I classify three stars with everything you can expect from a three-star. Room not large but not even tiny, basic décor but quite functional. Discreet bathroom. Elevator and reception are downright sad. Breakfast is enough. The price is average. In short, a compromise if you do not want to spend too much.

Hotel is in a convenient location close to train station. The staff is professional and friebdly. The rooms are clean and failrly large. I gave 3 stars bc there's no AC and it is very loud on street outside at night which makes it hard to get sleep with windows open when it's hot.

Beautiful City but hotel Room unfortunately had no Air Conditioning. It was very warm in the Room but the Breakfast Buffet was really good.

-Very convenient location: within walking distance of the shop of Mediterranean goods (Theresiastraat 52), several Carrefour Express (work up to 20.00).
The city centre is 10 minutes walking distance.
A 5 minute walk from the train and bus stations.
— Hotel on Hard 3 *. No frills, everything is laconic, clean and tidy. The room is quiet. The elevator was over the wall, and it is absolutely inaudible.
— Internet connection is simple. Speed 8 Mbit/S. Wi-Fi signal to the room, which was a little in the depth of the corridor, reached a weak 3 points out of 5.
— Breakfast from 7.00 to 10.00. For Europe-good choice and delicious food. The most important thing is that there are hot sausages and bacon.
— In the room-refrigerator, safe, ironing board. No kettle. There is no water at all. So it is better to stock up on water at a nearby shop.
— In the hotel, on the street and in the block-quiet. In the morning the only thing that woke up was the singing of birds and bell ringing:) — there is an elevator. No need to carry suitcases on foot on the stairs.
The conclusion is that the hotel is good. I can confidently recommend it to all travelers.

Solid hotel in a good location in downtown Leuven, near public transport. Nice staff, good breakfast, reasonable price. I'd stay here again. There's another hotel right across the street where you can stay for free, but I've heard it's not as nice.

This place was awesome. So peaceful and quiet. And the staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were cozy and well designed. I liked it.

The city of Leuven appears in historical documents for the first time in the year 884, when Vikings settled around an old fortification on the Dijle river, called 'Luvanium' in Latin or 'Lovon' in the local vernacular. History of Leuven Later, the settlement became home to the Counts of Leuven who were given the right to rule over the middle part of what is now Belgium in 1190. From then on, Leuven became an important administrative and commercial center, with the cloth trade as the cornerstone of the city's wealth and prosperity.   The 14th century saw Leuven's fortunes change. The cloth trade lost its importance and Brussels took over Leuven's title as 'capital of the Duchy of Brabant'. However, an important event in the following century was the foundation of the University of Leuven in 1425, which remains the most important center of higher education in Belgium and one of the leading catholic universities in the world. Luminaries, such as the 16th-century humanist and theologian Erasmus, have studied or taught at the university.   In the 18th century, a brewery that is now owned by Inbev, maker of Stella Artois, was established on the outskirts of the city, and Leuven's fortunes changed again. However, it is still the university that gives the city much of its character today, not just through the many impressive buildings but also through the influx of thousands of young people each year.

It's a good place to stay, close to the train station and dinner places. I would only suggest to improve the lighting inside the bedrooms since it's a bit to dark.

Kind personnel… Small bathroom in some rooms. Comfy and clean in general… Not great breakfast for 18 euros per person per day…

Nice small hotel near the centre of Leuven. Some underground parking. Good Wi-Fi prompt service.

Good location, close to the station and not far from the center, with the bus stop a few steps away: In a few minutes you are at the research park.
Equipped with garage, also this useful due to the scarcity of parking lots.
The rooms can be both good and "scarce", depending on where they put you.
The breakfast is discreet, I think too expensive (18 euros) for the quality offered.
In times of low demand you can have the room at 90 euros per night, and it is acceptable, for the place, but when they ask for over 130 really better look around.

For one to two nights all OK, but always look where you book because depending on this the price of 90-180 € for exactly the same room varies.

Old. I dont understand why there is no cattle and cup in the room, which means no hot hot water to drink. You have to buy water, why some hotels like this? The only good thing is close to the train station.

Decent and small (family-like) hotel, in the heart of Leuven (need to say everything is in heart of Leuven as it is quite small town), in walking distance from railway/bus station, out of frequent streets. Hotel offers free Wi-Fi, good breakfasts, kind and helpfull staff, comfy rooms and fair quality/price ratio.

Super clean and comfortable hotel. Nice and quite, with a room towards the East one could wake up with the sun. The breakfast was great and the personnel very friendly. Only minus is that one has to pay extra to have a room with a bathtub.

It is a small hotel, restaurant service and very close to the Leuven train station.
"Normal" rooms are small, have carpeted floor and the only bathroom has a shower. In general there are good cleaning and at the reception are friendly.
The beds are like in any other hotel, but the pillows are a mess.
There are also safe in the room, but only for small things.
The breakfast is buffet-style, with few things hot, but very suitable for the hotel. It is included in the price.
It is similar to a Spanish three-star hotel. Do not look anything spectacular for the price it costs.

It is a small hotel without restaurant service and close to the train station of Leuven.
