunas and an exquisite breakfast, as factors to consider must repair the Internet connection, especially the cable and Netflix that went off every time.

In general good hotel, they should improve in Internet service and toilet. Although the toilet service is daily on some occasions the floor was not very clean.

Impeccable! A super luxurious hotel, the super spacious rooms look like apartments! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean. Execelente location in Av. C main two blocks from the beach and one of the shopping… The pool is amazing, a hotel in dreams. Without hesitation I go back to that hotel for a wonderful stay again.

It is in a zone Q at night is not very safe. We were not made to replenish shampoo and rinse cream. Excessive value of laundry service. Only two tapes worked in the gym. No bar service RN The sink and a humid sauna.

The hotel is very comfortable and the breakfast is very good. The Exquosita Pool.

The best of all the beach of Copacabanã is very beautiful.

Front desk spoke good English and were very helpful. Location is brilliant as you can walk to either Copacabana or Botafogo beach within a few minutes. Or jump on a bus outside. The lobby is very nice with a classic look and feel. Rooms were spacious although our initial room had a small bathroom where you couldnt open the door as the toilet was in the way. It was quite ridiculous design. However, they let us change room without issues and 2nd room was fine. Breakfast was a decent selection but far from the best we had in Brazil (which were generally excellent compared to europe). Pool and rooftop were nowhere near as nice as the photos might suggest. Although you dont really need it when so close to beach. I did notice they were advertising transport and ticket to football matches for over 200 reals. We paid about 4 reals for the bus (under 30 for taxi back) and 30 for the ticket for the same game. Not sure how they justify such a premium. Also the mini-bar consisted of just bottled water. As this was the only contents, I assumed it was complimentary. It was not. This was the 2nd hotel we stayed in Rio and I would rate it better than the other. Although hotels elsewhere in the country seemed much better value.

Is not the most fancy hotel but comfortable and with great service. Is close enough to beach and also walking you can reach a mall.

Hotel a little old, noisy rooms, PB of Clim but located 2 steps from the beach of Copa Cabana.

Nice room, free Wi-Fi and breakfast, tea and coffee in rooms and improvement on English needed as very poor.

Service is great, location is close to the beach and everything is walking distance away, rooftop pool is amazing and rooms are big although the beds could be abit softer the hotel is still great.

Charged me to wash the bedding after checkout. Hopefully they wash their sheets when the customer doesn't have to pay for it.

Good hotel 300 metres from the Copacabanastrand. The Zimmeraustattungist very simple but clean. The breakfast is very good.

Price — profit, makes no sense. Expensive hotel, poor service and horrible room. I was with my husband and my mom, we ask for a triple room, we got to the room and only had two single beds. After a while they came to the room and pulled the third bed, which was under one of the beds, practically a cot! Without, we were over one hour discussing reception, because they did not find our reservation systems (though we presenting a document with payment receipt! ) and we did not want to give a password of internet shows in our bank account, the payment was made. A disgusting! Great, if they don't want to spend risk-taking, are looking for other options.

We stayed 3 weeks! in this hotel. Nice room on the 7th floor. Good information reception for excursions and support for transfers. Breakfast very good. Close to Copacabana beach 5 minutes walk, shopping and restaurants. Swimming pool is great! clean and very nice. Enjoyd Carnaval in Rio. It was great! Thank you to everyone. Josè and Peggy.
