Very quiet. Ideally located. Very good breakfast. Very good beds.

Good hotel close to Brugge centre nice continental breakfast nice friendly staff would stay again next time I’m in Brugge.

Family hotel in a very good location in Bruges, next to a canal, very close to the center, exceptional treatment of its staff, good breakfasts although they are putting it to account drops and without much variety, but it has a good breakfast in short. The beds somewhat soft for my taste, the proper cleanliness although having carpet is somewhat dirty from the footsteps.

Lovely view by the canal not as near to main centre as some other hotels, but this was a positive as I'm sure not everyone experienced the beautiful short walk back along the water. The hotel itself is rather dated. The stairs leading up to the floors were a bit steep and lights that were supposed to come on when it detected movement didn't always work making it feel dangerous if you chose stairs rather than lift. Breakfast was good and substantial with good choice for all tastes. Staff were accommodating and some were friendly. Locking room door was a challenge key seemed to go round in lock without actually locking. Beds and room very comfortable, just check windows are closed on arrival as can sometimes hear passing traffic and bugs get in a bite you. I feel I got what I paid for. Good hotel for a reasonable price.

Hotel in good position on the canals. Very nice staff. Poorly manicured rooms with stained carpet to make it look dirty. Good breakfast.

Nice hotel with excellent staff. Hotel room was clean, spacious and very good value for money. All staff we met were polite, professional and friendly. Would definitely use again when in area.

Price-performance is fine but the room without shower is unfortunately only a bathtub with side wall — the joints have already experienced better times.
There was a parking opportunity for us only in the parking garage about 500 m away for just under 9 € per day

All OK, may not be the most modern furnished hotel but it's great value, clean, comfy and good staff. An easy 5 minute flat walk to the main square. Selection of local produce shops just round the corner.

Possibility to have a parking space small flat It is a 5min walk from the hotel… the room we had is nice if this is a Deco a can old but it is in the style of this old town… Very good location close to the center!

Very central location. We had a nice and clean room. The staff were totally friendly and even spoke German in some cases. Breakfast is rich and delicious.

We thought The Rosenburg was a great stay. The guy on reception advised and helped us book an excursion we wanted to do within minutes of arriving and all of the staff we came into contact with were helpful and friendly. The room was larger than average and in good condition. It's 10 minute walk into the centre of Bruges from the hotel and our room overlooked the canal. The breakfast was a great buffet with good quality food and drinks. They even had breakfast ready at 6.00am on the morning we were leaving, which we hadn't expected. Agree with other reviewers that the walls are a bit thin but overall we were really pleased with The Rosenburg.

A clean well run hotel. Serving a buffet style breakfast at 10E You can stuff ur boots if U want to do this I recommend u get up early. The room which I chose wasn't available so I wasn't please No worries we went up & & I wasn't dismayed overlooking the canal the bed was new that wk it was a delightful with my back problem. Nothing was to much Problem if you asked we'll be coming back to this hotel now in our 5th year. Thank you for making it a most comfortable stay yet again. Look forward to seeing you all.

Nice and clean rooms. Very large rooms. Unfortunatly the warm water ran out on the morning we cheched out.

Hotel was nice. Staff was great. Had a wonderful breakfast buffet. Even opened it early for us due to the fact we had an early departure, and a taxi waiting for us. The only thing I didn't like about it was the bathroom door could have been more private. Didn't like the glass door. You could see in the bathroom. I like my privacy. Other than that, I would highly recommend it.

Very comfy, lovely and convenient to the Grote Markt and Belfry Tower. Also the hospitality was fantastic as well as their excellent breakfast.

Clean, pretty, beautiful view, TV channels of any language but the breakfast room is not really very nice!

Okay at best. The small room did not live up to expectations. It was clearly unusual and coming into the years. The bed, however, was perfectly fine. The breakfast flair was not very cosy and came close to that of a youth hostel. Feeled valence significantly rather three * * *. Price performance of the booked offer but just acceptable. Quietly located at the centre edge. Only limited and no all-day public parking available!

Staff very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are large, comfortable beds small dejeuuner correct, not far from the city center.

The very good place. Except for the category of accommodations it is should have at reception someone who knows Spanish as well.

A very nice hotel, great rooms, good service. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. The hotel is very close to the old Town core, but still quiet. We haven't been there the last time.

Very good hotel at a super price, it was the best we could find, although it is not close to the city center and its attractions, if it is very close walking 10 minutes. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended and the price/quality ratio was wonderful. The receptionist was very friendly. Includes breakfast.

A pleasant hotel. Breakfast is available in the conservatory with a reasonable variety of items. Staff are friendly and helpful. Willing to arrange table reservations at restaurants in Bruges. The Rosenburg has lifts to all floors, free Wi-Fi, rooms have a fridge and safe.

Small hotel, great location for visiting brugge.

The staff are genuinely friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was a walking distance away from the city center and the railway station, the room was very nice and the included breakfast was what you could expect from a four star hotel. Overall a very good hotel experience where the best part was the exceptional service we received.

Very pleasant family run hotel in a quiet street.

Uiterst vriendelijke service, rustige ligging aan de waterkant, niet ver van het stadscentrum. Gracious Service, quiet place on the water side and not far from the city centre.

Nice hotel in pleasant surroundings. Good position, not too far from town and not too noisy. Staff are helpful and breakfast is pleasant. Could do with some air-conditioning and overall a bit of an update but still a pleasant stay with no real issues.

Quiet hotel on the edge of one of the canals of Bruges, very well located in relation to the historical centre (accessible by foot), spacious rooms, full breakfast, staff charming and helpful and suitable price for the city.

A very nice building with well appointed rooms. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was more than adequate with a range of hot foods, cold meats and cheeses as well as a range of breads and pastries. The location is quiet although only a short walk from the city center. Happily recommend this hotel and stay there again.
