The yellow bird hotel It’s clean comfy. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is tasty great place the view is superb. The sea is directly opposite my balcony, I would come here again plus great price.

Very nice hotel had a very nice time barry at front desk very helpful and also resturant manager ms alleyne.

Beautiful Services, A Must Go!

I've just came from this hotel and I can say this is really a lovely hotel. I had such a warm and welcoming stay. Barry at front desk helped me out so well. I would give him 5 stars for such good customer service as well as the lady that I checked in with. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. PS this is the lady that stayed in room 402 from november 13th-15th. Kudos to u guys.

Returned home yesterday after a weeks stay. Lovely hotel and spotlessly clean. Ate the restaurant twice and on both occasions it was good. Your greatest asset is your staff, all were friendly, helpful, fun and totally professional. Loved it.

We had such an amazing time a couple of weeks ago planning our July 2020 wedding here in Barbados. Geeta and all her staff were just incredible. They make sure everything is perfect for your stay. Everyone was always smiling and so welcoming. We’re looking forward to coming back here next year with 30 of our friends and family to say I DO! Thank you Geeta and see you soon!

This is the perfect hotel. Perfect. The staff is wonderful, the view from our balcony is priceless, the food is great. The staff helped us book everything we wanted to see. The location is close to fine dining and shopping but far enough away to not have the noise of the nightlife. I can see the ocean from my shower and hear roosters at the same time… unique and special place. If I can come back to Barbados there is no question of where I will want to stay. Love this place.

Fantastic views. So close to bars and restaurants 2 dollars for a bus ride to bridgetown if you want to venture out. Perfect setting.

Perfect Accommodations in Fun and Beautiful St. Lawrence Gap. Amenities, housekeeping, view, and staff were superb. I got more than my money's worth and the staff and hotel far exceeded my expectations. My mom, grandma, and I felt safe and welcomed. Although there is no elevator, the staff helped us with our luggage (yay! ). The hotel is located near all the great restaurants and bar hopping spots in St. Lawrence Gap. Cafe Sol is right next door and is the most popular spot in the gap with yummy food and HAPPY HOUR EVERY DAY. The pool was always clean. The view is soo beautiful. You can definitely chill by the waterfront and the swimming beaches are 5-15 minutes away by bus and cost just US$1.

A view of the ocean from any room, friendly staff, a great location close to many top bars and restaurants and with two beaches close by makes this a true gem in St Lawrence Gap. With only a handful of rooms the service feels personal, with immaculate rooms and a very well kept pool along side Tj's bar serving refreshing rum punch and a top quality breakfast. The free Wi-Fi and air conditioning make the stay comfortable for mind and body and the in-room kitchenette means the beers are always chilled. The balcony is a lovely place to watch the boats in the cove bobbing around in the waves, the unfortunate placement of the air conditioning unit here means the system needs to be turned off when on the balcony, but this only a minor inconvenience whilst you're turtle spotting. There is little to disappoint at this lovely hotel, and anybody would easily leave satisfied and looking forward to the next visit.

You have to eat at the yellow bird. The food is to die for. All prepared lovingly by Nikki and Jordan. This place is amazing.

Fantastic friendly hotel, prime location. Nothing is too much trouble. This is my second visit to the yellow bird, I would recommend it to anyone.

Great place. The views were beautiful, the room was impeccably clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The front desk workers/concierges were really great at answering questions, offering good advice, and facilitating travel arrangements. We got a personal level of care here that was better than most of my experiences at 4/5 star hotels. The building itself has limitations; there are no elevators, and since it's in the heart of St. Lawrence Gap there is some noise from the nightlife (sounds of chattering and music on Saturday night — not obnoxious, but definitively there). However, if you can tolerate a little ambient noise (I'm a noise sensitive person and didn't need to use the earplugs I always carry with me) and walking up a few flights of stairs, this place is an amazing value and an overall good hotel.

Checked in this afternoon with Monique and she was very nice and made us feel very welcomed. The rooms are great and the view of the sea is splendid. Will be returning for sure. Thanks for the warm welcome.

Loved this hotel. It's located right in St. Lawrence Gap, which is fun area of Barbados with lots of restaurants and night life. We could walk to two beaches very easily (Dover and Worthing) as well as tons of restaurants. The people at the front desk are so nice and helpful. The room was always cleaned spotlessly, and they even washed the dishes we left in the sink. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking utensils (but unfortunately no napkins or paper towels) and we were able to cook one night as well as easily store some snacks and drinks in the fridge. The hotel also has a nice pool area and a bar/restaurant downstairs. The food at the restaurant was good, though the service was slow. This is a really fun place to stay — would definitely come back!

The staff here was very nice and accommodating. The suite was clean and we were right across from the beach! There were also multiple restaurants right near by and night life was just a few minutes away. I'd call this one a hidden gem.

Leaving today and we want to stay! Such a great place with wonderful staff. We had seen many positive reviews but genuinely didn't know what to expect. The room was perfect, with all the facilities we needed. Toaster, microwave, kettle, fridge and freezer. Air con was great and kept us cool. Really enjoyed the Saturday Zumba in the pool, and the happy hour rum punches. We walked to Dover beach for a few of the days because the breeze was better there, but you really can't beat the idilic view out of room 304.

Just wonderful staying at the yellow bird hotel like hone from home and staff so friendly always our 2nd vist to this hotel x.

Only day 3 but absolutely love the hotel the staff are so nice and friendly will defiantly come back, rooms are perfect will recommend to family and friends back in England.

Just back from an amazing two weeks staying at this fabulous hotel celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Great location for beaches, bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean in all areas, large rooms with fantastic sea views and the comfiest bed I've slept in other than my own. The staff are so friendly and helpful (the hotel owner should be very proud of them). Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Barbados, can't wait to go back.

Located opposite to the beach, market and food are nearby, location is nice, staff is very nice, air conditioning is an issue as it gets very hot, staff is very co-operative, rooms are big and clean and have a dry kitchenette.

Got a room with beachview, very nice to have your breakfast there! All the staff are super helpfull with bookings, questions you may have etc.

So far so good! Very friendly hotel staff and my hotel room is gorgeous with a lovely view of the ocean. Taking off a star because I didn't have such a great experience with the bartender. So great hotel but skip the bar.

Yellow Bird is in a great location. They are amazing. The staff couldn't be nicer, and the rooms were clean and had a small kitchenette in case you wanted to go to the market and pick up a couple things. STay there!

We ate at the Moonbay bar & grill, great service & food!
