Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was a surprise birthday treat, which I could not have chosen better! The staff were exceptional, and their service outanding! The breakfast was to die for and the room in which it was served absolutely beautiful! Great location for quick access to all sites of interest. Will be going back and definitely recommend.

My friend and I had a fantastic stay here. The room was amazing. The common area was so cozy. The breakfast was really good. But what really made the stay amazing was how nice and helpful the staff was. We truly loved it and will definitely come back another time.

Small cozy hotel in the city center only a few steps away from all the city's major attractions. The hotel does has small and large rooms they are all different. Noise can be a problem at times with the size of the hotel.

On a recent Cruise we stayed overnight in Brugge with friends. This Hotel was excellent, first class service combined with really 5 star authentic accommodation. We were given the opportunity to upgrade and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The highlight being the Champagne breakfast cooked at our table by a truly professional chef/waiter! We would recommend for special occasions or a real treat.

The best choice to stay in Bruges. Old building looking like a doll house with its own very kind soul. Discrete service, extra polite and kind personnel. Excellent location with great accessibility to all the attractions. Stayed in a junior suite, very special boutique property. Loved it!

Perfect location No 50 meters away from Bruges ' most famous photo motif (canal with funeral pasture). Small hotel with original accessories from past days. It might be better to stand here and there. The rooms are very small but affectionate and romantically decorated. The breakfast is perfect, as is the service. For the "size" of the rooms and the quality, the hotel is priced somewhat ambitious.

Perfect small hotel for a weekend getaway. They were accomodating and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great and includes champagne. Rooms are quite small but that's expected for European cities. If I come back to Bruges I will stay here again.

This hotel is a very nice place. We spend a wonderfull night there. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast very delicious and poeple very kind & obliging. The situation is just perfect! I recommend this place!

Lovely hotel with excellent breakfast and very good service. Room 1 is very tastefully decorated and spacious but not suitable for people with walking difficulties as it had toilet on ground floor and accommodation upstairs.

The Hotel is decorated very stylish and cozy. The ambiance fits with the old building, and this city. We have inhabited the Ralph Lauren Junior Suite and we felt very comfortable. It was very spacious and had all the amenities. The cleanliness was also impeccable. The staff at the reception is so friendly and attentive, we felt always welcome. We would recommend The Pand at any time!

Romantic, well decorated B&B close to the most romantic spot in Brugge. I recommend staying at least 2-3 days and you will get into the relaxed vibe. Showers are small by US standards, but it is a plus if you're there for a romantic getaway.

My stay at the Panda Hotel was very pleasant. I was surprised by the Service and the care comfortable. The Restaurants and the ATMs were in close proximity.

Beautiful, romantic and so close to the centre. There is a fabulous view of historic buildings overlooking the canal, catch a boat or visit the bars/cafes, just at the end of the road. The service is excellent, champagne breakfast is amazing and the top floor suites, with their stunning views, are lovely.

I had such a beautiful stay at this hotel. From the first minute that I arrived I felt very comfortable. Staff very friendly, decoration is amazing and the rooms are perfect. Everything you need they offer. My favourite part was a champagne breakfast. It's impossible start the day in a bad way. The eggs they prepare was everything you want to eat in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely superb hotel. We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved every minute of it. The service was second to none, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was phenomenal, eggs cooked in front of you to your specifications, champagne offered even before coffee — now that is what I would like to wake up to everyday. I m sure the only reason they do not have more stars is down to not having a pool (although they do have a private sauna which I didn't know about until we arrived). Very close to the best spots, nothing was more than a ten minute walk away and most things much much closer. They even bring you a card stating the weather forecast for the following day to your room during the turn-down service. Can not fault this hotel. We loved it and would definitely book it again if we were to visit the city again. Mr and Mrs Morris.
