Very good location and good price for a short stay but very tiny rooms.

It’s a clean hotel with friendly staff, but I’ve definitely slept at better places for the same price. It’s good for a short stay where you won’t be at the hotel often.

Super location. Super price. Breakfast okay. With us windows could not be opened (which could not be fixed during our 2 nights. Since shower has no windows outside and it was warm would have been really great ventilation) therefore a star deduction. Otherwise top price/performance.

A simple cheap but clean hotel with everything you expect. The rooms are in good condition. Reliable ibis quality. Especially on the upper floors you have a good view. The location right next to the station is very good.

Small 3-bed room on the 4th floor. Toilet very tight and shower directly into the bedroom … Strange somehow, but probably fulfills its purpose …
Directly opposite is probably a hostel, which should also be good … In close proximity to the train station, which is really good!

Great place to stay, eg. For touristic or business purposes nearby. The people at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Personally I recommend to order the breakfast, too.

Very convenientlt located in the vicinity of the train station. It is quiet though.

The beds are two small and pushing them together still leaves a gap someone as slender as I am can drop off the bed through. Rates are reasonable for the amenities. Wi-Fi is pretty slow.

No niewieder. Cheapest mass handling in Germany can visit man Ibis but not in Belgium.

I will search another hotel when I return.

The room was clean and tidy, the bed reasonably comfortable. However the Wi-Fi was non-existent and the breakfast pre-packaged and completely uninviting.

Small basic rooms, yet contains everything needed if you are on a short or business visit to Leuven. Being next to train station is a strategic location if you are staying there for 1-2 days. The rooms are sound proof allowing for a good sleep at night.

The room is small (12 sq. M. ), but made in modern design, all very ergonomic and thoughtful. The furniture is modern. Room for three with a double bed and a third bunk on the second floor. Shower, separate toilet, washing directly in the room-very convenient. Good soundproofing. Location-Super! Next to the train station, from where 10 minutes go to Brussels.

Clean, small rooms that are ideal for a business trip. The location at the station is perfect.
Only breakfast has not convinced (small selection, hardly fresh).

Clean room. Very convenient location. Bed o. K. Breakfast is very poor (i belive that 7.5 euros they charge for it is rather too much for what you get — for the same amount of money maybe you should try Panos (a belgian fast food company that offers clod sandwiches, etc) One big problem is the table and the chair in case you want to do some work wiyh your laptop (very bad chair — after a few minutes (yes minutes) your back starts to hurt. Wifi very good.

A 20 minute walk from the centre, simple but clean rooms, good breakfast for a fee.

Central location near railway station very convenient. Wi-Fi free but not so good. Economical, basic but nice Breakfast. Friendly and efficient service.

Very straightforward in the check in and out. The rooms are nothing special, but you don't miss anything. Breakfast is ok and all in all this hotel is just the thing if you're on business or not much in your room anyway.

Too expensive if you add the price of the paid parking outside the hotel. Average cleanliness. To the rigor for a step by train otherwise to avoid…

Ibis Budget as usual, no bad surprises. Clean, hard comfy bed, Wi-Fi working great. Good location behind rail station, 10min walking from main Leuven attractions. Kinepolis cinema very nearby. If you get there by car leave your lugagge at the hotel first and park later at station parking. There is no direct elevator from parking to hotel.

A great place for people looking for budget hotels abroad. The rooms are clean with bunk beds and crystal clear toilets and washrooms.

One of the best Ibis Budget ex Etap hotels. 1a located at the station but quietly there well insulated. Thus, even after 30 degrees still cool although no climate can be adjusted in the room. Tip for rail: Upon arrival use nagdl tunnel, not passage above and not south tunnel.

The hotel is solid: great location right next to the train station, clean and at a good price. It serves its purpose if you are here for business. If you are looking for something fancy, this is not the place for you.

Perfect budget hotel. Bed was so comfy, I had to ask the staff for an extra pillow and they handed it over with a smile right away. One of the best night's sleeps I've had at a hotel. The shower was like a heavy rainfall. Couldn't have asked for more.

Noisy, very basic, not the cleanest but cheap. Unfortunately more a hostel than a hotel.

Stayed in this hotel, here is my remark: 1) Toilet was missing a brush 2) two single bed, very difficult to sleep 3) Too much noise from the street when window is open 4) overall its very nice place to visit for a tour.

Small room and few choices of food. 87.50 € / night with breakfast is not right price. For me it's expensive.

Nie hotel, good service, quite cheap, quiet, very clean as for IBIS Budget, television in 4 languages, bottom line — very positive.

Small rooms and breakfast buffet is limited (no hot meals). Good location, Free Wi-Fi and Free parking close to hotel. No noise from Street nor trains.

Hotel services were OK, however 7, 50 EUR for breakfast seems a bit expensive. To be honest I expected something better for the price.

Negative : Windows in the rooms can not be opened. Television programs-all have a total Digitalrauschen. Internet access in the rooms is very slow.
