The best location for visiting the UN across the street! The place is pretty clean. The foozball table in the lobby brought a bundle of laughter to my family. The rooms were spacious enough for an European standard. The front desk staff was nice and well spoken. The breakfast buffet was nice, and the servers worked hard enough for the Austrian standards. They even let you take away a piece of fruit by the check in desk for the buffet.

I stayed here for a wedding and the actual wedding reception here was fantastic and the Catering department knocked it out of the park! The front desk however, was one of the worst I've ever dealt with. We had 10 total rooms for us out-of-town guests and only 5 rooms didn't have issues with the reservations. One room was actually turned away by the Front desk when they tried to check in. My reservation was lost. After many calls and them promising to call back by a certain time (they never called back all 3 times), I was able to talk to someone who booked a room for me. The hotel itself was nice, the rooms were clean and nice and the location was beautiful. I will not stay here for my next trip.

The room has only one socket, on a small bedside table in the corner, and the others are occupied by anti-internal equipment, which is unkind to travelers who have many devices to charge. Breakfast to enter to enjoy, the door of three reception staff to talk about their own conversation, withered station a minute before asking the room number. Bath water hot and cold, shower in the bathtub, and bathroom floor drop low and not anti-skid. Equipment and Shanghai three-star hotel compared to not better, the overall feeling is not good.

Positives: Good location at the UN and the island. UBahn at the door. Room appropriate for the money.
Negatives: Far too few staff! Breakfast always dirty tables because it does not create new one to cover. Breakfast rich but unclean prepared and refill only on call. Staff noticeably tense and therefore unkind.
Too bad, but so it does not meet our expectations!

Location is very good especially given the fact that we were there for a conference and it's a 2-3 minute walk from Austria center and the subway. Parking in the underground garage is really expensive — they charge an extra 22€/day on top of the room's price! If you are there on a weekend, park in the street, it is free from Sat 12:00 to Monday morning. They refunded the original 200€ deposit 1 day after we left then charged our debit card ONCE MORE with another 200€ deposit which they refused to cancel — we had to wait 2 weeks until the bank automatically dismissed the amount in hold. Lots of room to improve in terms of recepcionists.

No frills, but a comfortable stay. Prices were reasonable.

Very clean, very good connection. In 3 minutes by foot in the Uno, in 8 minutes at Stephansplatz.

Convenient to local Rail station and Vienna Center. Clean, excellent breakfast, quiet.

Very nice hotel with nice rooms. As a regular customer, you get drinks vouchers or upgrades from time to time. I especially like the large terrace in the beautiful and warm months. The breakfast is then consumed outdoors.

The first time to stay on the ground to find the front tenant of a large piece of socks, clean the room is not cautious.
The second night to find tea cups did not clean, used up the tea bag and coffee are not made up, cotton sticks and makeup cotton also did not fill. A very bad experience.

It's an okay hotel, extremely close to the Austria Center. Do not use them for transportation, find your own way to and from the airport. I gave them my arriving flight number, but they tried to pick me up at the time my flight departed, not arrived. Even though they had my flight number they didn't bother to check online, so when I arrived they weren't there to pick me up. On the way back to the airport, nobody told me it was cash only. What taxi in 2018 is cash only? I had to go to an atm and the fees made it cost $10 more. Take Uber.

Nice team. Restaurant not really recommended though. Prices are high. Rooms and cleanliness top.

Professional event, was not long there. Hotel looks very old from the outside, the glow is cloudy. The appetizers to the event were really good, the loo was in the basement (why? ). Staff always there and very accommodating.

Know only the large meeting room, foyer and bar. Everything looks very noble. Staff law prudent. The parking garage offers plenty of space. But the one-/Ausfahrt is a miscalculation in times of big cars. Drive a Ford Galaxy and had to drive extremely cautiously so I wouldn't strip anywhere.

Relatively good. The rooms are adequate, the hotel location is convenient though not at the city centre and the breakfasts buffet is ok. In conclusion, the hotel is fine but nothing exciting.

The hotel is easily accessible from the Metro stop, the dinner that was served buffet was good and plentiful.

Is inconsevible to receive both tourist and hispanic do not speak Spanish. A place that pulls to 3 rstrellas.

Nice atmosphere, lots of room in the bar area both for groups away from the bar and right at the bar. Long list of drinks and a solid happy hour from 10-11 where drinks are nearly half off.

We were celebrating our birthday in Vienna for the weekend. The hotel was on request and even had a little surprise. It just fit everything. The connections, the location just good. An all-round nice stay.

Good subway connection — the station is right across the hotel and just a few minutes from Stephansplatz.
The hotel itself somehow fits into no concept. Not really luxurious, not really modern and also not really cozy.
Breakfast buffet very extensive, but by far the worst concentrate-orange juice I have ever been allowed to drink.

Hotel looks very nice from huge entrance hall. We had Christmas party there first on the terrace Punch and Maroni was OK. The rooms were OK the room was big it was all festively covered the food was OK. The only minus point was unfortunately that the toilet is in basement and the way there is quite far.

Very well maintained rooms, friendly staff and very good metro connection to the city. Unfortunately no sauce to the schnitzel;-) Nevertheless, it is fully recommended.

Very good quality-price, is located on the outskirts of the city in front of the. Hotel Meliá but with subway entrance in front of you to be able to reach the city centre in 7 stops.

The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was very generous and we even had a real wiener schnitzel served at half a hour at night!

Very nice hotel. Special requests will be met very courteously! The chef from the breakfast area (a nice gentleman from Bern) and his staff were very happy to meet our special needs due to the very early departures required! Thank you very much!

My bedroom on the second floor was top notch. Comfortable large bed, clean room, perfect shower. Staff in all instances were friendly and helpful. A word of caution though, if you're looking for a good meal, maybe steer clear of the hotel restaurant.

Persons at the counter were mostly gentle and kind except for the three persons at the arrival day. I was embarrassed after entering the room because of the king size one bed instead of two single beds. I complained and he changed the room immediately. But the key was wrong and I had to move several times to come inside the right room. I felt not good but could understand so far. But at the counters, the three persons were laughing at me with speakimg German. I couldn't understand but their attitude was so uncomfortable. I will not visit your hotel anymore, But there will be no improvement to your hotel if you don't treat well the foreiners with short English. I do not also like the person who couldn't communicate with either Korean or English. But I try not to show my discomfort when working. Otherwise, the quality of your hotel was just as expected. Thiw was my experience and you will decide the future of your hotel.

Great hotel, great rooms, breakfast varied and plentiful. Only one pool is missing and it would be heaven. Public transportation at 50 meters.

The location is in front of the towers of the United Nations Organization (UN), with a metro station nearby. The rooms clean, with good food. The amazing breakfast.

Excellent. The facilities are very good and the staff is very helpful. It is located relatively close to a metro station from which you can move to the center. The breakfast is very good, quite varied and of good quality.

The hotel is located in an extremely tidy and clean area. Convenient to reach by means is the ideal solution for anyone who wants to stay in Vienna.

Considering the price, the hotel has very little to offer. The standard is average, there are no slippers nor bathrobes in the room. One even has to pay for the water… and this is supposed to be a four star hotel? All of the above has always been free in all of the 4* and most of the 3* stars hotels I have been visiting across the globe. A bit disappointing and there are definitely better hotels in Vienna, which are even cheaper.

Really enjoyed my stay here prior to a cycling tour to Budapest. Rooms were exceptionally clean, bright and comfortable and the breakfast buffet each day was amazing, especially the coffee and selection of artisan breads and baking. The location is beautiful, situated beside the Danube with lots of green space to walk, cycle or just enjoy the views. Special thanks to the staff who turned my earrings into the lost and found when I left them upon departing. The hotel sent them by mail and I am grateful to have them back :)

Very good opinion in general, very clean, spacious, delicious buffet, details like for example the apples in the room or chocolates on the day of Passover. The only detail to be improved is the treatment of persons on the part of any employee of the reception, a little dry. But overall it has a fantastic stay. We would return without a doubt.

The hotel is outside the centre of the city but has the advantage of locating very close to a metro station (direct line to the centre).

So far, I was already countless times there and always find it beautiful again. Hotel, rooms, Service, easy access to metro and Danube island are unbeatable, Especially the Breakfast is top class. The only negative point is the "battle at the cold buffet", if larger groups at the same time, eat Breakfast. But also this rush seems to be professionally opposed to. So all in all highly recommended!

Me and my 17 colleageus stayed at the Kaiserwasser hotel during the first week in June 2015. We are all happy with the hotel, breakfast and the service provide from the the staff. An extra "Thank you" to Lisa Bauer at the Reservation Department and Abdulkadir Tekin at the Chauffeur Service that provide quick and effencient service for all our requests.

On the occasion of the Vienna Marathon was a great choice logistics, right at the start. Underground station just opposite. Very nice and clean, breakfast excellent as both choice and quality. Wanting to try a little note at the reception very hasty. Great overall. Andrea.

This is not at all never.

In the rooms there is no bath shoes no bath robe no France 24 and tv5 channels etcetera.

Beware the cleanliness! When we entered the room, the first thing we noticed was the filth on the bathroom floor. There was some sort of brown splash that had not been cleaned, surrounding the toilet and sink. The carpets were filthy as well. We came back to our room at 4pm. The next afternoon to find that the beds had not been made, the dirty dishes were still there, trashcans had not been emptied, and a few of our towels were still on the floor. Housekeeping had replaced the coffee packs and water bottles, but nothing else. I called the front desk, and they sent someone up to clean. When they arrived, I asked if it was normal to leave the rooms in this condition. I wanted to be sure that my expectations weren't too high. The housekeeper (as well as the evening staff at the front desk) explaind that it was common to only replace the items used in the room (ie. Coffee, water, towels, etc. ) I WAS SHOCKED to watch as the staff member grabbed the sponge from under the sink that sits on the floor beside the garbage can and proceed to wipe out our coffee cups and spoons with no soap at all, then use the same sponge to wipe the countertops (later we noticed that the housekeeping carts had no replacement dishes or dish soap, so I wonder how the dishes are being cleaned? ). The next morning I went back to the front desk to explain what had happened.

Great Hotel, Walking distance to one of the oldest Restaurant in Wein. Close to Transit and great and friendly staff. Food and bar is great too! Nice and clean rooms. Comfort at every level.
