Amazing atmosphere and food in beautiful nature setting. Wonderful service.

10/10, 100% would recommend! Every single member of the staff was thoughtful, accommodating, and extremely pleasant. The entire resort is beautifully landscaped and natural. The restaurants and chefs can cook anything to perfection. We will definitely be coming back year after year!

We keep coming back. First for honeymoon then as a family. Everything is great. Small, intimate. Lots to do. Great food and wine. Fantastic staff. All the luxury you need and nothing you don't. No TVs. No cell signal (but good Wi-Fi) and no AC. Fall asleep listening to the river and the wildlife.

There simply isn't a better lodge is all the country. Trust me I have looked for myself. I always feel like family when I stay or just visit Blancaneaux.

We had the most amazing experience at the Blancaeux. The grounds were stunningly breathtaking, with organic gardens and a pristine river. Impeccable rooms, delicious food and of course, the Coppola wine was devine.

"extraordinary, thoughtful, genuine" … My husband and I recently had the privilege of staying here in November for four nights to celebrate a big anniversary, and we can't remember when we've been more completely relaxed or better taken care of… what a rare pleasure! If you are searching for a beautiful and completely civilized, "away from it all" experience, Blancaneaux Lodge not only delivers, but will exceed your every expectation. The character and the ambience of the entire property is incredibly welcoming and genuine, and you will immediately feel a sense of place in history upon arrival. Thoughtful attention to natural details, along with beautiful and well executed design, without being pretentious or contrived, makes being here feel as natural as breathing the pure clean air. The grounds are impeccably landscaped and maintained to show off the beauty of nature in every direction. The staff members are ALL wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and gracious hospitality emanates from every single staff member. You WILL feel welcomed and pampered! The food! WOW! Amazing place, staff are top notch, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.
Very serene location, great for winding down and getting away from day to day life for a while.
Ryan on reception could not be more helpful, Edmund at the bar makes great cocktails and is always on hand when you need him.
Had Caracol tour with Eddie who is top notch tour guide and went on a horse riding trek with Francisco, also excellent.
This place sets the standard for customer service in Belize.

We just spent 4 nights here. Would go back in a heartbeat. The very best customer service I have had ever anywhere in the world. The Coppola family has a lovely extended family in everyone that works there. A rare gem.

Great service, great place. I have been to Coppola’s resort in Bernalda Italy and this is just as great. We are hooked Mr. Coppola! I highly recommend this and all of Mr. Coppola’s properties.

Was not a guest at this resort, but I had a car incident and the lodge was near by so I went to the front desk for help and was received with warm smiles. The staff was very understanding and solved my problem within minutes. I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend this place.

Lovely place with beautiful interior and good food, but not to much to do in the area. The hike along the river to the waterfall was very nice.

This hideaway was extremely incredible. We had such a relaxing time. The staff was incredible, the food delicious, the accommodations stupendous, the views gorgeous, and the time away from electronics refreshing. We cannot wait to return! Thank you, Mr. Francis, for a lovely retreat!

Blancaneuax lodge was great. The rooms, staff, and grounds were incredible. The "Honeymoon Cabana" had a great view overlooking the waterfall and a private grass sitting area. We loved the reliably great Coppola level of service; everyone on staff is super friendly and helpful. The Garden Tour and Dinner we attended was very enjoyable. Great food, and a nice way to have some conversation with other guests. We really enjoyed our time at the spa. A bike ride to the Big Rock Falls was well worth it. And of course, laying by the pool was great, and there was always someone close by to help you with a beverage or food. We loved our stay and can't wait to get back to Blancaneaux!

Accommodations are excellent! Grounds are limited. Montagna disappointed! Location to the points of interest shared in this class by only HVI and Gaia.

We did not stay here. We had dinner one night and it was really good. The service was excellent and the grounds looked beautiful and well attended. If I had to choose between Blancaneaux and Gaia, I would go with Gaia.

Our stay here for four nights was good. They were able to arrange tours each day with great guides. Most turned out to be private or small group. They also arranged our transport to and from the lodge. Yes, the mountain roads are unpaved and rough but they are not dangerous in the dry season when we visited. Wifi was available in our cabana and the speed was very good. We found the food here to be boring and overrated. We enjoyed the cabana close to the river. Breakfast on the porch was a great way to start the day.

This place is magical, especially if you want to really get away. Most especially if you want a little bucket-list level adventure with a side of unspoiled luxury. We had the best time of our lives. Great adventure during the day followed by drinks brought down to the hot tub while you wait for your massage. Friendly people, great service, plenty to do, great dinners. Very remote.

We stayed at Blancaneaux Lodge for six perfectly amazing days. The staff is welcoming and there to make sure you have a top-notch experience. We had a private cooking class with the chef, a guided, rigorous 10 mi bicycle ride, we hiked to Big Rock waterfall, enjoyed salt scrubs and massages, a family style dinner, and so much more, on site. The staff helped arrange our excursions to the Mayan ruins at Caracol and underwater caves at ATM. Best vacation stay of our lives! We plan to go back next year and we will visit other Francis Ford Coppola resorts around the world. Thanks for memories!

Stopped in for lunch and it was amazing. Beautiful resort. We decided on a horseback tour and Aaron the guide took us on quite the adventure in the Pine Ridge savannah. Totally recommend.

Probably one of the best places in the world, beautiful rooms, amazing activities, great food, super professional staff.

The most remote and Romantic Hotel Resort we have every stayed in to date. What a lovely experience. It is an adventure to get here. A 2 hour ride in a Land Rover over the most bumpy and remote terrain was a horrible experience. However, upon arrival which you are happy to finally get there, the staff immediately worked to bring you back to normality. The ride was so bad, we paid $300 to fly out of there on the way home. But do not let the travel to the hotel stop you from going there. Upon arrival it was the most beautiful experience ever. The pictures tell the whole story. Its hard to find a place like this. It was worth the price tag. I hope to return to another Coppola resort in the near future.

Fantastic utopian resort in the middle of the jungle. We went a long time ago but at that time the food was only so-so. I still give it 5 stars!

Perfect escape from modern life! Nestled in the Belizean forest, Blancaneaux balances the "back to nature" experience with luxury accommodations and as much adventure as you want to experience. The "lodge" (resort) grounds are immaculate, staff professional, and dining top notch. A great place for those looking to decompress.
