Another fantastic weekend with friends, this hotel is my favourite relaxing laid back comfortable can’t wait to book next year x thank you all at Flanders Hotel.

Very nice hotel, I really recommend.

Error made and charged for breakfasts. Complaints eventually resulted in cost being waived.

Second time here and it always amazes me how good is this hotel. Definitely recommend.

Highly recommend The Flanders Hotel. Staff are brilliant, rooms are great value well appointed and clean. Great little bar and breakfasts have a great choice.
Will be going back shortly for our third stay at the Flanders.

First they spammed me we 20 e-mails after we made the booking. Then, 48h before the stay, I had to cancel because my son has chickenpox. The person on the phone was absolutely not friendly and did not care at all about it (he would not even listen) and indeed still made us paid the full thing (not even being sorry for us). Horrible experience, will not go there again, I prefer friendly places.

Fantastic hotel, staff are so helpful and friendly. The bar is awesome and yummy cocktails by joon.

The staff's English was good and the room was very nice but it was very expensive.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Bruges. Rooms quiet on the back. Small rooms but comfortable. Staff very friendly and available. Paid parking in the back yard is very convenient, to book.

Front desk staff was helpful in securing a parking space for us ahead of our arrival. The hotel is gorgeous — modern, stylish, spacious, and clean. Our room had air conditioning which was very much needed after exploring Bruges in the sun and heat! Breakfast was a buffet spread and was absolutely delicious. (Note: a European buffet and not an American buffet). The hotel is perfectly situated in the city center. We walked everywhere and never needed public transit. If I had to find a criticism, it would only be that the bathrooms were a little dated and the shower could use a good scrub, but that’s it. I will definitely stay here on our next trip to Bruges!

Rooms are nice, staff is helpful if you come in with a good energy. Room 152 was nice and clean. 4/5 because the pool looks huge on the pictures and is in reality quite tiny. It can get really crowded. The hotel is well located and we walked everywhere. Also, they say they have parking, but reception only points you towards public parking around the hotel. Meh.

Great hotel! Room was large, clean and modern with an equally nice bathroom. Fantastic location, within walking distance of everywhere. Plenty of parking right on site. Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good. The parking is a bit pricey…

In the bathroom no toilet broom and the shower curtain a little short for a 4 star.
The reception is perfect and the service is excellent.
Good location, close to the Centre.

Very nice hotel. Almost center of brugge. Good breakfast. Nice bar. Parking expensive. 17 euro pr night.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Disappointed for the temperature of the pool which was not heated. The reception was very good.

We entered by chance to have a drink at the bar. The Hotel looks very well maintained and welcoming. But it is at the bar that we put 5 stars: very pro bartender, remarkable, and divine cocktails. We will be back for a drink and why not a room for a weekend.

Very rich breakfast buffet.

Room is very comfortable, great bed and shower is lovely. Sometimes the water can be a bit hit and miss in temperature but seems to correct itself after 5 minutes or so. Staff are generally very friendly as well. Not had the breakfast so cannot comment.

Nice hotel but very bad soundproof. Good location, very welcoming staff easy parking thanks to the private pay parking, bathroom of excellent quality and good breakfast.

Also realised I had left some belongings behind which they organised to be posted straight away, would highly recommend and will definitely visit again x.

Reception can be manned better given amount of rooms but still courteous service. Rooms can have a bit more light though. Room size was ok and fresh.

Hotel has decently sized and well-decorated rooms. Hotel staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast buffet was a decent spread (note: staff have a booklet listing allergens in each item, but these are not shown at breakfast).

Lovely hotel. Couldn’t fault a thing. Location great, very comfortable and very clean. Melissa who runs the bar makes fantastic cocktails and was a real help with the area.

Beautiful place. Almost center of the city. But why does the hotel only serve breakfast from 8 AM when you have to be in your new office at 7.30

Nice location, just outside the centre but easily walkable in 5 mins. Food was nice, especially the breakfast which was buffet style, but with hot and cold food instead of the usual continental. The bread was also fresh and very tasty. The room was nice, clean and had all the usual features. Parking was a little tight, but it is in a city centre, so I was just happy to have somewhere at all to be honest! Staff spoke very good English and were friendly and helpful.

Welcome to the top. Quality and cleanliness of the premises.

Very good reception. Staff very accessible. Very good breakfast. The rooms are nice and clean and the hotel is very verduré.

Great hotel conveniently located in Brugge. Comfortable room of good size, comfortable bed and a tasty breakfast. There is an indoor pool but it is more of the paddling variety than something you'd go for a morning swim in. Parking is slightly hidden behind the hotel but there were a good number of spaces available. In the evenings the cocktail bar does great drinks at a reasonable price. All considered a very good hotel.

At 500 m from the historic centre, excellent hotel, everything is well from the reception to the rooms, from the sweet/savoury breakfast to the bar passing through the pleasant strong swimming pool after walking in Bruges.

Very good spacious room with good bathroom try very good staff and breakfast in detail even had ham and tomato for the toast recommended hehe.

Friendly staff and catered for gluten free breakfast too. Great base for exploring the city.

Great hotel, everything is good hospitality to the rooms, the sweet/salty breakfast at the bar through the pool.

We have stayed on two previous occasions and will be staying there again this year. We have only had short stays here (2-3 nights). I found the staff very friendly and the service was excellent. The room rates were reasonable and the location is perfect to explore the town.

Arrived in Brugge between Christmas and New Year. Beautiful place! Hotels position, service and room has been excellent. Book parking or Brugge is a nightmare to find parking, our only complaint.
