It was out first time in Brugge and we brought our dogs along. Hotel Jan Brito was more than we could have asked for! The room was gorgeous, the staff very tentative and accommodating with our dogs, the breakfast we superb! We could not have picked a more perfect location! Along a quiet street, but only blocks to parking, a park, and all the shops and attractions Brugge has to offer! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back!

The lobby and the staff was really nice, which is why I didn't chose the lowest rating. BUT:
I was quite disappointed of the hotel room. I had an amazing impression of the hotel from the pictures online but because of the following points the price you pay for a night is not appropriate:
-broken, crooked toilet seat
-TV didn't work
-mould between the tiles in the bathroom
-small crack in the sink
— glass pane for showering leaks, which results in a wet bathroom floor
-wooden bar over the bed you bump your head if unlucky
When staying here I would recommend not to go to room.

Very well located hotel with beautiful historic features! While the decor is very charming, the Deluxe room was a bit too tight to manoeuvre around and the bathroom showed some sign of ageing. The staff however was very friendly and went the extra mile, especially when it came to the parking. The breakfast is a bit too pricey for what you get as not everything was available half an hour before breakfast finished. Overall, a nice experience for a short stay!

Hotel well located but not worth the price. 250 euros! even on weekends. The room in the courtyard (duplex) is very quiet. The relaxation area is successful and can be privatized free of charge by reservation for one hour. Very villi hotel overall.
Cold and unhelpful home.

Pretty hotel in the main area of Bruges. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay :).

A wonderful stay in this historic and charming hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The breakfast buffet was a superb mix of English and continental with a generous gluten free option. Room was comfortable with great facilities.

Good location. Something expensive for what the rooms are. With gym and I think that sauna.

Beautiful hotel, with very nice recepsionist, truly beautiful rooms, with sauna and private Turkish bath, pity for lack of swimming pool, but also has a great gym with many tools, often free.

Great staff. Small rooms but comfortable. Modernized bathroom but with old fashioned charm. Several tiny, nice gardens in the center. Several old buildings connected to create the hotel. Close to the town square. Nice lounge area and large breakfast room.

A wonderful family owned hotel in the heart of Bruges! You are only a few blocks away from the town centre! They are very friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel and room was cleaned and well stocked.

Beautiful hotel, and excellent helpful staff. Our room had a few minor problems but the staff were sympathetic and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

I struggle to find the words to describe our stay at the Jan Brito. The staff is of a kindness that helps to feel completely tucked in. The facilities look like a real museum, full of amazing corners.
For rounding, it is very close to all the best known of Bruges, less than 10-15 minutes on foot.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Bruges, 2 minutes from the belfry. The environment is very quiet and full of charm. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and attentive.

Very cosy old house with private garden and original rooms. Staff very friendly. They also speak German. In the bathroom unfortunately mold.

Stayed here for two days, lovely staff, couldn't have been nicer. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, our room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was also amazing. Thank you guys!

Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful building, rooms, and private garden. Filling and varied Western breakfast buffet options. Great location. A room dedicated to Bruges pamphlets. Hot water for showers. Room includes safe, closet, and mini fridge. Elevators.

Quite simply the best in Bruges. Excellent location. Convenient parking. Lovely quirky rooms. The owners are some of the nicest people I know. The staff are fantastic. More like going to stay with friends than booking into a hotel … except friends probably wouldn't let you stay in the bath so long or drink all the cherry beer!

Very romantic Hotel. Who is to old and nostalgia is here, definitely a Top Hotel. Everything was clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. Air-conditioning is available. Beds are hard but okay. The Breakfast is typically small, but good. (French)
My is very Central. Just a few minutes from the city centre. Price-performance is true. You will find many different cafes and Restaurants, souvenir shops, Belgian waffles, etc. You can take a boat for 8, — € (adults) on the channel and everything. To look at so definitely worth a visit in Bruges over all the time.

We had as the hotel rooms, converted stable. We can be reached via the courtyard. The room was total class! In the courtyard was a great fountain older. And David has hidden search ;)
The Hotel has a perfect location. It is a lovely Hotel. The Service is friendly. The Breakfast was good.

Beautiful Hotel, stylish "Retro"device. Nice Service and good location! The bathroom could be more modern, otherwise everything is OK!

I was 2 years ago at 14. — 15. February 2015 in this Hotel stayed… and very satisfied… now I'm going back on 27/04/ 2017 with a TURKISH GROUP there, and I am very happy. Kadriye Tülin Işık.

Perfect 2 minutes from the center, room at the top.
