Muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso atendimento de excelente qualidade.

Low cleanliness poor breakfast hotel employee bad Care.

We visited it four years ago and it was a marvel, today the hotel is closed and in a state of abandonment, the employees Desidiosos and unkind, the breakfast very poor, and would follow a long list, does not seem to be what it was again, for oblivion.

This hotel was a real dissapointment. The rooms are large but shabby and in urgent need of a revamp. The advertised gym is ridiculous to say the least. The grounds are well kept and the staff are helpful. Perhaps the only redeeming features are the pool and location. We got our room on a special promotion, if I had payed rack rate I would be furious.

You notice the lack of budget and investments! NULL Internet service! I wouldn't go back!

Great idea, poorly executed. Poorly maintained, run down. The staff will eventually fix (minor) problems is you persistently ask.

The location and view is wonderful, but in general the facilities look old and lack maintenance (signs of humidity in walls, stains and wearout in rugs). Internet service is a disaster, either you cannot connect or the connection fails frequently. Check in and check out took about 20 minutes each, very inefficient. Definitely not 5 stars.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the service was good. Be aware that the breakfast is not free no matter how little you get. As soon as you walk in, you get charged so eat up! I wish the AC in the room had been a little more powerful. View was amazing.

There are serious suspicions that the hotel has not clean at the hand of the people. Stayed in this hotel with 15.09 on 17.09 2011 at arrival I asked for my credit card number, ostensibly to control my payments to pay for services of the hotel. After some doubt, I told the Manager on reception of the information about my credit card. The next day I got a call from the Department for fighting fraud of my Bank and told that my card went through several suspicious payments. Kathu had to urgently block.
Thus there is a valid fact: After providing this hotel credit cards with the cards were stolen cash. It is necessary to consider, that the credit card I have never used and payments are not made.
Draw conclusions themselves.
One more remark. Internet in the hotel is 15 reais per day but very poor quality.
