Good facilities and parking on the outskirts of Bruges.

Apart from the setting which is superb, the soundproofing leaves something to be desired. Very disappointed. I will not go back and unre recommendable. We can follow the conversations and made and gesture of the neighboring rooms …

Superb hotel. The staff is very warm and the attention paid to guests is exceptional.
The rooms are spacious, the bedding comfortable and the cleanliness irreproachable.
Breakfast, served at the table for sanitary reasons, is gargantuan.
Everything was perfect!

Very clean room and ideal for a couple (except beds that separate in the middle of the night). Litter more than comfortable. Breakfast served at the table because of the corona but very hearty with a fresh orange juice.

Room is ok and is clean and tidy with good facilities, the restaurant is really nice although a little help with the English on the menu would be helpful. The food and beers available are so good and definitely the highlight.

Nice location friendly staff will return in the future.

Lovely clean Hotel with friendly staff that couldn't do enough for you. The restaurant also serves great food morning and evening. I will definitely be going back there in the future to see more of the area.

The staff at the reception were not nice and clearly unprofessional (we dealt with 4 receptionists, only one was super nice and kind, thanks to that dude! ) The room ia clearly not 4 star, would say it is 3. Room's phone was not working, had to go down to grap a shampoo and body gel because the housekeeper forgot to replace them. The hotel is about 25-32 mins away from city center, they provide bikes for 15€ / day. One more thing, the staff at the restaurant were super nice and they serve excellent latte. This hotel gave me a very bad experience and impression about the city of Brugge. Have a good one!

Nice hotel. Taxi wasn't too expensive to the centre. And they hire bikes.

Hotel OK, I expected all the same to better for the price, we had requested double bed and we were found with twin bed without being able to change. The night was very noisy due to the neighbors, I think the rooms are not much soundproof either. Breakfast OK also. Disappointed with the welcome and reaction of the gentleman we had at the reception. So it is a simply correct hotel I will not go back.

The hotel is more or less 20 minutes from the centre of Bruges. The classic rooms are beautiful.

Comfortable hotel by itself (excellent bedding) but very very poorly located, at the bottom of the suburbs of Bruges.
The evening meal is more than any and the breakfast limit.
Big disappointment that ruined the stay.

I spent 2 nights in this delightful, efficient and especially clean Hotel. If I have to tell my personal experience I have to present a single flaw: in the room on 4 power outlets only half worked; I managed to convince us but I did not complain to not risk having to pay any damage not caused by me, maybe it's an isolated case, I don't know, fact is that my fiancee and I saw ourselves forced overnight to disconnect the TV and lamp plug (The only ones working) to be able to charge our phones. Everything else is perfect, a few steps from the hotel there is also a bus stop that allows you to reach the centre of Bruges.

Very friendly and professional staff. Benoit, the concierge was really helpful and informative, gave very good suggestions visiting the city, where to park with the car. The breakfast was quite good, very good variety of breads, excellent orange juice, good coffee. The hotel and the room was nice and clean. Parking was free, but we were told that it will be charged from 19 February 2018…

Very bad service. Staffs were not friendly. No towel in our room. Slow Wif. Room was not clean. Not recommend.

Ben hotel. Well kept with the staff very friendly.

The room only had 3 light contacts, only served one. It took Me quite a while to balance the shower and the tub. The food left a lot to be desired.

The stay was very pleasant. The staff is more than qualified, from the reception to the cleaning staff. This is where customer-oriented work is done. The coffee machine in the room was a really pleasant surprise — hot and tasty.
It was clean, odor-neutral and pleasantly furnished.

Very nice hotel with lovely friendly and helpful staff especially in the restaurant and bar. We were there with Shearings on a new Year coach break and had a great time. Rooms are very nice and ours was quiet in a corner overlooking the car park and was a good size with a good sized bathroom and good flowing shower in the bath. Food was buffet style and very nice and plentiful except on New Years Eve when we had to go to the buffet table by table which was not a good idea as it took over 2 hours to get 3 courses. However, would stay again but probably not for new year.

Good, hotel, eco-friendly, restaurant with bar and internet, a good place to visit Bruges with staff that dominates several languages.

The hotel was a very good one but a bit out side of Bruges rooms were clean nd staff very helpful one point I would like to make is that the food could have been better as the potatoes were cold as was some of the other food, this may have been down to the food coming from the kitchen at around 6pm and our coach load of people not sitting down until 8pm. And the same menu on more than one night.
Other than that the visit was good.

Nice hotel located about 2 km from the city centre. The staff is very friendly, everything is up to date. Next year certainly also the access road, as currently construction site. We had a cheap special offer. I also don't think anyone has the official 220 euro! Paid per night.

Is somewhat removed from the center, but if you go in a group of 6 — 8 people send you a van to take you there, the transportation comes out at a good price in this way.

Nice hotel, ideal starting point for a trip to Bruges. Good service, good breakfast. Unfortunately the rooms are very noisy and the bathroom reminds of a wet cabin on a cruise ship, therefore only 3 stars.

Very good breakfast excellent it is worth the €15 hotel at 2km from the center of Bruges we brought our boxing bikes to park and bike lanes to the city center our 4 year old child did not pay anything the bed was very good clean room we will return Certainly in spring or summer because splendid city and exceptional waffles sauna and gym very clean and enjoyable to spend a relaxing time.

I understand cancelation policiess but sometimes things don't go as you expect. We had 4 nights reserved that we needed to cut down to 2 but the hotel simply said no, they cannot refund us for the nights we wont be able to stay. For me it shows they dont really care. That is being greedy instead of havimg good customer service. So, take your money for your 4 nights, we are not going anymore and will make sure we will NOT recommend a place like yours to anyone. The room was very clean and comfortable. 117 Very soft mattress. Location outside but free parking.

A quiet hotel, really comfortable beds! and especially a wide choice of breakfast it was really nice to have all this choice before going back to visit I recommend!

It's a very nice hotel and the staff are more than happy to help out. The only down side is that it is about a 30 minutes walk from the centre, but the hotel does offer a taxi token whilst you're there at €10.

Very nice hotel, clean, beautifully designed, but the prices in the bar are above average and rather expensive. The served food at the bar is minimalistic and rather cheap, especially for the price you pay.

Stayed for one night, dinner and breakfast were great. Large selection to choose from. Bikes are locked away in a storage area. Happily stay there again.

Made a mistake with the dates while booking. I've notified them five minutes later about it and asked if they could kindly cancel it. I was referred to their no refund policy which was expected but a little bit of good will is going a long way in this world.

Very nice and clean, obviously a fairly new building. Great for cyclists (as you'd expect from the name) as is right on the cycle path. A little too far out to walk into the city centre but vouchers can be bought from reception for a €10 each way taxi ride, without these the meter was €15-17

We were very happy with the hotel as well as the welcome, each staff member made an effort to speak to us in French (and we in Dutch…), pity that the management does not do the same via their folders, advertisement, notice, … everything is in NL/English.

The hotel was better than expected. It is a little secluded, but offer rental of bikes (about 17€ / day). He would return and would recommend it.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Nice rooms, good food, friendly staff and you can rent a bike for some sightseeing! I recommend it to friends and family.
