Hotel tem potencial para um grande hotel, como localização e atendimento da equipe, mas os quartos e corredores estão um pouco abandonados. Paredes não estão bem cuidadas, bem como piso dos quartos e lençóis poderiam ser mais novos. No geral, o hotel precisa de mais cuidados e buscar maior atenção a detalhes.

Says Q is 4 stars but we stayed one day without air and four days without running one of the two elevators. Q Adding one day we were without a lift directly… on a 4 floor with a baby Q USA stroller.

The hotel has very good location in Fortaleza, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is not very varied for our taste and the room is relatively comfortable.

Excellent location. View of the exceptional sea. Room Nice pool area but Jacuzzi rather dirty and often poorly adjusted in pressure despite repeated requests received with smile and approval but remained without a sequel. The buffet breakfast offers bcp of choice often of quality in salty as in sweet (mangoes of premium quality! Original and roboratives salty preparations — chicken broths, melted cheese preparations and ham on breadcrumbs, eggs sausages… — but poor pastries due to the humid climate and heavy and poorly cooked puff pastry. Staff friendly and smiling but not efficient probably because of their very poor understanding of English and quite limited Spanish despite a clientele mainly Spanish speaking! Suspicions of prostitution in the hotel enclosure…

Excellent location and good Wi-Fi, poor cleanliness of the place, and lack of maintenance, is a hotel with many rooms and you only have 2 lifts for such reason you can wait 20 minutes to be able to climb, if you ask for hot water buy you 3 real and if you need ice 10 Real. Bad smell on the floors and in the rooms, the hot water is warm in the bathroom.

A hotel that needs to update a few things. All very old. One recommendation is that if they have something of value they keep it in the safe.

Rooms are pleasant, but the bathroom had mold on the toilet button and the water pressure in the sink was awful. The mold was really disgusting. Hot water was only available on occasion. I am a Canadian felt that the group I came with were being disrespected at Check-in. The morning staff seemed rude, while the night staff seemed pleasant. Pool was nice, jacuzzi was not working while I stayed. Breakfast was nice but repetitive. Some positives, many negatives.

I've been at Ponta Mar to attend to a training and all the services, coffee break and room was really good.
