Friendly staff, very nice and clean rooms, lovely terrace.

Loved our stay here. Even tho a fire happened in the building connected to the hotel, which resulted in every guest being evacuated. The manager and other hotel staff were all as nice, calm, and professional. They had to relocate all their guest to another hotel down the street, but went out of their way to accommodate getting the guest to the other hotel. The manager of the other hotel was just as nice and kind! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Arcotel for all your hard work on March 9, 2019! All of my belongings, including my wallet and passport (were in my room when we were down to breakfast, and the order to evacuate came) were packed up by the hotel staff and hand delivered to the new hotel for us. NOTHING was missing! I was so impressed and appreciative! Thank you so much!

Modern hotel with good access to public transport (U1 station Kagran right on your doorstep), so the city centre can be reached in a few minutes, but also the Danube Island or the Old Danube can be reached in a few minutes. Rooms are modern and functional, but I lacked a desk. Table (chen) was available, but not suitable for working. Breakfast was sufficient and good and in fine weather you can take it on the terrace. A hotel with a very good price/performance ratio!

Overall, I was happy with their service and I recommend it. I booked a room here for the EGU 2018 General Assembly in April 2018. The hotel room was very clean and at a good location (both in terms of access and the neighborhood). About 30 min walking distance and 3 metro stops away from the conference centre. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was fresh and nice. The only problems were that there was no fridge in the room and every now and then they ran out of black tea (there’s a coffee machine downstairs near the reception)!

Very modern and functional room. It has everything you need except the minibar. But since you get water, coffee and tea for free at the reception, it fits perfectly. Can only recommend the hotel. Thank you very much for the great service.

The hotel is good and only 10 min from the centre The rooms are nice and comfortable and the breakfast is great The terrace on the 2nd floor is great for a coffee or a drink Also very near is the bus and metro stations As for the mall is next door to the hotel! Pratter is 5 min from the hotel.

When you can get same service at the half of the price why would you want to visit here. Hotel promised to me that coffee will be available for 24 hours in the cost they quoted but not surprisingly no coffee was available. When I asked about the coffee missing she said "ask manager I don't know". I clicked pictures where normally coffee machine was placed. I stayed there for two weeks coffee was unavailable for last 2 days. Hotel is part of mall, Specially for people who need to catch flight from airport. Airport bus starts and ends at the door of the hotel.

A good hotel, although sometimes the staff are blunt. Breakfast for the specified amount can be made and more extended (there are available only boiled eggs, cheese and meat slicing).

Were guests in the hotel Chain for the Second Time.
Hamburg and Vienna completely convinced us. The Hotel is new, so of course many still look rating.
However, the Staff are already well trained, very friendly and always helpful.
Rooms very nice, Amenities also very good. We took breakfast on the last Morning, which was very extensive and delicious.
All in All a very pleasant Stay, and nothing stands in The way of the Next Visit to this Hotel chain.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff to check me in. Everything is very self explanatory. Good TV that you can connect your android to ("smart view" if have a Samsung). Free apples everyday in your room! Comfortable bed. Air conditioning! Excellent power shower. Free breakfast which actually is very good (continental). Literally right next to large shopping mall! 3 minutes from metro station. No noise from my experience either. No kettle in room though. Have to get hot drinks in the lobby : (

GIN & BRUNCH events in the living room unfortunately do not recommend.
Only an aperitif that does not contain gin would be offered. Otherwise only to purchase for sale so the name is very misleading.
On arrival, a few minutes have been ignored. Staff relatively unkind with rough tone. From the waiters to the staff, that clears away. Then doused with aperitif but unfortunately then not even get a drink offered to the house or other. Hardly any breakfast offer and actually only lunch buffet.
€35 too expensive for what is on offer. What a pity.

Came me professionally. Staff are super friendly and everything has fit. While it wasn't there for long, I would be happy to go back there.

Average Hotel. I didn see anything in Hotel to impress me. I did have a Room with wiew on Football field. I pay more money fore this Room as normal Room. Dont buy it iff you dont need it. Breakfeast was average. Wifi Ok and Parking for free.

Nice hotel close to a large shopping center.

A hotel with a pleasant ambiance. The rooms are well equipped, the breakfast buffet is plentiful and the staff strive for the guests. For an evening drink there is the cosy Livingroom. The Archotel Danube Centre makes a stay in Vienna even more beautiful.

I have used the Arcotel Danube Centre as part of a business trip and can recommend it without any restrictions. The rooms, like the complete hotel, are bright and modern, well-equipped and clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
You can reach the city centre in a relatively short time by public transport.
There is no room for breakfast.
I'd love to come back.

A great hotel for visitors to Vienna. Rooms of the latest state of the art and super beds, and with the Danube centre right next to it all doors are open for shopping and dining. Ideal connection to the public transport network.

Very convenient location. Transport links to the centre by subway. Shopping Centre Danube Centre in the same building. The rooms are quietly located to the inside of the complex; The inside Terrace and bar are recommended. Check in can be done by yourself at the Termi al, or it helps the very friendly staff. Recommended for a short break in Vienna or business trip.

The hotel is comfortably located next to the Donauzentrum shopping mall as well as all the important transportation hubs — a U1 metro station, tram and bus. The city center is an easy 15 minute metro ride away for which you will never wait more than 6 minutes. The mall offers lots of shopping and entertainment options including a Cinema (good if you're coming with kids). The hotel itself offers an excellent bar especially if you're into tonic and gin of which they hold around 60 different kinds. The bar floor holds a recreational area as well including a small garden. The rooms are well equipped and designed with a modern touch. The staff is available around the clock and eager to help. Last but not least, a bus shuttle directly to the airport is available just outside the hotel (Vienna Airport Line 3). Will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Vienna.

Best place to stay in Vienna.

If you are staying for a couple of days in Vienna this could be your perfect place to stay as the metro station (U-bahn) is right behind the corner, one of the biggest shopping malls shares walls with the hotel and proximity of other major sightseeing spots is relatively good. Rooms are smaller but nice, brand new and you have all you need. U have #grab&go complementary coffee and tea 24/7 and some snacks in the morning — it's a nice touch.

Beautiful hotel, the staff is kind and helping. The room was amazing, just like in the pictures when I booked it. The living room and dining room are modern and comfy. It was just amazing.

For a 4 star hotel really aweful furniture, terrible customer service at the reception! Would not reccomend.
