I went to the swimming pool on Oct. 29 with my wife and kid. Terrible. There were a group of local drunk guys without the proper wear to get into the pool, they got into the pool with underwear completely wasted. Mediocre staff… regular food… Awful experience.

The facilities are acceptable. But when it comes to meals, it's the worst thing I've ever seen in a hotel in this category. A lunch order two days in advance was not served to us, arriving 15 minutes late. Breakfast was an offense. My wife and I were the only ones having breakfast at the time and there were only two cups. One was adorned with long hair glued together. The coffee was freezing. The buffet was very poor. They offered no eggs, no butter, no jam, no sweet bread, and there was no one, who could ask for something. Lunch was ordered a day earlier by twelve o'clock. When we sat at twelve exactly at the table, we were informed, it took half an hour longer. We started our seven little places and went to eat in the central square of Coroico.

The hotel is in a beautiful building, I went during weekdays, it wasn't full, the restaurant wasn't working well since they didn't have enough guests, but they were able to cook something for us. They have a beautiful view and good pool.
