Wonderful hotel! Close to public parking, excellent staff, very clean, very good breakfast included. Loved the location. The bed could have been more comfortable (it was too hard for me, but fine for my husband). It was nice to have both shower and tub! Highly recommended!

This hotel has offered everything we expected. It will have a very central location, very clean and cozy rooms and is attractive and harmoniously furnished. The people were exceptionally nice, everything was child-friendly, accommodating and made everything possible. Overall, however, the equipment was favorable, although appropriate to the price. It's not a high-end design hotel, but you shouldn't expect that in terms of location and price. We would come back here.

Hotel top: on a discreet street you arrive in a nice patio, the reception staff is very smiling and very professional (sense of impeccable service). I was blown away by our family room: we fell into a very spacious clean and tastefully decorated apartment. A nice surprise! In addition it is very well located close to the tourist sites.

Lovely hotel! The staffs were the most amazing staffs we have ever experienced. They were very helpful and ready to provide us with many things as possible. We booked 2 rooms with total of 5 people. The rooms were huge! And very lovely decorated and good atmosphere. Location of the hotel is as best as it could be. It takes only few walks to get to main shopping street and local favorite ice-cream shop.

Very well placed, good welcome. The rooms are very clean. Flat on the insulation you can really hear everything that's going on in the hallway.
The continental breakfast is OK.

Fantastic hotel, especially at this price. Beautifully decorated, good breakfast, friendly and efficient staff and perfect location in the heart of the old city. The hotel has a unique layout, covering multiple old buildings, so it can be a challenge to find your room. But, the benefit of that is a few of the rooms have a private sitting room between two bedrooms. So, if you're traveling as a family or with another couple, as we were, you have a lot of extra space for relaxing. One negative for my room (#25) is that it faced the main street and drunk people are very loud at all hours of the night. The hotel should really provide ear plugs for rooms facing this street.

The hotel is very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good place to rest. Efficient staff. Ideal location the room a little reduced but is compensated with the ares of shared stay, the breakfast meets and gives you to start the day. They have a table for making coffee and bread all day long.

Great staff who speak perfect English. Towels changed and beds made every day. Lovely continental breakfast which is in with the price. All staff are helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel cozy and quiet right near the center but out of the hustle and bustle, the hotel staff is super attentive and very friendly. The small rooms, but all decorated with charm.

Very good quality/price ratio for this small and charming hotel, cozy, quiet. The breakfast is very good, with pastries, croissants, fruit, sweet/salty. The hotel is very well located for all the places to visit in the old city (5 to 15' on foot). Finally, the staff is warm and welcoming (hi Raymond! ).

It's was so cute and tucked away inside of the city, staff were great and breakfast fab. Our room a little 'noisy' for this quiet city as above a shop but we were out most days so didn't hear it.

Nice hotel, great location. The reception area of the hotel was really nice to sit in front of the fire & make use of the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi signal didn't reach our room on the top floor. It would also have been nice to have kettle in the room, although you could make hot drinks in the reception area. Breakfast was really good, served between 8 & 10:30, with lots of fresh bread & pastries, meats & cheese etc. Although a particular member of staff didn't like us being at the table after 10:30. I'm used to breakfast being served until a certain time meaning you don't have to leave at that point, you just can't get any more.

Beautiful hotel and good value. The photos on their website do not do it justice. The breakfast was great and free. The owner gave us a discount for booking directly with the hotel and free room upgrade. Would definitely visit again.

Excellent value for money for a family of 4. Perfect geographical location, just 2 steps from the tourist spots in the centre of Brugges. Breakfast.
