We had a wonderful weekend stay at Masa Square Hotel. I can't point out individuals, as I don't know all but few names, nevertheless they all treated us as royalty, hence we felt that way. Ongoing wine festival was great and well attended. I'm looking forward to our next visit to the establishment.

The best. Always the best. It's my fourth time here and this time around I decided to bring my kids with me. They are loving it! The place is so convinient for everything. I've travelled all of africa and this hotel is by far my favourite hotel. Keep up the good work.

The food is good, but service is not great. Conference room feels squeezed. There's a number of broken bits and bobs, door handles, toilet seats, etc. Also dirty carpets in the room. The reception is as impressive as it's reputation, but I wasn't as impressed by the rest of the hotel.

It's a good scene for business. Good hotel. Plenty of break out areas for discussions and also for snacks and drinks. ATM and a free local shops including a hairdresser, print/copy shop and telecom store.

One of the first top class accommodation providers in the CBD! Luxurious architecture and stylish finishes. Very modern. The hotel harbours two/three restaurants, a cinema, and I've heard rumours of a pool which I'm yet to confirm. A lovely place to stay, central to all locations in the city.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the capital of Botswana. Has beautiful views to the city especially at night. It has a wonderful restaurant and it is also surrounded by other popular restaurants. Not far from a supermarket and bus and taxi rank (you can actually walk over there in less than ten minutes. ) They also have an airport shuttle.

Very elegant hotel in the CBD in the ideal location for a business traveler. Enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The rooms are very comfortable and food is delicious Staff are a little rigid and need to improve their customer service.

Shit service dirty rooms got moved twice as room had no aircon 30 degrees in the room. Get moved to a room with an adjoining room did not feel safe. This is after eleven at night. No facilities in the room no soap towels etc. No information about restaurant and bars. No soaps no hairdryer when having to attend a meeting first thing in the morning. Yeah joy never again.

First of all… when we checked in around 4pm we were told to wait for rooms since they are still bring prepared. Then we had to go away nd come bck after an hour. Imagine! Finally after checking in our TV didnt have signal. … so we called the reception for assistance nd waited for 30mins. But no one came. I then called again and still waited for an hour. I then called again now threatening to leave Thats when they came nd fixed it. So I decided to take a bath around …8pm nd guess what? There was no hot water. I had to bath with cold water. The following day in th morning we called to ask for an iron… the same thing happened. We were once again delayed and got late for our appointment. Later in the evening when we came back… th house keeper didn't put any clean towels… once again I had to call nd ask for them. A'll in All the hotel is beautiful nd very big but I feel the staff cant manage it. Maybe it's because of many guests they have.
But I don't see My self going back to this hotel unless they compensate me for this bad experience.
I didn't enjoy my stay nd there was no value for ur money.

Our favorite hotel in Gaborone. Formerly known as the Lansmore, the hotel was recently renovated. It is a good business hotel near an square with fine restaurants that is part of the complex. The night club can be noisy as well as the evening crowd on the square. Ask for a room on the left side of the hotel away from the square if you can. It is conveniently located in the Central Business District. Parking is inside in a basement and for free if you stay in the hotel. The Internet is reliable.

Nice rooms, when clean, but noisy in rooms overlooking the Square. Low attention to detail; not recommended for business travellers.

For some crazy reason, I left the hotel in a hurry when I checked out (rushing to business meetings elsewhere) … later in the afternoon on my way to the airport, I realized that I forgot my passport. I called the hotel and told them about the incident, they asked for my details of which I provided and they promised to call me back… … 5 mins later, I received a call back and I was asked what else did you forget? I said I can't remember but definitely my passport, I was to…ld that they have it and my wallet too… they also said that they have been trying to call me during the day and couldn't reach me. … this would have been a serious inconvenience as I was rushing to the airport, the thought of rocking up at the airport without a passport? Thanks so much to the room service personnel who found my belongings and took them to security or hotel management who also tried to get hold of me, much appreciated. My next and always choice of hotel in Gabs is definitely Masa Square — it felt like I just forgot something at home, my house. You guys are wonderful, God Bless!

Neat and secure place. Located at a very good place with entertainment and eating options available.

Has really gone downhill since they changed from lansmore to the new management. Service is poor and at times just plain rude, rooms are not maintained like they used to be (cracked windows, stained carpets etc). Room cards are constantly not working and the aircon and power went out several times during the stay. Such a shame. On the upside, the maids were kind and did a good job.

The overall hospitality and service at the hotel and it's restaurant is good. As a result, the establishment is highly recommended. But then again, my experience of Batswana is warm.

You stay here not because it's particularly good at the moment but because there is currently little choice in Gaborone. A recently renovated lobby helps but the rooms are now looking more and more tired. New management could have done some easy things such as bring new towels and toiletries but no joy yet. Opt for the larger club rooms which have a separate sitting area and separate shower cabins.
