Simple but okay Hostel. Breakfast is good and good variation. Everyday cleaning, but sadly no towels.

Ok, If you're traveling and looking for a good hostel vibes with activities and things happening around you for young people THIS IS NOT THE PLACE, it's mostly for older people Cleanness was good, closes everything early (doors, kitchen "which is only a microwave and a fridge") Don't book here unless you want a very calm, dead kind of hostel but with a very nice view of the city Staff was friendly.

A nice clean place, good breakfast. Far from the center, but if you have a car or a motorcycle, it won't be a problem. Bring your towel. :)

W confused that hostel with palace which is next door — then with Robert broke Olga's favourite Calvin Klein | Eternity Perfume. Great panorama of Vien and near to the Villa Aurora where I had biggest Vienna schnitzel.

We travelled with two small kids (1&3 yrs) and it was great to have a big garden at the end of the day for them to play in and for us to relax and enjoy the marvelous city view.

The only plus is the panorama of Vienna from the "balcony" of the room, although the balcony can not be called just a door from the room on a small plateau covered with grass. Towels do not give out, live, mostly, students of different nationalities, apparently for Vienna is an inexpensive hostel.

Amazing hostel, but very very far from the city, and almost in the middle of a park or something. Great views of the city from the hostel though. More suited for folks who are looking for a relaxing weekend rather than backpackers who are just traversing through cities.

No Wi-Fi in the room. You can't plan trips without internet.
Reception stuff all the people into a room. Although all rooms are free 4 people have to share a mini bathroom. No towels. Very old everything.

While the views of the nearby vineyard and distant cityscape are breathtaking, I was taken aback after being berated by an angry older gentleman guest for arriving in our shared room “late. ” I awoke to him the next morning sitting on a chair in the middle of our room, nude, cleaning his finger nails with a pocket knife. After complaining to the staff, they were understanding but said he was a regular and they had received complaints about him before. Not sure if I’d stay there again…

Loved the place and the cleanliness, and the nature-all Vienna at my feet-that I will come back here again! Attentive staff, instantly decisive questions. The breakfast was great and the food was excellent. Clean, fresh bed. Very comfortable! The only thing to consider is to have your own towel or rent it for €2.

A point for the friendly reception in the middle of the night … Plus a point for the cleanliness … Plus one point for the beautiful view. The Breakfast is worthy of the name will not change … the beds … well, you can sleep in it for a night or two. We had a 4 bed room. Bunk beds, the top of the squeaking with every movement. The patio door was broken, the bathroom so tiny that there's really only a fit in. The shower curtain sticks to one like glue … very uncomfortable and really not more time, not even for a Hostel. For the negative things, unfortunately, a point less. The price was unbeatable, because you have to take then just look at the negative sides. But we certainly will not come here again.

So I liked the location and cleanliness, and nature, all of Vienna at my feet — I will return here again! Helpful staff, instantly decisive questions. Good, varied Breakfast, lots of drinks different kinds of tea, coffee, cocoa, cappuccino. Clean, fresh bed. Very cozy!

It is very nice. The people are hospitable. A magnificent view over Vienna. Breakfast 5 stars.

The place is beautiful, staff competent. Clean. Bell landscape. At an additional cost of €6 per person Yes can have breakfast. Convenient to go to town. Stop 46B.

Okay but that certain something is missing.

Hostel on a hill, in a garden of a castle, with great views of Vienna. Get the ground floor room to get direct garden access!

We pulled up in our uber but the hostel is back further, this was misleading. The check in staff was missing from the desk when we arrived at 2 and we waited till 3 when she returned. We received 1 key for the room. We wanted 2 beds but instead found 4 smaller beds. The shower was very small, with no soap or hand soap. The room had only 2 outlets in it. The bedding was given to us upon check in and we needed to make our own beds. We were about a half hour away from Vienna. We needed to take a bus and a train to get downtown. The room was nice and we made it work. For what we got the price was high.

Great view od Vienna! … but steep climb with a car.

Really nice surroundings, English speaking staff, clean room, quiet location, good Wi-Fi, enough parking places… But you can hear each door closing from the whole corridor during the night : — (

Nice place and fun mini gulf, kinda far from city attractions but good if you want to tuck away.

Nice hostel, it is a little bit far from city centre but there is a bus station near to hostel. It has very beautiful city view.

The scenery is gorgeous. It is a hostel, there is no cleaning service rooms, they give you the sheets with which to make the bed, you have to rent towels. The service is courteous. Very basic but functional.

The lack of precise directions to get to the hostel has turned the arrival into a treasure hunt. This was followed by the surprise that breakfast was not included in the reservation price (contrary to what bed on the site).
Although the rooms are quadruple, the outlets available are only 3 (of which none in the bathroom). Towels and hairdryer for a fee.
The staff proved quite prepared and helpful, and the fresh air that you breathe on the hills is comparable only to the view of the city.

The least expensive decently rated hostel in Vienna. It's pretty far from the city center as you need to travel 25 min by bus there. Associated with a really nice hotel which has parking space so good if you have a car. The place is clean however it seemed my bathroom was not cleaned on the days I was there. Overall good for the price.

Bugs everywhere I mean the ceiling is littered with those gross bugs.

Super nice view! Cheap. Breakfast is mediocre, sparse. But the beds are very bad. You can not sleep well because the bed breaks!

Positive: staff very friendly and hilfsberreit, views over Vienna very nice, rooms clean, good public transport links
negative: mattresses stone hard, head very very thin Polster, the built-up in the closet nachtlich worked not — as I was looking for the light switch, I cut myself, almost at the broken light tube, breakfast little selection, coffee was I horrible, on the "check out" day works the key card is no longer — : front of the breakfast room completely clean!
bottom line: I would not book it.

Great view from the hostel, but it not that local. No night bus.

I will never forget the experience I had at the Palace Hostel. Gorgeous views of the Vienna cityscape, friendly staff, and great rates.

Alright place. Nothing completely special. A good location on the hill if you have a car however. Bit hard to find / get to.
