Good service quite room and large building and many other things.

The service was excellent. Pretty reasonable priced rooms and food. Live music is ear pleasingly good. They also play live music every evening. The beach view is also awesome. Pretty good for a 3-star hotel. Loved staying here.

AC room was nice rather than non-ac room. Nice beach view from AC room. Romantic environment at night along with Live Music 🎶 & BBQ arraignment. But Room service was bad, as well as non professional behaviour at reception. Interior was quite Old. Toilet 🚽 of Non Ac Room was quite unclean.

The worst hotel of the town. The management is just a fraud. We booked 3 double standard rooms and they said those were the best sea view rooms. But when we reached they provided us non sea view rooms and there was big holed ventilators in the rooms. The first night we were awakened. The second night they provided us aerosol but that didn’t keep us away from mosquitoes. So we blocked the ventilators with towels they provided for toilets. Totally disappointed and just not repeating the same mistake anytime ever. Also the lady receptionist was not welcoming at all. She was rude enough, she lied about the rooms during booking time (said sea view but physically provided non sea view one). We took 3 rooms for 3 couples. One’s toilet was not cleaned, in one room there was no table, one fridge doesn’t work, one geyser was not working. Overall it was a mess. The biggest mistake of the tour. Totally waste of money.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I also try include one accident of losing my wallet, but with their great effort especially @Ashik saha, I got it back. Thanks for making our visit grateful.

A memorable time in the evening at hotel kallol basically BBQ zone and their other food items delicious & fun and other service too good & hospitality 😊👍

I think, it's one of the most beautiful hotels in Cox's Bazar. Their guest enjoyment and service fascinated me. But the value of the food needs to be improved. Good luck.!

There's no privacy and safety of people or their belongings even in their personal room & management system is so poor. They literally harassed us & tried to blame us for their mistakes. The room & environment is good, no complain about that but it doesn't really matter when they doesn't respect our privacy.

Good location, space is so good. Corridor space also good. Stuff are also helpful. Inside need more clean.

Nice sea view hotel but stuffs behavior not good.

Great locqtion. Rooms were big and open. Though the service wasn't up to the mark. One of the few 3* hotels in cox's bazar which doesn't offer any compulsory amenities.

Good place to stay. At night it looks slightly ghostly, but not bad. They should work with food price. Quantity and price has a very big difference.

A nice and moderate hotel and one of the nearest to the sea beach. Rooms are good and specious. They don't charge much. And room service is also nice.

Super location. Laboni Beach is just a spitting away. Rooms are spacious as well as bed too with a reasonably cheap room rate. There are shops and eateries near here. Cox's Bazar Airport is 3 km from hotel. The straightforward rooms provide TVs, minifridges and views of the bay. Upgraded rooms also come with balconies. Amenities include an unpretentious restaurant and a coffee shop. Breakfast is available.
