An average hotel with an average three star price, service is always available.

It's a simple and modest hotel. May not be excellent, but I am happy to stay here for many years. I have good memories and supporting attitude of the staff make the stay comfortable.

I like to thank supreme hotel, managers, staff and their GM, for looking after my family and I for two weeks. You guy's made our stay comfortable, during a very busy Eid period.

Pictures quality is very poor on TV, everything doesn't properly work in the bathroom, pillows is not comfort, mosquito biting in the Restaurant badly,
not a good value for money.
but room nice and clean. be careful তারা কিন্তু কসাই check out late হলে half of room ভাড়া charger করবে ।

Very friendly staff, reasonably clean room at an exceptional price includes complimentary breakfast. Ideal for short stay for your connecting journey in Sylhet and across Bangladesh.

I like their rooms & specifically the washroom. Staffs are well behaved. Only problem I found that they are not capable of handling big group of people (we were 60 persons) at dine in at a time.

This hotel offers basic accommodation with neat and clean ambiance. Stuffs are well behaved and helpful. We stayed in a double bed family room and it's specious. Good hotel.

We, a group of one hundred plus people stayed here. Except Wi-Fi everything were fine. Their restaurant at ground floor was a help for us. We got our breakfast there. Though their service was little bit slower because of our number but those were tasty.

Their service has been deteriorating over the years. This time their bed broke after we just sat on it. When they fixed the bed and we wanted to lay on it, the bed just broke again. They changed us to another room but it was convenient for us.

It's a budget hotel and the service is very good. The complimentary breakfast was also great and they have also a restaurant downstairs. The food taste is mind blowing and the environment is very good. I'm satisfied with the service.

They are better described as cheater supreme. Whoever would go to Sylhet, avoid Hotel Supreme as they take price for one room and force to stay in lower quality room. For food charges more than price list. No specifications about vat amount and many room category to confuse customer. Keeping aside their rough behavior, uncleanliness, bad odored rooms and slow service, the most extreme part is their tendency of bluffing out money with forcible attitude. We were too tired after visiting Bisanakandi when they tried to forcefully shift us to a small room behaving as local thugs. They kept forcing us till I shouted out that I won't pay them rest of the payment. Also they lied that our room was booked for another customer and given to us mistakenly, as after my refusal to payment they let us stay in that room. They charged 5000tk for two rooms and in their list one couple deluxe was 1800tk and another was super deluxe priced 2150 tk. After mentioning that they took away the price list. For a couple room everything from towels to soaps should be provided in pairs as price is paid for Two persons. They don't know these manners. Also they provided a broken mug in washroom which can't hold water. We asked for air freshener and they were so late as if they needed to buy it from market first.

The Hotel is situated in a strategic place, near to main shipping area and on the way to Zaflong. Room rent is reasonable with breakfast and AC having hot running water. Food price is also within the reach & good customer service. Car parking is at basement. Free Wi-Fi & room service. I recommend Budget Travellers to enjoy this hotel.

Well oranized hotel and restaurant. All the modern facilities available here for the different events. Besides, the hotel and room facility, they also provide hall room service for different programs and conference. Its atmosphere and services are quite good. You can get the satisfactory services within an affordable price.

Nice, we'll decorated hotel. Safe and reliable. Worthy for family or official booking. Btw, restaurant's food are over priced and behaviour of stuff is not much professional.

Hotel room is good and staffs are fine, restaurant's food are also delicious … but AC is not working while electricity down…

If you need a decent place to stay in a very frugal budget, this is the place to be. Even so, I found the rooms neat and clean, the service good, and the staff well behaved, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant has some nice items in the menu for a decent price. The complimentary breakfast is very fulfilling.

Visited at da beginning time. Everything as like supreme r extremely great specially food items & all stuffs behaving pretty good but using things should be more up to dated.

I will give them 2 just because of the room service and management was not much professional. I won't write in detail. but one thing I must need to share, never asked for car rent in the reception, which I did and they called a rent a car company and negotiated like in my favor 6800 tk and actual rent was 5000 tk. Simply 1800 tk they earned in the process which I came to know later. So you can understand how fruad they are.
