This place is amazing. It's quite a drive to reach here as it's not in town and secluded in the forest but it makes the journey all worthwhile. The place is quaint and cosy with a restaurant and small BnB. Went for the restaurant. The waiter cum chef had difficulty speaking English as he is French. That's a good sign as French are the best cooks. He was the Jack-of-All-Trade as he took the orders, grilled the meat and mend the cashier as well. Complimentary starters are salmon and pate on toast. Got straight to the main course and ordered an entrecote and a rack of lamb. Was not even asked how we want the meat to be grilled so I assumed the chef know his thing as the meat are cooked on firewood grill. I was contemplating on ordering lobster but decided to pass as I had thought of the location being land-locked and the lobster could be frozen. I was so wrong, there was an aquarium near the bar and they will cook fresh lobster upon request. Both the entrecote and rack of lamb turned out beautifully delicious. Both nicely grilled but at the same time, retains the juiciness of the meat. The red sauce complemented the lamb without destroying it's flavor. The same with the entrecote, accompanied by the mushroom sauce. The sauces are home made as well. Meat was one of the best I had in the Continent. Everything was perfect. This place is a gem in the Spa Region. Try to make a booking should you decide to go to the restaurant.

Nice place with natural source of water. You should taste it (little heavy but good).

Unfortunately I do not often have the opportunity to go but I remember a group evening where I found myself occasionally at the bar and I served the "push-coffee free (with the agreement of the boss) "to everyone … it was on the occasion of a memorable firefighting party "Ste Barbe" ^^ — "if you want to feast, this is where you have to go" :p.

Visited just the source itself. Well done and easy access to the spring.

Picturesque place, very good restaurant for grills and barbecue (meat cooked in front of you), service… It all depends on who you fall. (Water Source ironstone to 50m for those who want to discover)

Beautiful place! The spa forest for scenery is majestic. Especially with a ray of sunshine.
The building has a certain charm (on the restaurant side as the brewery side is somewhat uncommon). The kitchen is ok without more.
Source directly accessible to taste this water ironstone so special.

The place is warm, a country decor very well done. In a forest environment that must be very pleasant in summer, it was already this early spring…

The price is a little too high (+/— 40, €0/pers), but it will not stop me returning if the opportunity arises.

Very nice hotel and restaurant in Ardennes. Belgium. Small cozy rooms in the middle of the woods. Surrounded by creeks and criss country slopes. Very romantic in the winter time. Wi-Fi is free and works very well. You are not totally isolated if you wish to be connected during your vacation. Good menu and typical Belgium food items and gear beer selection. Good for family outings and those who enjoys nature and peaceful vacations.

A beautiful little nook to eat. Cooking meat at the beautiful wood fire. Very nice staff.

We made a reservation that was cancelled the same day with an excuse that was hard to believe (flooded room). We went to check anyway and there was a party happening, so we suspect that our room was cancelled in favor of one of the party guests. They booked another room for us " very nice, rural area, dogs are allowed" which turned out to be a very basic hostel where dogs are not allowed. We will not be coming back here.

Very good steak and a very nice location.

Drink the real Spa water before it is filtered, deodorized. This is true Spa with the strong iron taste.
