No good Wi-Fi and see old-fashioned rooms, good service and good location, unfortunately but defective rooms and similar.

Meets all expectations. Great location. Breakfast is sufficient. The bad reviews are not comprehensible.

We just had the worst hotel experience! In our first room our beds were full of stains, so groce! After we complained at the reception, we got a upgrade to a superior room but unfortunately also stains on the bed but smaller (as it was superior lol) an old mattress with springs sticking out, pushing everywhere on our body, so I decided to sleep on the floor but as there was only one bedcover I had to turn on the heating but it did’n work. When you flush the toilet you get water from the pot on your clothes or in my case skin as I did’n wear any pants anymore. Stains and little hairs on the bathroom walls, water taps in the bathroom full of deposits. In the breakfast lounge a cold wind so I had to keep on my jacket to eat. Industrial orange juice. Result: slept only 3 hours and I have a busy day ahead of me! THANK YOU (4star! ) Parkhotel Brugge! AVOID AT AL COST!

There is no heating in the bathroom between the toilet and the 零下11度 weather. Breakfast was bad!

We booked this thinking it was a good choice. It was not. The construction outside is out of their control but the inside is their problem. The first room we were given was not prepared at all and mind you this was around 4pm. We walked into bed comforters thrown around the room, some balled up on the floor or chair. Beds were uncovered and my child commented the room was dirty. Not a pleasent sight. The second room we given is a treasure on the eyes either. The bathroom door doesn't close unless you lift it and pull hard. No sheets under the comforters, just one covering the mattress. The elevator is small and if you don't stand in the exact right spot it will not move. We stood in it for a minute or so and when we stepped oit to grab the front desk the doors closed and it left. The front desk wasnt to much help. He called the elevator and when it came he said "see, no problem" and left just mentioning to not "stand near the sides. " Overall I would avoid.

Old. Incomodísimas beds. Broken Things (Pilsadores, night Tables…). Very bad for parking. A mess I don't even go back to for free.

The location is great By cons quality of service 0 hostile personnel, the room very stained humidity in the bathroom 1 spot which worked on the 3. The decoration is not recent at all (carpet by all) not very hygienic. Attention parking for your car €20 per day exorbitant! Breakfast not crazy C is defrosted so nothing exepetionnel. I will not go back!

A simple hotel with a comfort, a welcome even in French and a clean exemplary we had a wonderful weekend with our 9 year old girl thanks to the good addresses of the lady of the reception named RITA we will return family Vandebenderie. Hanique.

Outdated interior, room/airconditioning was smelly. Bathroom was full of soap scum. Breakfast was simple and the food was of poor quality. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was ok and so were the staff. But the room we got was awful. Everything was somewhat ok in the room except the bathroom. The bathroom reeked of sewage, and when we told the front desk, the lady cleaned it up but the smell came back. So we had no choice but to suck it up until we finished the stay.

It was A very nice HOTEL. This hotel is worth 2 stars no more! Don't go in there!

Very old room, large bathroom which were not overlooked, however, this is not even a real shower rod, channel smells came out of the shower and there were stains on Sofa and carpet, unfortunately. The Breakfast was middle class but the Hotel is very well located, but beware: Parking costs 20, — € per night! My conclusion: bad price/performance.

Aged hotel, breakfast buffet was awesome. Still there was a weird sphere and to us the staff was good nor bad.

Only there for 1 night so hard to judge but reasonably comfortable hotel if not a bit dated. Only 10mins walk from the town centre so well positioned. Has on site free parking. Rooms are a good size, clean and tidy. Mini bar included but no tea/coffee making facilities. No proper shower. Sit down or crouch in Bath job I'm afraid. Staff very friendly and very good English. Would I return… Yes!

Very nice hotel nothing to say everything is neat and tasteful. The staff are very friendly and speak French. We had a great weekend at this property.

Very convenient for market staff very nice stop here several times over the last few years great location. Most of the rooms on the front of the hotel have been refurbished to a high standard. Not saying the other rooms are bad. Great place to stay.

Nice hotel But the staff was not really on the go. The room was equipped but some items did not work as the fridge and TV was not practical.

We were in the Park Hotel. Most expensive hotel of our trip. I was full of bug bites after a night on the whole body. Looked like a streusel cake. Took me many expensive doctor visits. Brugge is dead to me.

Simply Avoid … stayed yesterday with my family. They charged us an absolute fortune as we checked in late. The room was below average, very eighties, very uncomfortable beds, and pillows not to mention the horrible decoration. By mistake my husband placed a shirt on top of the lamps and it started a fire. There was a bit of smoke (enough for any smoke alarms to come off) but to our surprise it didn't. I went to the reception and the man there was so rude and kept saying all the smoke alarms were fine. I asked if I could talk to the manager and he said there was no manager in today. He only gave me a piece of paper and said "send an email" I went back to check out and he kept insisting the smoke alarms were OK and that so far no one had died! WHAT?! Then he said I should go back to England. It is very sad to see that they happily take your money but when it comes to safety they don't care. I had my 8 year old daughter with me and she was very scared, also because this man was extremely rude. A. V. O. I. D is our advise as a family with children and that like everyone else thinks that safety comes first.

Near downtown, excellent service. Standard rooms, yet a little bit old fashioned.

Stayed in this hotel, for the last seven years. Over this time the hotel hasn`t improved or got worst, It has just stood still, the breakfast menu hasn`t` change either. The good points are, its central and everything is within easy walking distance, also the hotel bar is reasonable compared to to the bars in the city centre.

We spent a week in May. Hotel is ideally situated in central Bruge. Close to Metro/ rail. Hotel very clean comfotable. Staff very friendly, good choice for breakfast. Lovely atmosphere in bar, barman very knowledgeable on selection of beers. Only two negatives — small lift, no shower curtain. Would recommend.

Greeted by friendly professionals and speaking French.
Underground guarded garage (15 euros extra).
Hotel quiet and well maintained, no restaurant but breakfast.
We will be back.
