Cozy place in the heart of the city, the window view was amazing with meditative sound of running river. Facilities and services were very good. It's a highly recommended hotel chain in Bhutan.
Good service and friendly staffs. But a bit costly. You'll get a very great view of the river and the court building from the hotel.
