Great friendly small hotel! Excellent!

Amazing place, beautiful little hotel hidden away. Staff are outstanding, clean & tidy.

Super Hôtel en plein centre ville de Brugge, les employés sont très gentils et le petit déjeuner succulent. Le seul petit bémol est que les chambres peuvent être bruyantes. Mais le séjour dans l'ensemble c'est très bien passé. Nous recommandons vivement!

Great location, ten minutes from the main sights, spacious room, clean bathroom. Good breakfast, with a wide range of things. Too soft the mattresses, slept not very well, and even the sheets looked rough.

This is a wonderful place in the tourist hustle and bustle of Bruges. The food is excellent, the garden an oasis. Absolutely recommended.

Lovely little boutique hotel near the centre of Bruges. The garden is lovely, get a room looking into into it for a spot of tranquility in a bustling tourist city.

This is my second visit in the past few years. I stayed in the bottom level garden view room which was a little damp. I recommend going up a level. It was only a 2 night stay, so I can't comment to much on the service. I ate breakfast down the street at Books & Brunch, but the hotel breakfast looked good if you just want to spend some more and have the convenience. Coffee in the restaurant lounge area is nice. It's in a great location. Nice garden and relaxing atmosphere. Just close enough to the center without all the hubbub.

Beautiful hotel with large rooms and a gorgeous garden. Very clean. Polite and pleasant staff. All around one of the best hotel stays I have ever had.

Nice garden, very nice setting and quality room. Not very far from the very touristy area, it is nice to get back to the hotel by getting lost in the cobbled streets of the city.

Had a fantastic stay here, Staff were lovely, breakfast what a choice, except scrambled egg mage like an omelette, not the English way.

The bed was super comfy and soft. Staff were attentive and welcoming, even though we did a very late check in. Parking is SUPER close by and is a very cheap garage rate (8.70EUR). The location is excellent. Very central, but a few hundred meters out enough to not have the hassle and bustle of too many people. The gardens of this property are also very lovely.

Extremely disappointing — poor management attitude to a mistake they made by giving us the wrong room and then charging us an extra EUR 200 than the original booking paperwork via booking dot com. Definitely not recommended.

Building in the garden, the rooms are disappointing linen linens certainly, but the ironing exists, bathroom the reservation notified shower and bathtub, we always look for the shower… No shower head in the bathtub, no decoration, the mirror is hidden in the tiny cupboard.
A large Ikea-type office that is useless in the face of a blind wall.
Good location but the standard rooms on the garden are scary… no privacy, the windows are doomed, if you need air you have to open the door.

Absolutely nothing to complain about, the price is worth the setting, the staff is top notch and always with a smile. Environment very quiet and relaxing. The room will provide you everything you need. Excellent moment spent in Bruges at this hotel.

Oh how sweet, we had our room on the outside in a small hut. It was very Spartan. It's like being in a different time. But that did nothing to us. The room was large and also very inexpensive. The location is okay — since it is already is going to foot the anyway no matter. To recommend so much.

Groupon bargain booked. You would be enticed with a great photo, the pictured house, and I could find nowhere : — (. Looked completely different. The Hotel is equivalent to a 2-3 star Breakfast guest house. The staff is TOTALLY friendly, but where the Hotel the 4 stars came from, remains a mystery. In the case of the Groupon offer, the small print was tricky in a way that we almost cancelled. But Bruges is great and the Hotel is OK so far.

Nice hotel, well located. We were well received, Good service. Nice room with large bathroom. The buffet breakfast was very complete and good. According to me, a little bit expensive but normal considering the quality of the hotel and its services.

The hotel and the staff were absolutely delightful, I really enjoyed staying there. The only downside I noticed was that the room was just a bit cold.

We had a nice time in this boutique hotel. The food is delicious and the breakfast excellent. A small downside to the quality of pillows and a hole in the pillowcase damage.
In any case, a hotel has recommend.
